Interesting this seems to be following the Tsuki manga given Arc had that outfit when she dealt with Ciel. Which is cool.

Also confirms that Roa does have some sentimentality towards Ciel, which was implied in the game during a brief moment in the Luminary fight.

BC of on-going protests in my country i only found energy to read chapter now and i must say this is FIRE!!! This is the best chapter in Moon Phase by far, i also feel like each chapter is better than previous one. I'm so excited for June to come.
As for the chapter i think it's so good it could have very well been part of the Remake, seeing Ciel and Roa interract without complete hatred for each other was so good. Seeing Roa having an attachment to Elesia and even seeing her as his disicple to a degree adds a lot to both characthers. Chapter also had some intersthing details about lore as well. Firstly as you guys said, Arc having short hair:
So Altrouge stole Arcueid's hair before Arc could defeat Roa? I have always imagined Arc trying to defeat Roa but failing because of the 6 ancestors he brought then Altrouge coming in saving Arcueid from those Ancestor but in return stealing Arc's hair. BC Roa talks as if Altrouge was the one whom spoiled his plans. If Altrouge stole Arc's hair before Arc could face Roa, why would Roa talk about it as if it was bad thing for himself?

There’s no contradiction with that, Arc could simply have fought Roa twice, losing the first time, then winning after Altrouge bailed her out.
I don’t think the manga is a definitive source here necessarily, but it’d be in line with the best guess of what happened anyway.
The manga is non-canon as far as TsukiRe goes, same as From Lostbelt was.

It's just inconsistent art..nothing biggy.
Lostbelt manga and tsukihime phase aren't necessarily non canon . it's just that fgo game or tsukihime remake comes out on top about a particular scene if there's any inconsistency in it.
Same goes for any adaptations made out of source material.
Like the extended scene in last episode ubw anime which wasn't in the VN or manga adaptations of fgo singularities.
That's usually how it works.
