Here in P4G I'm sticking with Naoto.
I might do a harem NG+ just to see the Valentine's scene if it really is that horrible.

Harem route in persona 4 actually derails naoto’s character growth. She admits straight up she is avoiding thinking about the truth of Yu’s actions because she knows if she does it will only hurt her.
otherwise known as violating the entire premise of persona 4.
And you gotta love the tragedy strikes BGM in the background while the other girls passive aggressive at yu during the not chosen scenes.
Just got past the big decision before investigating for Adachi's dungeon.

Physical attacks do jack shit against the Hollow Forest boss
I learned that the hard way...
And I had tailored Chie to be a crit machine T_T
To think my highest attacker against Kusumi no Okami would be my healing battery...
Tbh I really dislike the Hollow Forest, it strips you of your items including equipment, it removes almost all your SP at the start, the floors are a damn maze, in some floors shadows are almost random encounters, you gain no money and barely any EXP.
And you're expected to complete it in one sitting.
I get that they wanted to make it difficult but stripping the player of 50% of what they worked for during the game doesn't feel fair.
I happened to be lucky in a bunch of shuffles and with Rise's SP recovery ability so I managed to save a bunch of the SP recovery items in the Forest to fight the boss at almost full SP but the dungeon was NOT fun, really annoying.
I liked the boss fight though, and the OST was pretty neat. The story was also pretty decent, I like the link with Izanami made through Marie, makes the final twist of the game more connected to the rest of the story.

Literally every time I see that I'm always wondering who the girl in the glasses is, then I end up on it having to be Nanako. I completely forget Marie exists, though in my defense I only played vanilla p4.

Nah, this is in the summer of the same year.
I do find it funny how Kanji, for example, went a whole year bleaching his hair and kept bleaching his hair after socializing with the MC, but got rid of all of it in just 3 months for the MC's return in the summer.
I think everyone's redesigns here are really good. They just have so much life to them. And I agree, Chie's new hairstyle is sweet.
The P4G-only anime cutscenes also look fantastic. Whoever was the character sheet designer deserves an aplause, everyone looks great.
