Oooh, they hid that straight up in the initial Class Score news post. So yeah, they match the affinity chart in-game, and rereading the latest news post with this, I will presume that it means we don't get to pick which class score unlocks in that group, it'll just be AE specifically that unlocks automatically. That makes the most sense with story progression and why they start with EXTRA II specifically.

So if we have to go through a chapter to unlock the class Score, does that mean... there will be grand total of eight chapters to go through before CHALDEAS? *shudder*

But Mashu claims that Shielder class is exempt from the mental barrier, so it might be unlocked on its own somehow?

I mentioned it before in this thread but I do believe that in this case the 4 we know about will be unlocked via the story, but they'll probably have either some campaign/special occasion or event or even special challenge quests on the bleached earth map that will let you unlock the others, probably interspersed between the actual chapters.

Given the stated theme of the Alter Ego chapter in the trailer ("The Personality Split Off From the Ego: the Confrontation with One's Inner Self"), I wouldn't be surprised if Sion's vampiric nature is a key part of the story here.

I'd say it definitely would appropriate. Maybe get a little Dust of Osiris lore too.
Plus the two Sakuras had better be Durga and Kali call outs or I'll be disappointed. Sending Kama as a helper though makes me think this will get pretty goofy.
As long as we don't get a part two of the Dust of Osiris in Hermes vs. Giant Mega Sakura bit, I'll be happy.

The upcoming event in July is a possible candidate. Since it requires LB6, some Pretender lore is feasible. If that turns out to be the case, wonder what they'd do for Moon Cancer, Beast, and Shielder.

I've seen a few people wondering if the pink haired woman with the star mark might be one of the Six Sources. I'm not sure about that but I do think she may be from Atlas, just because of this chapter's apparent focus.

pako didn't draw Kama so I'm going to assume that it's an actual Indian character. I mean Lakshmibai is a Jeanneface, anyway, so an Indian Sakuraface (if you can even call her that) isn't out of the question. Could be a relative of Rani, who knows.
