I immediately think of Xiangshuizen, the two daughters of Emperor Yao, who were deified after death into the goddess(es) of the Xiang River, most likely as Shielder. Her/their general skills are of course Combination first, with the actual "core", the gem, holding both, who naturally shift. They also get Rejuvenating Water, a magically antidotal water which they can utilize at their will, blasting forth from their twin crab-swords to heal those before them, akin to a healing-water Mana Burst. They lastly gain Bend of the Bamboo, the sublimation of their grief for their husband's death that stained the spotted bamboo with spots, a "blot of grief" manifesting from the water that makes up them. Their noble phantasm is Tianren Dayi
Twin Coats of Safeguarding
, the two coats which they granted to SHun, manifesting as the twin swords. When the true name is called, they activate one of the coats: The Dragon coat grants control over water and unnatural endurance, while the Bird coat grants control over air and unnatural agility. The two together, however, can be used as an attack, the attributes rejecting each other in a flurry of strikes.
