Margarete Steiff (woman who created first ever teddy bear), D in Strength, E in Agility, D in Luck, C in Mana, C in Endurance, NP being Bear 55 PB (world's first teddy bear), that bear by her side, which comes to life and either acts as an attack pet or possibly forms into a sorta mecha armor with her sticking out of the top

...(Not really got anything, other than a Satire skill that works kind of like Counter Hero, although based on degrading the serious idea of them in the public, rather than direct combat, and probably with a negative modifier due to the fact he never really did it in bad faith(Inspired by the fact the Roosevelt historically liked him, despite the satire of members that he did.)

NP:
Pulitzer's Teddy Bear: Draw the Line, But Where are we Going?
A combo NP of the famous Cartoon "Drawing the Line in Mississippi.", and the one that won Clifford the Pulitzer, "Where is the Boat Going.". Taking the form of a bear due to the former cartoon inspiring the first 'Teddy Bear', it is a mental interference NP that causes opponents to identify Caster as a innocent that they should not harm. In accordance wit this, Caster has taken on the form of a young girl to enhance the effect.

Aside from the mental effect, those under the NP's sway begin to come into conflict with others under the effect, becoming extremely disorganised and incapable of reaching any form of resolution, mutually beneficial or otherwise. This stems from the second cartoon, as "Where is the Boat Going" represents allied forces being completely incapable of choosing a single direction to work towards.

Noble Phantasm idea:
A. might be something as having her teddy bear turns out to be a vessel of outer God like Yellow King or Azatoth or something
B. ultra-specific mental interference like Alice in Wonderland syndrome that made her enemy delirious and basically cannot discern the differences between the real world and hallucination
C. her merging with the teddy bear into something greater, a body horror type of merging might work amazingly



My reason being is that this face claim seems too innocent that it's so much deceitful, perfect fc for a servant that's hiding their true potential, a potential that turn 180 degrees from her initial persona
