Synopsis

SHOW During the re-exploration of the Bleached Earth... With Chaldea standing on the precipice of a great operation of unprecedented proportions, their compass—PAPERMOON—starts to malfunction. Will it serve as a hint of what to make of their future? Or is it a mere technological problem that's caused it? All of Chaldea embark on a mission to elucidate the cause, as well as resolve the glitch. However, the situation escalates quickly. A mysterious light is suddenly emitted from the malfunctioning PAPERMOON, filling the entirety of the Storm Border command center. "Fiiiinally you're awake, are you? Typical. As heavy a sleeper as always." Without anyone knowing, a distortion has broken out, and now you have to confront it. At last, the story marking the beginning of the Ordeal Call has begun!

SHOW Duryodhana is a major character in the ancient Indian epic Mahabharata. The eldest of the 100 Kauravas who opposed the Five Pandavas that Arjuna and Bhima were part of. The story goes that his mother received a blessing from Sage Vyasa to birth 100 children but what she gave birth to was one flesh blob. Sage Vyasa split it into 100 and put each piece in a jar, and from those, 100 boys were born. Duryodhana antagonized the Five Pandavas whenever possible, and conspired with his uncle for the rigged dice game that got them exiled from the kingdom. And after they returned from their period of exile, he refused to accept them, causing the Kurukshetra War, which involved all Kurus. Duryodhana was a master of the mace and a warrior acknowledged by Krishna, but he was ultimately defeated in a duel against Bhima and died trusting Asvattaman to carry on his will. Shameless, greedy, and narcissistic. He is the eldest son of the 100 Kauravas, as well as Karna's greatest understander (or so he claims). DURYODHANA SR ****

SHOW Durga is the goddess of war in Hindu mythology. She is Shiva's divine consort and is viewed the same as (or as another aspect of) the goddess of chastity, Parvati. She is depicted as a beautiful goddess with a third eye and several arms in modern times. It is said that Durga was born from the converging of the light of the gods' wrath when a powerful demonic deity assaulted the heavens. The gods gave her each of their symbolic armaments like a trident, a chakram, a spear etc. With those god-given armaments, she attacked the demonic deity and at the end of their fight she successfully vanquished him. Also as a reminder Nasu literally had a Bamboo Broom Diary where he hinted an Alchemist would be coming to Type Lumina so it’s likely she’ll be in this next season as the theming is “old Tsukihime” as it seems.
