His NPs are Pharos tis Alexandreias and Biblioteca Basileus, for people who haven't kept up with the El-Melloi books. Former is the mirror from the Alexandria Lighthouse, and the latter controls the Library of Alexandria (which is an Atlas techno-library).

The 80% charge only happens when he goes from young to old as transforming gives you 30% NP chsrge, from old to young it's NP gain up.

Btw Hideyoshi now has a base example to implement his whole aging effect with this.

Atlasacademy has his Asc3 NP first and Asc1 NP second,so his AoE mode doesnt get to benefit from the 20%NP damage up and battery switch skill,instead getting the crit mods and 20%NP gain up.This is worse-quite a bit worse,if we take Oberon into account.Still Ptolemy is one of the most refreshing releases we've had for a long time.

I think we read different interludes - I don't remember any conman-like behavior from him, he was pretty much just a friendly guy and had a one gag about the Ship of Theseus, asking Jason if Argo would be still the same ship if they fix it.
