Tezca is alright in character, but mostly because we haven't gotten any scenes where he's really being fleshed out yet. The closest we get is the very end where he shows up and does some cool shit and then explains his plan, but of course that's basically a cliffhanger so we don't get to know any more at that point. So until that happens, I have no real investment in his character, and I really don't care for his art (especially if the fuck ugly kid is one of his ascensions I'm gonna burn him I stg).
Olga looks decently good sometimes, is a good character, and already holds much more emotional investment in what happens (and has happened) with her.
So yeah, easy pick.
I sometimes wonder if I am cursed to be the only person who wants Olga back as her human self and not as a Servant. Demi-Servant, maybe. But otherwise it's just not the same.
Loser human Olga is definitely very welcome but I don’t see the problem in her coming back as an almighty mind-reader.

Since they have to release everyone from LB7 before Valentines.
But it would be hype killer unless Olga gets another main story chapter (7.5) around Anniversary.
I honestly have no idea who else they could do for anniversary at this point. After Arc everything else just feels kinda anticlimactic.
Maybe not to the extent of Arcueid, but Seimei would be quite hype. Rasputin also alluded to him in his line for Douman.
Ciel lol
Ciel & Shiki, Touko, Mahoyo cast etc or one of the few popular names who have either appeared or been mentioned in story. Musashi(Remnant) is what you'll actually get though.
Ciel is almost expected now that Arc is in. It would be nice to have, but not much of a surprise. Touko/Mahoyo I could see.
Goetia
Quite a few really. Out of left field and obscure would be Kanata and following up with a DDD game or anime for a one-two punch. Make the reveal trailer as spicy as possible. I feel it could work, because even for the casual people who primarily just watched Fate stuff, when some dudes snuck Tsuki:Re openings into Fate opening compilations, they got genuinely interested. Just gotta make the reveal super spicy, and its off to the races.
Next I would say for anniversary that Aniplex definitely should push Mahoyo, I think with a good enough presentation you could have an Arc impact if they did some in story setup for Aoko.
Brazen picks for anniversary would be Galatica Saber for more Servantverse shenanigans.
