Most mihoyo events can be done in a few hours of grinding on the last day. Or if they're the small events, maybe an hour on the last day. Also, the only events that are really a month long or 6 weeks long are the summer events.

Also, reminder, FGO used to be 2-1. They switched to 2-2 and then to 3-1. That's why it's not an option to go back to 2-1. Because there's no material drop-off in players/revenue when there are fewer events in a given time span.

This has all come up before, multiple times. It's why I'm always confused when it comes up again, as if it were a new realization.

I dont deny that this is the new reality,just bitching about it,since FGO could afford to up the development budget.I know that bitching about it doesnt change anything,but...

To be fair, they updated the engine version many times. It's more like spaghetti code that they simply don't want to touch so as not to break anything.
