We still have Mash, our Command Seals, and the Barrel Replica in case there's something hard to kill in need of a good killing. So Arcueid isn't necessary for us to win. Problem is, that outside of a possible Grand being present, Rasputin, U-Olga and ORT being there, there's nothing else we know about the Lostbelt. So theorizing whether Arcueid is gonna be there or not is mostly wishful thinking, partly people hoping for juice TYPE lore.

Literally what I've suggested which would both be hilarious and off-putting. If she does appear I expect it to actually be in that kind of capacity just like in MBBAAN. The real troll is rather than solve any issues she just info dumps and tells people that they have to handle shit on their own.

Something more directly on topic, I definitely full believe we'll be getting Goetia as a Servant finally with this LB, but my ultimate cope is that we finally get a Wodime pseudo or Daybit as one after the LB ends
