What we're missing so far is agents of the government and Munenori fits the bill as someone who is as strong as a servant and can act in defense of the tokugawa regime, seeing half of those dudes are plotting to overthrow the government

There was an interview where the team got asked “Hey so what’s the explanation for why Musashi can talk normally despite being a Berserker in this game” and their answer was “We’re not really gonna explain that in the game being real” so I wonder if they just decided to not give a shit about Musashi’s lore at all.
