Catalyst: A piece of the Duke of Wellington’s uniform

    Skills

    Class Skills:

    Magic Resistance - Rank E
Denoting a form of resistance to Magical Energy, Magic Resistance is capable of neutralizing spells altogether. The level of spells negated is dependent on the Skill’s rank. A Class Skill of Servants belonging to the Three Knight Classes or the Rider class.
Belonging to an era where Mystery was thin, Wellington cannot cancel spells at all. He is, however, still capable of reducing incoming magical damage by a small amount.

    Riding - Rank A
A Class Skill of the Saber and Rider class Servants, denoting the ability to ride vehicles and animals.
All vehicles and beasts excepting those of Phantasmal Beast- and Divine Beast-rank can be used as mounts. Famous for being a talented rider as well as staying on horseback for a duration of 17 hours during the Battle of Waterloo, Wellington is afforded a high rank in this Skill.

    Personal Skills:

    Military Tactics - Rank B
The measure of one’s tactical expertise manifested as a Skill. Provides bonus modifiers for the use of one’s own Anti-Army Noble Phantasms as well as defence against enemy Anti-Army Noble Phantasms.
As one of the most famous generals in modern military history, Wellington naturally has a high rank in this Skill. As he was particularly skilled in waging defensive battles, he gains a plus modifier when using Military Tactics for the purpose of defence.

    Calm Charisma - Rank A
Calm Charisma functions as both Calm and Collected as well as Charisma. Being able to suppress one’s emotions as well as calmly lead allied forces to achieve the best results, heedless of the confusion and distraction of the battlefield. For Wellington, the two Skills are nigh-inseparable and are thus granted to him as a composite Skill.
Wellington is unflappable and able to inspire great loyalty despite, or perhaps because of, his cold demeanour. Calm Charisma is sufficient to lead great armies, even coalitions, as a Commander while securing superb morale for one’s troops. Also grants a plus modifier against mental interference.

    Diplomacy - Rank C
A Skill for the purpose of forming alliances, whether temporary or not. Unlike Proof of Friendship, Diplomacy cannot suppress a target’s fighting spirit. Included in the Skill is a method of communication similar to certain styles of magecraft. Diplomacy is vastly more effective when one also possesses the Charisma Skill.
The alliances and rapport that Wellington had a hand in forging greatly contributed to his victory over Napoleon. The Skill’s effects are further boosted by Wellington’s later career as a politician. Alliances can be forged easily, though after the defeat of the alliance’s enemies, there is nothing to ensure continued cooperation. Wellington’s personal method of communication for the purposes of this Skill manifests as familiars in the shape of British Army messengers.

    Noble Phantasm(s)

    Battle of Decisive Victory
    Waterloo

    Type: Anti-Victory
    Rank: A++

A Noble Phantasm of supreme strength, for it is not only the crystallization of Wellington’s greatest deed, but also one of the turning points of the history of Europe. Falling short of reaching the concept of a Reality Marble, Waterloo nonetheless imposes some of that legendary battlefield onto the World upon activation.
On this field of battle, Wellington has access to his methods in life, with the forces under his command manifesting at his order. Among the methods granted to him are formations of infantry, cavalry charges, artillery strikes as well as the creation of entrenched positions. However, these forces are not the true essence of Waterloo, being simply the methods that Wellington prefers to use. The units Wellington can manifest are merely extensions of both himself and the Noble Phantasm, rather than their own beings. In battle, they are superior to ordinary humans, but cannot hope to truly harm Servants. It is possible for Wellington to manifest forces more outlandish than those mentioned above, but using the forces of the British Army are his preferred method.

The truth of the matter is that Waterloo creates an enforced “stalemate” situation among the combatants present at its activation. The purpose of Wellington’s various methods is simply the negation of advantages his enemy has. Anti-Unit Noble Phantasms being stopped by the appearance of multiple targets, weathering Anti-Army Noble Phantasms from an entrenched position, restricting an enemy’s mobility through focused artillery strikes and disrupting techniques and magics requiring focus with abrupt cavalry charges. The battlefield of Waterloo renders almost all things null, forcing the battle to grind to a bloody stalemate. In addition to the above, Waterloo also lowers the Luck parameters of Wellington enemies by two ranks, making them far more prone to mistakes and accidents than they would normally be.
The field of Waterloo is world-famous, and Wellington receives a great boost to his parameters and abilities while this Noble Phantasm is active. However, as Waterloo creates a stalemate, Wellington himself cannot achieve victory there, with his increased abilities serving only to further counter the capabilities of his enemies. Under ordinary circumstances, the stalemate can only be broken once either the combatants’ Masters run out of Magical Energy or when an outside force not present at Waterloo’s activation breaks it.
Of course, it is possible for a particularly powerful Servant to break through Wellington’s countermeasures with brute force. As the battlefield created by Waterloo isn't cut off from the rest of the world, outside interference in the battle is also possible. In fact, securing the allegiance of a third party is an essential element of Wellington’s use of this Noble Phantasm. Further, an enemy can simply retreat from the field, should they possess a method to do so.

Once the stalemate is resolved and the battle’s loser is determined, Waterloo’s last effect will come into play. Just as the Battle of Waterloo broke the power of Napoleon’s empire, so too will this battle’s loser have their power crumble. The loser’s parameter’s will be reduce by two ranks. A successful Luck check will reduce this to the reduction of a single rank. It is fully possible for Wellington to suffer these effects, should the tide of battle turn against him.

    Lore
Born Arthur Wellesley and eventually created a Duke of Wellington, he was made a legend due to his victory over Napoleon in the Battle of Waterloo.
In his youth, he was an unremarkable student and quite lonely. In 1787, he joined the army, first fighting against the French and being posted to India in 1796. In India, he achieved his first remarkable victory in the battle of Assaye in 1803, though we also contributed to several important victories in other campaigns during his time in India.
As a commander, Wellington was known for his careful and meticulous preparation, which meant his supply lines could always keep up with the needs of his troops. Even though he was somewhat suspicious and condescending towards the ordinary poor soldiers in his army – once famously describing them as the ‘scum of the earth’ - he did care for his men’s welfare and sought to minimise casualties if possible.
On returning to England, he was knighted and made a Member of Parliament; because of his Irish roots, he was appointed the chief secretary for Ireland. But, his political career proved short-lived. In 1808, he returned to the army and took control of the Allied forces fighting Napoleon’s army in Spain. It is reported Napoleon admired the qualities of ‘caution and courage’ in his adversary Wellington. In turn, Wellington had great praise for Napoleon as a strategic planner. When asked what he thought of Napoleon, Wellington replied. “In this age, in past ages, in any age, Napoleon!”
At the time, Napoleon was at the height of his powers, winning a series of devastating victories leaving him in control of much of Europe. However, after repeated battles between 1808 and 1814, Wellington, with the help of Portuguese and Spanish forces, helped to force France to withdraw from the Spanish peninsula.

Despite being exiled to island of Elba after his defeat, Napoleon made a dramatic return to France and immediately began marching on Wellington’s army and other allied forces in Belgium.
Napoleon raced after Wellington’s army – trying to split him from his Prussian allies. Wellington chose the area around Waterloo to make his stand. Initially, the forces of Napoleon made great progress, and it appeared uncertain who would become the victor. But, Wellington kept his cool and refused to be drawn into desperate strategies. In the middle of the battle, the Prussian forces under Gebhard von Blucher arrived and helped to swing the battle against Napoleon. The French forces were comprehensively defeated, and the threat of Napoleon was finally solved.
Wellington remarked on how much of a close thing, the Battle of Waterloo was: “It has been a damned nice thing — the nearest run thing you ever saw in your life. … By God! I don’t think it would have been done if I had not been there.”
After the Battle of Waterloo, Wellington returned to politics, gaining a post in the Conservative government. In 1828, he reluctantly accepted the post of Prime Minister. His political style matched his military style. Strict, authoritarian and isolationist in foreign policy. He was opposed to any parliamentary reform and extension of the electoral franchise. His tough stance brought him many enemies. He gained the nickname of ‘Iron Duke’ A fitting epitaph for such a tough character; and more literally, he had barred the windows in his London house to protect against protesters smashing his windows.
Wellington retired in 1846 and died on 14 September 1852.

    Personality & Description
Wellington can be described as the quintessential British gentleman. His self-control is such that he seems almost machinelike in demeanour, never letting his emotions break through his calm exterior. Still, though Wellington’s words are measured and his manner polite, it is possible to make out a strong sense of disapproval towards others, especially those of lower birth or competence than himself.
On the inside, Wellington is almost as serious as on the outside. He cares little for comfort or luxury, and another having a need for either is frowned upon. Still, though most of those he meets will fall below his strict standards, he has a respect for discipline and spirit, and with great enough quantities of those virtues even the most reprehensible scum can be redeemed in his eyes.
In moments of great surprise or joy, however, Wellington is prone to overblown reactions, ill at odds with the self-restraint he normally shows. During his life, he is even said to have burst into an impromptu flamenco dance upon being informed of his enemy Napoleon’s abdication.

As most Servants require great deeds and exceptional ability to qualify as Heroic Spirits in the first place, Wellington naturally carries a great deal of respect towards them. He does carry some disdain towards Servants whose origin lies outside of the Western world, however.
Wellington sees his Master as his commanding officer, and dutifully follows their commands. He will, however, staunchly refuse to follow orders that are tactically unsound. On the whole, he approaches the Master-Servant bond with the same detachment he applies to every aspect of his life.
He is also somewhat irked that he has manifested as a Servant in his dress uniform.
His wish would be to be able to compare his skills as a commander to those of other legends.

On the battlefield, Wellington swears by the use of scouts, and will always request his Master to provide some method of reconnaissance. He will seldom attack an enemy unless he has made certain of their capabilities, though naturally his experience in assessing armies cannot be fully applied to facing powerful individuals such as Servants.
Wellington prefers to take control of a stronghold or suitable battlefield and focus on fortifying and holding it to the best of his ability, this being what he excels at. It is also a much preferable alternative to trying to attack an enemy holding a similarly prepared position.
In battle, Wellington will engage in melee with his saber, often mounted on his horse, Copenhagen, his mount as a Rider. Though he carries a pistol as well, he is infamous for his terrible aim and thus refrains from using it. In a swordfight he is decently skilled, but not exceptional, having neglected most of his fencing training in his youth.
He will use his Noble Phantasm only against enemies that he cannot best otherwise, and does his best to acquire an ally to break the stalemate enforced by it before even contemplating the use of Waterloo. Other than the possibility of Waterloo backfiring on him, he also feels that the famous battle was not his best, as that is an honour he attributes to the Battle of Assaye that he fought in India.

    Relationships
Napoleon Bonaparte: His great rival. Though they were enemies on the field of battle, they held a mutual respect between them.
Wellington would like it if he could have a chance to fight alongside Napoleon in a Grail War. However, he also wishes for a rematch on more equal terms.

Horatio Nelson: Though they only met once, Nelson made a lasting impression on Wellington, at least after Nelson was informed that he was addressing an equal as a commander. Wellington still remembers their conversation as the most interesting one he had in his life.

Artoria Pendragon: Though she is a woman, she is still the legendary king of Britain. As such, Wellington respects her greatly. In fact, he would most likely consider himself as the king’s subordinate, unless ordered otherwise.
Though he would do his best to keep himself dispassionate, Wellington would eventually be tempted into asking for details on the Arthurian legends he grew up with. Respectfully.

Alexander the Great & Gaius Julius Caesar: Fellow legendary commanders. Wellington is uncharacteristically bothered by people holding him on the same level as them. As one of his subordinates put it: "My Lord, we do not speak of Mr. Caesar or Mr. Alexander, so why should I speak of Mr. Wellington?"
He would probably show great interest in their differing methods, and would seek to compare his skills to theirs. Wellington might be in for a little culture shock with his expectations on their appearances and personality.

Kings in general: As they are some of the rare people above his station, he would look up to them. Of course, his views could be colored more negatively by incompetence and perceived unworthiness.

    Notes
My first entry into this contest. I hope I at least get pity votes.
I ended up making Wellington pretty straight-laced instead of going for a more outlandish interpretation.
I was tempted to give Wellington Military Tactics at rank A, but decided against it in the end. Still, I did come up with the idea that maybe the reason why certain ancient military genii only have a Military Tactics at rank B is that though there is significant documentation as to what they achieved with their tactics, evidence on how they did what they did is scarce. Thus, Military Tactics at rank A and above is reserved for more modern Servants, as documentation of their usage of tactics is plentiful. Still, it’s just a theory.
I also tried to make Waterloo as interesting as I could, but in the end it is a battle of armies after all. I hope I made enough of a difference there to separate it from the rest of the army summoning NPs.

Waterloo as an A++ ranked NP? Really? Surely just A would be enough. On the other hand, I do like how you set it apart from other army/battlefield summoning NPs.

The idea I had for Waterloo as an NP (when considering a Wellington sheet a while ago) was that- as the battle became synonymous with Napoleon's downfall- it would allow Wellington to recreate the conditions of an enemy Servant's downfall. So for instance, against Arturia it'd take on characteristics of the Battle of Camlann and seal away her Avalon NP. But your idea is cool too.

Nice, nice, really nice. Really befitting Napoleon's greatest adversary!

IKR! Exactly what I wanted to see.

The NP literally better than what I had in mind and hoping for. The stalemate effect is great, similar with Achilles's but with forces!

I have more thing to says, but I'll save it for later.

Traits: Human, Weak to Enuma Elish

    Birthday: August 14, 1851
    Deathday: November 8, 1887

    Stats:
    Strength: E
    Agility: B
    Endurance: C
    Mana: C-
    Luck: A+
    Noble Phantasm: A

Likes: A stiff drink, playing cards
    Dislikes: Magi, outlaws
    Talents: Gambling
Natural Enemy: The Cowboys, Zouken Matou

    Skills
    Class Skills:
    Magic Resistance : D
The ability to reduce and cancel the effects of magecraft. Has a slight magical resistance due to his vessel, about the effectiveness of a magic amulet.

    Independent Action: B+
The ability to survive without a direct Mana supply from a Master. At higher ranks, it allows for the survival of fatal wound for a short amount of time. Can last for several days without a Master, but this is ideally gained by conserving mana and Noble Phantasm usage.

    Personal Skills:
    War Continuation: C+
The ability to not only survive a battle with grievous injury, but to survive throughout an on-going conflict with a long lasting injury that gradually will get worse over time. Was able to last months constantly on the move, his tuberculosis causing him great pain just to simply breathe, yet was able to see his friend's vengeance through.

    Golden Rule (Gambling): A
The ability to gain money through gambling. This skill can be said to be both a measurement of one’s phenomenal luck and great talent in any form of gambling. Archer was a famous gambler in frontier Arizona, easily raking in almost a million dollars in today’s currency in only several months. At this rank, he’s guaranteed to win almost every form of gambling he partakes in.

    Familiars (Worms): C-
The ability to summon worms signature of the Matou family as familiars. These creatures feast on human flesh and sexual fluids to generate mana, causing great pain to Archer but allow him to use them as weapons. They are highly modifiable in terms of appearance and abilities. In his current form, Archer uses this skill to create bullet shaped worms to use in his revolver. As his container was a poor magus and Archer himself inherited his host’s rather lackluster magical knowledge, this skill will take time and experimentation to use correctly.

    Noble Phantasm
    O.K. Corral
Swarm of Justice Across Desert Sand

    Anti-Unit
    B
    Targets: 1~3
    Range: 1.8 m

The O.K. Corral gunfight is one of the most famous duels in all of Arizonan history, with the three Earp brothers and close friend Doc Holliday, against five members of the Cochise County Cowbows, a loosely organized criminal gang that terrorized the Pima and Cochise counties in frontier Arizona.

By activating this Noble Phantasm, Archer summons eighteen massive worms that pair up in groups of six, these three packs each bearing different initials of the three Earp Brothers.

By yelling out “Draw!” and firing his pistol, the worms launch themselves in a suicide attack at the targets, exploding into massive balls of mana. Normally, the worms would all be revolvers, but his unique summoning has led to him modifying his Noble Phantasm to accommodate his new abilities.

This Noble Phantasm is one of the few Noble Phantasms shared between multiple Heroic Spirits. Differing from weapons owned by one and given to others, such as Gae Bolg being a spear in Gilgamesh's armory to the Child of Light’s weapon, the three Earp brothers and Doc Holliday can all use this Noble Phantasm at its full power if they were summoned instead.

If Doc works with one of the Earp brothers to use this Noble Phantasm, it is elevated to A rank and the worms with their initials are replaced with their gun.

    Lore
Archer is Doc Holliday, famous gunslinger, gambler, and occasional deputy who participated in the hunt of the Cochise County Cowboys to avenge his friends’ death and permanent injury. Through his life, he was notorious for his luck, such as his convenient meeting with Wyatt Earp when the lawman needed his help, and for his extremely profitable gambling ventures. Normally, he would be able to be summoned in his whole state, with Weak Constitution taking the place of his third skill.

But, his lack of a wish for the Holy Grail and helpful nature, in the singularity he was involved in he offered his Master, a sickly Japanese magus the power to achieve his dreams, taking residence in his body when he accepted and gained his abilities through a contract. Originally he wanted his host to keep their personality, but his soul was too strong and overpowered him. His only goal now is too ensure the man named Kariya Matou gains his wish.

Unfortunately, he only has a word to actually go off this wish, “Sakura”. But, given his record, he’ll probably find the answer at the turn of a card.

Due to his overwhelming fame in Arizona, he receives higher and higher bonuses to his abilities the closer he is to the state, reaching its peak in Tombstone itself.

    Personality
Archer upon first impressions is laid back, relaxed uncle type figure with an extraordinary talent at gambling, but underneath he is…a laid back, relaxed, if not slightly depressed, uncle type figure with a borderline gambling addiction and is secretly internally screaming every second of every day. Help him.

If there is two or more possible outcomes, he’ll bet on it. And odds are he’ll win by a landslide, which only feeds his addiction. Within a week he’ll probably bet on whether the chimera's in the next mission have a scar on their ear, or that Hans will drink himself to stupidity or somehow drink himself to an even deeper depression than his current state. And he'll more than likely win, every, damn, time.

On meeting with two certain goddesses, he’ll be unusually giddy and chipper. They were very pretty ladies, deities in human forms, maybe he was happy at seeing beautiful goddesses in person? But he’ll feel as if he accomplished something important. Don’t ask him to explain it, cause he can’t.

Despite his body, Wyatt Earp will recognize him on sight, and will join together in a poker game and a shot of whiskey or thirty. But, they both disagree on the romanticizing of their story, Wyatt all in favor and Doc vehemently against it. They won’t come to blows, but it’s not exactly far away from resorting to violence.

I have to admire the creativity in making Pseudo-Servant-type sheets. I mean on this board alone I've seen sheets for Ciel, Sacchin, Tohno Akira, Touko, Aoko, Hakuno, Arcueid, Shinji, Ritsuka, Justeaze, Bazett, Olga Marie, Kirei Kotomine, and now Kariya Matou. Not to mention that on other sites I've seen a couple of Assassin Shiki Tohno sheets, a Caster Miyu, an Assassin Lavinia Santa, a Caster Sion, a Berserker Miyako Arima, and a Saber Masamune possessing Mikiya Kokutou (this last one should make Shiki Ryougi VERY happy).

    Alexander Graham Bell
    ALEXANDER GRAHAM BELL
Alexander Graham Bell is most well-known for inventing the telephone. He came to the U.S as a teacher of the deaf, and conceived the idea of "electronic speech" while visiting his hearing-impaired mother in Canada. This led him to invent the microphone and later the "electrical speech machine" -- his name for the first telephone.

Bell was born in Edinburgh, Scotland on March 3, 1847. He enrolled in the University of London to study anatomy and physiology, but his college time was cut short when his family moved to Canada in 1870. His parents had lost two children to tuberculosis, and they insisted that the best way to save their last child was to leave England.

Bell's father, grandfather, and brother had all been associated with work on elocution and speech and both his mother and wife were deaf, profoundly influencing Bell's life's work.

When he was eleven, Bell invented a machine that could clean wheat. He later said that if he had understood electricity at all, he would have been too discouraged to invent the telephone. Everyone else "knew" it was impossible to send voice signals over a wire.

While trying to perfect a method for carrying multiple messages on a single wire, he heard the sound of a plucked spring along 60 feet of wire in a Boston electrical shop. Thomas A. Watson, one of Bell's assistants, was trying to reactivate a telegraph transmitter. Hearing the sound, Bell believed that he could solve the problem of sending a human voice over a wire. He figured out how to transmit a simple current first, and received a patent for that invention on March 7, 1876. Five days later, he transmitted actual speech. Sitting in one room, he spoke into the phone to his assistant in another room, saying the now famous words: "Mr. Watson, come here. I need you." The telephone patent is one of the most valuable patents ever issued.

Bell had other inventions as well -- his own home had a precursor to modern day air conditioning, he contributed to aviation technology, and his last patent, at the age of 75, was for the fastest hydrofoil yet invented.

Bell was committed to the advancement of science and technology. As such he took over the presidency of a small, almost unheard-of, scientific society in 1898: the National Geographic Society. Bell and his son-in-law, Gilbert Grosvenor, took the society's dry journal and added beautiful photographs and interesting writing -- turning National Geographic into one of the world's best-known magazines. He also is one of the founders of Science magazine.

Bell died on August 2, 1922. On the day of his burial, all telephone service in the US was stopped for one minute in his honor.

    The Telephone
    THE TELEPHONE
The telephone has made communication more efficient and faster since it was first developed. There is no doubt that it has made a dramatic impact on writing and teaching. In some respects it has moved us back to the oral culture that we originated from and in other respects it has aided in the proliferation of the written text. The telephone has transformed society’s social behavior by changing the way we communicate with each other. The telephone has fostered a whole host of new inventions; both the cellular phone and the internet are a result of the telephone system. We can now read up on an obscure subject over the internet and then phone a friend immediately to discuss it.

Ursula Franklin claims technology is more than the sum of its wheels, gears, transmitters. It is a system that involves organization, procedures, symbols, new words, equations and most of all, a mindset. The telephone is prime example of what Franklin was referring to. Just as writing changed our thought processes the telephone has also changed our mindset to a more complex way of thinking and continues to impact us as we move into the twenty-first century.

A Caster-class Skill; it is the Skill to manufacture magical items, from implements of war to items for daily use. Also, this Skill requires time to gather components and manufacture items. Bell was an accomplished inventor who was famous not only for the invention of telephone, but also for numerous other inventions. At young age he had managed to build an [automaton] which could supposedly talk, inspired by the familiar automata owned by an actual magus.

As a Servant, through the utilization of his Noble Phantasm, he can construct robotic familiars—androids—installed with AI so advanced that their actions and behaviors would not be distinguished from humans, if not for their appearance, and their intelligence which far surpasses normal human.

These androids can also be customized to near-perfectly emulate the personality, ability or even memory of other persons; although combat-based abilities would be 2 points lower than the original person and magecraft-based abilities are instead accomplished through very advanced, yet extremely limited technological means.

A Caster-class Skill; it is the Skill to build a special terrain that is advantageous to oneself as a magus, such as for the purpose of collecting mana. At this rank, creation of the Bell Lab, Bell’s equivalent of a Workshop, becomes possible. This Lab is a very essential for Bell’s overall operation, as it is the place where he would build his [database], a core feature of his Noble Phantasm, and to better focus at making necessary preparation for [system development].

Among other thing, researchers working at Bell Labs which Bell himself created are credited with the development of radio astronomy, the transistor, the laser, the charge-coupled device (CCD), information theory, the Unix operating system, and the programming languages C, C++, and S. Eight Nobel Prizes have been awarded for work completed at Bell Laboratories.

A Skill which allows the user to extract magical energy or information from signals of machines or, at higher rank, from [stimulus] of living organism; it is similar to in principle to [Presence Detection] Skill, and can reveal optical illusions and, at higher rank, can negate the effects of [Presence Concealment] at equal rank or below.

At this rank, Bell is capable of not only detecting and reading signals from machines, but also is capable of reading stimulus from living creature; an ability which, among other things, allows for [Mind-Reading], and can negate up to A+ ranked Presence Concealment. In addition, this Skill also allows Bell to convert received signals and stimulus as magical energy, but any information from signals converted will not be stored into the [database].

This Skill is one of the many abilities which his Noble Phantasm provides, and in particular, it represents the extent of how his inventions would influence how information can circulate around the world. Of course, Bell’s own ability to decipher speech and sounds through his mastery of Phonetics also helps him refine this skill further, hence the plus modifier.

The ability to immerse oneself in something, exhibiting a superhuman degree of focus; it is demonstrated when performing tasks such as calculation and planning, and can boost one’s Item Construction Skill.

Through the use of his Noble Phantasm, it is possible for him to receive a huge boost in this Skill by forcefully [disconnecting] his thought from outside interference, as well as forcibly influencing himself for extreme focus. However, this method can considerably tire him, as Bell doesn’t have much endurance for such extreme level of focus to begin with.

The invention of telephone allows a man to connect himself to other no matter the distance; in other words, it means that one cannot truly be alone as long as there’s a phone nearby. Such is one of Bell’s regret after he invented the telephone.

An ability that makes it possible for a clear recall of knowledge from memory with a successful Luck Check, even if the information perceived in the past was not consciously acknowledged at the time.

At this rank, Bell doesn't even need a Luck Check to achieve this, as his Noble Phantasm allows him to receive information directly from the [database]. This [database] is constructed by his Noble Phantasm, and can retrieve data from every device or human brain [connected] to it.

In Bell’s case, this Skill also prevents him from overloading his brain or going insane through the sheer amount of information going through the [system] that is his Noble Phantasm, by utilizing the [database] as the place to store these information and using the Noble Phantasm itself to process it.

A Noble Phantasm which embodies the concept of [telecommunication] itself, which is achieved through Bell’s invention of the telephone and the photophone; the inventions which revolutionized how mankind communicate to this very day. Through these inventions, humanity has built a [system] which connects billions of people around the globe. This Noble Phantasm grants Bell Authority over this [system], which is akin to a form of Omniscience.

Basically, this Noble Phantasm is a [system] which Bell himself has absolute control over it; this Noble Phantasm can be likened to a [server] which provides services to its [clients], and Bell acts as the [administrator] who manages and configures the operation of the the server. Through this Noble Phantasm, he can [connect] others—from other humans, electronic devices, online servers, or even another Servant—to become a part of the [system], which allows the system to develop and expand and also grants the [clients] access to the [features] offered by the [server] through the Bell’s permission.

For a human to be [connected] into this [system], they only need to agree to the [invitation] which Bell can send to them directly into their mind at any time provided that the Bell possess information about the target's position, and the target is within the range of this [system]; which would be everywhere where the ubiquitous electromagnetic system is available. Of course, Bell can also forcefully [connect] a target as long as they reply to the invitation, even if they reject it. Leaving or [disconnecting] from the [system] is only possible through Bell’s permission.

Among other things, this Noble Phantasm provides mind-reading and telepathy among its [clients], of course, Bell himself can manage the privilege of each connected clients, some may receive special permission to use more advanced [features] and some be denied of any permission at all, or even receive [punishments].

Though the [punishments] for each person may varies, the method is mainly done through an extremely powerful mental interference by forcibly squeezing a malevolent compressed data into the target’s brain; overloading the brain, which would cause extreme headache, madness, or instant death. Of course, Servants are not insusceptible to this attack, though killing a Servant using such attack would be almost impossible, other effects are just as effective, though it can be lessened or even nullified based on the Servant’s Endurance, Luck or mental-interference resistant Skills.

The ultimate Trump Card which Bell possess; it is a Noble Phantasm which took the concept of [connectivity] which Bell pursued in life further beyond. When activated, Bell as well as everything within the Bell System will undergo through a process of [unification of the soul], ascending into a singular, superior entity made of the amalgamation of souls and information; a [hive mind].

In this state, Bell would act as the [brain] which controls the hive mind, while the rest of the system will be akin to [organs], becoming tools which Bell can control as if they’re a part of his body. These [organs] can still operate independently, appearing to be living their own life and retaining their memories, but they now have no free will; possessed and bound as the extension of the hive mind in accordance to the established system.

In order for the hive mind to function efficiently, not every part of the established [system] will become part of the hive mind; Servants or beings with higher quality of soul are excluded as their consciousness would hinder Bell’s authority over the hive mind. Bell would also take action to exclude those who potentially would corrupt or lead the collective consciousness into decay with their negative consciousness.

Bell’s ability as a Servant in this state will be enhanced massively, in accordance to the size of the hive mind, and he will gain access to the abilities of the persons within the hive mind; he would be able to exercise advanced magecraft, use variety of professional skills, martial arts, etc.

However, being the [brain] of a hive-mind is not an easy task, as Bell himself would gradually lose his sense of self and goal if this Noble Phantasm is activated for a prolonged time. Eventually, he would become more robotic, his memories will began to fade, and the collective consciousness of the hive mind would slowly begin to devour him.

Deactivation of this Noble Phantasm is possible, but there might be some side effects following the [uninstallation], such as people that were once part of the hive mind having their memories being overlapped with others, some might even go insane or at least have mild mental issues.

Alexander Graham Bell, a man whose ideas and life’s work continues to affect humanity’s daily life to this very day through his invention of the telephone, the device which revolutionized our way to communicate with each other; which creates a system of interconnected minds and ideas.

His appearance as a Servant summoned under the Caster-class differs greatly from his appearance in life; though there’s still similarity, this Alexander Graham Bell is not the Alexander Graham Bell which we know through historical record, but the Alexander Graham Bell who is born through the amalgamation of his ideas and invention perceived by humanity since his death until today; representing the both the good and bad side of [telecommunication] itself. He is but an echo of the Bell he reverberates from.

While Bell in life was known as an aspiring, intelligent and educational figure with a burning [spirit of invention], this Bell is more of a calculating, dispassionate and extremely careful individual who wields a power that could burn the entire world if he desires so. He is quite worried about his own power, he is only human after all, and wielding this power—which could turn him into a god if he wanted to—frightens him.

Yet, at his core, his [spirit of invention] still lives on, he, like a true Heroic Spirit, genuinely wishes for the betterment of humanity, for the benefit of the World; he is happy for the development which humanity has arrived thus far, and at the same time is worried about the dangers which comes from these developments; especially about the [corruption of the mind], the [defective traits] which humanity possess.

However, his personality may change from time to time depending on who or what is connected within his [system], he might adapt their idea, as long as it’s compatible with his [spirit of invention], and would either becomes one of the hero who would become a beacon of hope for humanity, or a force of pure evil which would become one of the ultimate thread for the world.

    Yes, that's it!
I shall name these two babies jointly, both Mabel's and mine.
Both shall be known as, the Photophone!

...how should I convince Mabel about this, I wonder...

Did asterism just class-change into Berserker, or is there a history between you two I'm not getting?

Not to mention that on other sites I've seen a couple of Assassin Shiki Tohno sheets, a Caster Miyu, an Assassin Lavinia Santa, a Caster Sion, a Berserker Miyako Arima, and a Saber Masamune possessing Mikiya Kokutou (this last one should make Shiki Ryougi VERY happy).
That last one reminds me of my idea for a Demi-Servant of Saber Masamune possessing Issei Ryuudou (as a rival to Muramasa/Shirou). Couldn't think of any cool enough NPs though.

Sorry. I just wasn't sure whether to interpret that as a cry of appreciation or a guttural scream of rage, and somehow I seem to have decided on the latter.

But yeah, that Bell sheet was pretty awesome.

I'd be happy to post links to the off-site ones if you guys want me to, unless you want me to wait until this month's contest is over.

I actually am curious about the Lavinia Santa, Berserker Miyako and Masamune/Mikiya ones so... yes please? Not really relevant to the contest though.
