Doesn't seem too Servant-y, maybe use this one for a mage trying to go undetected or something instead, or some other sort of non-Servant being. If I had to use it for a Servant, it'd maybe be for a ninja or something like that, given the all-black and relatively inconspicuous clothing

I don't really understand what's going on there, but I'm getting vague sea deity vibes. Maybe Proteus, with a high-ranked Shapeshifting Skill and Divinity (his mother was mortal). Aside from that, umm... Maybe some clairvoyance and/or lie detection due to him never lying and being able to see the future (maybe the 'never lies' thing is an actual supernatural obligation for him? idk), maybe a sonar or a sonic attack that gets stronger underwater given his association with the sounds of the deep sea, maybe he can travel through the ground and the sea floor and/or open a fissure with a NP's True Name Release because Poseidon let him do that that one time after Heracles killed Proteus's sons, maybe he gets the chariot he has in Virgil's stuff... a bunch of this overlaps with other sea deities / figures related to Poseidon, though, so you'd have to do a lot of trimming and see what works best for him specifically (other than the divinity, clairvoyance and shapeshifting that he pretty much always has in some manner). 'Inducing changes in others' and 'controlling liquid that isn't still' may also be fit in there somehow.

The second image makes me think of Amun-Min Kamutef as the ram-headed lion which doesn't fit too much with the tone. Maybe someone with the Demon God Pillar Marbas, Vine or Vapula.
Both ideas rely on fire being a lion mane though, I wanted somethin more repitilian because the dragon's eyes really remind me of a cameleon but I couldn't think of anything. I got nothing for the evil fluffy sheep either, I tried something Mahabharata because of pako but I don't know anything about that.

Okay, wacky idea: Adonis.
Underworld vibes coming from his yearly time with Persephone and sheep stuff from Apollo. Could even lean heavily on the dying-and-rising-god archetype and go for the Adonis-Dumuzid syncretism instead.

I think the second one would be Pretender Isaac (the Azazel Goat) or just Avenger the Azazel Goat, based on the tradition of placing the sins upon a ram that would then be sacrificed. It might have something like Self-Replenishment C and Oblivion Correction B, but Avenger at rank EX, as well as skills associated with the sins of humanity such as Greed A+, which could serve as a Midas touch like effect, or Wrath A, a flame that reduces targets hit's rational thought. The noble phantasm would probably be
, which might have something to do with the absorption itself, making Avenger's existence anathema to that of one who is "Good", and forcibly pushing anyone around it into the category of Good.
