So, apparently MtG Arena is coming to mobile phones in the next couple days. Anyone else thinking of jumping back in?

It works decently on my phone too (Galaxy S20), although the interface is pretty much the same as the PC version, which isn't great.

Turns out I can't play it as my phone's not on the approved list despite being fairly new. Guess I'm back to waiting. =_=

okay i have faced Koma way too fucking many times in sealed

which is only four times but it's still pretty fucking weird to have happened so often

I actually won the first time, due to chumping them out and going over the top with my fliers (even with the serpent tap down, I was able to get a 1/1 through and then buff the hell out of it before damage).

I only saw Koma once in 20 runs and fed it to itself before it started pumping out coils

The obnoxious bomb of choice of my oppos is Starnheim Unleashed, to the point that I always main a disdainful stroke in blue just in case

I got hit with another Koma today Kaya's another one that I'm sick of seeing, though i've only came across her twice. Played against a really annoying, durdly deck and was wondering why they were just putting out all the 0/X huge blockers and then they drop Kaya and it's like "Oh! I just lose then!" bleh

But I also got my SECOND pool with Vorinclex + Fynn and actually got the poison counter win. So that's cool.

Also got Tergrid's Lantern so that's a lot of fun.

this Strixhaven Sealed deck is quite possibly the greediest thing I've ever played

I think I'm done with Arena. The grind is real, and I don't just have the time.

Maybe I'll use the stockpiled gold to draft some of the new sets as they come out

There will come a time when WotC is so out of touch, their new releases become paradoxically on-point retro.

Curiously, it has neither gained nor lost value as a whole since I bought the stuff. I'll take it as a sign to wipe the slate clean.

I'm keeping only the precons/boxed sets for the occasional friendly match.
