My immediate first thought is Odin simply because of the two (edit: wait i just noticed three DANG IT) crows/ravens(? I just realized I can't tell the physical difference between the two...I should rectify that!), the way he's sitting on that chair almost as if it's a throne, and that phonograph hinting at his love for poetry and arts.

But I feel like that's probably low hanging fruit.

Well-dressed bishie with a cane... I guess that's Oscar Wilde. That bird on the cane is the nightingale from The Nightingale and the Rose, black to represent Wilde's own rejection of love, also expressed in the story.

I imagine that he inherited the ravens after odins passing in Ragnarök
as a god of poetry, that certainly needs some wit, i imagine him as the spiritual inheritor of odins wisdom.

so the cane could actually be his weapon. He is associated with the mead of poetry, so his love for wine is a nod to that and the picture. his love for art is of course represented in the gramophone. as a remnant of a bygone era himself, he appreciates objects like these and collects them.
Overall he would be a Caster that can be surprisingly dangerous in close combat, his IC skill would allow him to borrow the apples of idunn, his TC is restricted to a small office, he would have a skill that allows the casting of runes through words alone, a way of seeing the weaknesses of the opponent through the ravens that help in that rap battle thing from the vikings, twilight survivor, perhaps a skill based on the poetry of the norse if I find something specific, NP would be the ravens and song recalling ragnarök, invoking the efforts of the forgotten einherjar and valkyries

Since everyone is latching onto an Odin connection, I'd like to offer an adjacent alternative: Gangleri. Or rather, King Gylfi in disguise. The modern look is precisely that disguise. The ravens are High, Just-as-High, and Third.
