Tsukihime (inspired vampire) anime season 2: this anime's comedy never disappoints.
Which one is that?
Vampire dies in no time.
Yeah, I figured... How is that Tsukihime-inspired? Just because of the term, True Ancestor? True Ancestor is a super common, often misused term at that point. In Symphony of the Night, Dracula's final form is called as such, despite obviously being mortal once, while in Black Cyc games, depending on the game, True Ancestor can be closer to Vampire the Masquerade's Antediluvians or Legacy of Kain's Soul Reavers. I consider that inconceivable.
because it's story about man living with Vampire he killed. and Author stated he knows Tsukihime.
Swordmaster Isekai was pretty fun. Not great, but entertaining enough to keep watching.
Dropped Isekai Retirement after ten minutes.
I'm getting bad deja vu from Ayakashi Triangle. I feel like I've seen this show already. Maybe I read a few chapter of the manga a long while ago, but I just couldn't shake that feeling the entire time.
Mononogatari just felt like a low energy Tsugumomo.
High Card feels like it's going to be full of that Jojo-style "who knows what this guys power does" tension.
Great Snow Sea really nailed down the "completely alien world" setting. This might be the most unique thing so far this season.
Wow the subs for Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible did not care. Number strings left in the text, the park being called Rape Flower Gardens.

Yes, Mononogatari is just Tsugumomo without anything appealing from Tsugumomo.
The dark atmosphere of Danmachi is good, but can I talk to you about the gem that is Anya?
On Spy Classroom: this series felt like a crappy, B-grade version of Princess Principal until I realized the hidden aspect of the show. Now it's fun just trying to find all of its references each episode.
Ningen Fushio: Was kind of hoping for Eye of the Tiger as the OP. I did like Tiana's Aqua face when the slime exploded on her. OOF that shot of Nick sliding through goblins. And they did one so much bette five minutes ago. This ED is wild though.
Revengers: What the hell is up with that Monster Hunter bow, Dr Banner? You forgot to drag it on the ground to light the explosive first.
Liselotte:Wow, you're right Raff. I'm watching it in 1080 and it feels like 480. Also this
Exorcist Isekai: Aren't newts normally fire aspected? Why is it's weakness fire? Holy shit those horses are bad. MC gets in with 'no magic': crowd goes 'damn spoiled nobles', Next girl is basically Rin: Crowd goes "a commoner? how dreadful'. You can't have it both ways anime. The student body can't discriminate against both the rich and the poor. You know what really sells the harem aspect? The MC talking about how his main interest might be of use to him in the future. Real feelings right there.

Digimon Ghost Game episode 59: A weird episode. Despite the plot being kicked off by Kiyo and Meru's meeting, they don't get much screentime together, nor is this episode really a Kiyo episode at all despite first glance. Jellymon has to win the award for "worst Partner ever" since she's never around when Kiyo gets assaulted by Digimon. Seeing Super Sentai in Digimon made me crack a smile. Once again my hopes to see Kiyo go Limit Break remain dashed, I don't think we've seen it since the Thetismon episode. The Time Limit for the Evolutions randomly showing up again felt so arbitrary in order to set up Gulus' return which was at least fun to watch. Him trying to coerce his "aniki" Hiro into Synching (whatever that entails) with him was very ominous and I liked how when Geckomon solved the situation without violence, Gulus was straight about to murder him for "ruining" his plan. I will say I felt a bit weird when Geckomon suddenly switched to being a good guy after he was so casually threatening Kiyo earlier, felt like too much of a mood whiplash. Lastly, I had hoped that Meru tailing the heroes would have gone somewhere interesting, but she was just a COTD who gives shelter to Tonosama and was oddly casual about "monsters" existing and whatnot.
Hopefully next week is Jellymon's Mega and Kiyo will get to shine there instead.

In Kyokou Suiri, I appreciate the Resident Evil in-anime game and the fact that, coincidentally, I assume, casual outfit yuki-onna looks kind of like Hololive's Kronii.
