Found one, surprisingly easy just with english keyword during 7th Anniversary. Though only top five are shown apparently.

IIRC that one was more "who's your favorite NPC" but I guess it overlaps with most wanted anyway.

I am amazed at how few Sengoku Servants we've gotten. Like there's just Nobbu(s), Chacha, Nobukatsu, and Kagetora.

To be honest the Heian period is my fav lol
Despite the sheer volume of Japanese Servants, it feels like they're never much more than a side-note.
Pretty sure Musashi is the most story relevant one, and she's not really even tied to any specific Japanese story.
There's also Muramasa but he's partially overtaken by Shirou
Although an antagonist, there's also Douman. But Musashi was indeed very relevant due to her circumstances, the dimensional wanderer and sole survivor of a pruned timeline that was getting rejected by world after world until she ran out of worlds to enter, which led to her to become DATA LOST forever.
Though considering Arcade's preview, there might be hints of her coming back.
Hmm on one hand I love Musashi and would welcome her back with open arms. But her sacrifice felt really final, so bringing her back may cheapen it.
