What kind of games are your thing? And do you already have a WiiU? Because they are a lot of great games that were stuck on there until the Switch came along.

No, no WiiU or other Nintendo console besides a 2DS with a couple Fire Emblem and Pokemon games. And i guess I'm mostly interested in RPG's and the odd action-adventure, since as a proud member of the master race PC gamer I'm not going to play an FPS or an RTS on a console if I can help it.

So FYI for anyone who hasn't heard, SMTV has been datamined and the PS4, PC (and maybe others can't really remember off the top of my head) have been found under 'Target Platforms' or something like that.

It took a decade for SMT3 to hit Steam and we still don't have SMTIV, I wouldn't hold my breath on that.

I mean in IV's case I've never heard of a DS game getting ported so that's out of the question.

Any game that's second party nowadays is just a ticking timebomb. They'll all get at least a PC version. Fucking God of War is getting on steam for god's sake.

Yeah, but this is Atlus. It took them 2 console generations to port their most popular game to anything other than the PS2 they released it on.

For as much shit as it got from both SMT and FE fans, Tokyo Mirage Sessions was a good one. Action game wise, If you like the Bayontta/DMC style, Astral Chain is pretty fun. Also Bayonetta 2, which was in WiiU jail. Mario 3D World is in my top 3 Mario Games.

Are there any good farm spots? Seeing the grinding DLC day 1 worries me.

There isn't for macca specifically

The average farming cycle involves running through a map cleaning vending machines, checking popup spots and killing a number of mitamas which spawn on the map in fixed spots
except i'm at the very endgame where compendium costs balloon
spots checking is because its the most likely place to give you more than 1 mitama

during most of the game its not really an issue, you get enough from exploration and from whenever you grind mobs in a suitable spot to powerlevel

and extorting demons barely works too

For what it's worth I bought the DLC pack but switched the extra mitamas off and never had an issue until the route switch, where I had to pay 660.000 because I wasn't backing that alignment to the hilt and wanted to do the route-specific quest anyway. Outside of that, never needed it.

The Fiend DLC and the other DLCs are fine, I guess. They put a lot of effort into Cleopatra's jiggle animations, if that's your thing.
