Just took a rando's into a strengthening quest in the back row, no buff icon, swapped her to the front, still no icon.

Heard that they locked quartz and blue stones revival for the ORT fight. In addition, your cannot use servants that have been defeated by ORT. If you have no servant left to fight, you lose and everything gets a reset so you can try again. Don't think you can stall either as ORT's NP gives a nice debuff which reduce all our servant's NP gain by 100%.
