The problem is that she needs Man attribute allies for these stacks to rack up.And she really prefers the Skadis and/or Van Gogh compared to the El-Mellois(the serious Man support options).

Oh damn, on first read I thought it was only the NP Damage Up that required the [Human] Attribute. Needing it for the trait stacking too is considerably more restrictive. She can't even go with Castoria to abuse Anti-Enforcement Defense for free stacks.
Who do you field with her then other than Waver/Reines? Miyu for megaheals, or some kind of duo-core comp? The only Foreigners her second skill works with are Hokusai and Yuyu.
She can stack it with her own normal cards, but that's really slow.I guess the idea is that you use the Mellois/Empress Wu and take the performance hit for the supercharge vs AoE hitters,or use some sort of multicore DPS with Man servants to buff their NP damage as well.
Huh Wandjina is from the Mesozoic
Am I reading right that she's explicitly not from space but a home-grown nature spirit?

Btw, event is a direct sequel from Summer, Mashu and MC recognize her and there's a prologue that shows parts of the summer event.
That's the only Servantverse-related skill, so it's most likely like Summer Okita and Summer Nagiko - just got some stuff from the Servantverse for "reasons".The One who Gazes at the Watery Planets: A
Originally, this was the Skill “Avatar of the Rainy Season”.
The Wanjina is said to guide the clouds of the rainy seasons and the monsoons of Australia.
When the Wanjina appeared as an existence of the Sapphire Galaxy, they became the custodian of seven terrestrial planets, each of which had a surface covered in at least 70% water. As a result, the aforementioned “Avatar of the Rainy Season” Skill became the current “The One who Gazes at the Watery Planets” Skill.
Her region also says she's from Servant Universe, so yeah, time to accept the bitter truth.
And her region category lists both Australia and SU, unlike Calamity Jane which is just SU
