Tasokare Hotel is a game I've heard about but am unable to play because it's a mobile VN and is as far as I know untranslated. I don't know if it'll be any good but I know some people who like the game so I'm mildly interested. It's a mystery, and I like that sort of thing, so I might enjoy it.
I'd be interested in Ave Mujica if I'd watched myGO but I kind of have a grudge against that one for petty reasons (it supplanted the original game's story in the eyes of the masses and caused the bands I've actually been invested in this whole time to get sidelined)
Momentary Lily is a show with the name of a flower in its name that has a majority female cast, so I smell yuribait. As a yuri fan I'm always kind of wary of shows like this because actual romance is rare, but I might check it out to see if it's worth anything (Lycoris Recoil, which used the same tactics, turned out decent, and I've also heard good stuff about Assault Lily). It's also an anime-original, which I tend to prefer over adaptations.
The rest is... well you'll catch me dead before you ever see me watching an isekai, and obviously I won't watch any sequels to shows I don't care about.

I think my only ones are Sentai Red and Solo Leveling season 2. Maybe "Welcome to Japan, Elf-san". I dunno, I ended up trying a few this current/past season that weren't on my initial list that I ended up really liking, so I'll probably just wait until a month or two into the season and just binge some shows.

Apothecary Diaries S2 is the biggest one for me, that show was amazing.
I'm kind of interested in Zenshuu and Sorairo Utility because they're both anime originals from studios that go hard, Mappa and Yostar respectfully.
There's a second season of Toilet Bound Hanako-kun. That'll be fun, hopefully it's not 5 minutes long this time.
At least Shangra-la Frontier is continuing. It's the most intense, lowest stakes isekai I've seen, and I can't look away.
Trillion Game is continuing too. It's not quite a villain protagonist show, but only because everyone in the business world is kind of terrible.

I recommend checking the previous anime season and previos arcs from the manga.
Really hoping the adaption of Akuyaku Reijou Tensei Oji-san is good, so many of the otome isekais get shafted
