we know that raw stats do nothing against lancelot due to the gawain episode, and sigurd certainly doesn't hold as big of a stat advantage as gawain did
really depends on how versatile the runes can get

It would be interesting to know Lance gets his hand on a piece of Gram. Will he be able to use it as a D rank NP separately, while Sigurd has the rest? Or will the control of Gram go to the person who has the larger piece of it?
The best way for Lancelot to would be to use disarm Sigurd by surprise, maybe with the help of Knight of the Lake and Protection of the Spirit, and try to remove Gram from him. It seems very unlikely that Lancelot can catch Gram, if its thrown, considering that Saberlot does not have the increased stats of Zerkerlot, and Gram is an Anti Fortress NP used by a person specialised with it, whereas
in the case of Gilgamesh, the weapons were shot out haphazardly. In a straight fight, Sigurd has the slight advantage in parameter, as well as Runes, while Lancelot seems to have more skill. If it came to NP vs NP, while Arondight Overload is good, it will lose to Gram, which as said, equals Excalibur. Overload also has the disadvantage of heavily taxing Lancelot.
All in all, I think Sigurd wins 7 out of 10 times due to more firepower and versatility.
Runes shouldn't matter too much, given Lancelot has his own antimagic ring.

Doubtful Sigurd is that less skilled than Lancelot for the swordmastery to be a thing in determining victory. This is also ignoring his glasses, which represent his wisdom.
Btw, his daggers are separate weapons, not pieces of Gram. Miwa labels them in the mats illustrations.
I mean it matters for Sigurd buffing himself. Beyond that his MR is also only B.
You're making an assumption that Numeral of the Saint is parameters up. Honestly we don't know. Regardless it's very true that Sigurd has over double Lancelot's strength, and likely more efficency in magic energy use since he's a dragon.
His own skill as a warrior, the versatility and support options of runes, plus the crystallized wisdom make me say Sigurd is stronger than Lancelot.
Tbh the best part of Lancelot's kit is the fact that he can allocate a + bonus to any stat he wants but.. Really there's nothing that helps him get an edge over Sigurd. He doesn't really overcome Sigurd as a swordsman imo, he doesn't overcome Sigurd in trump cards, and he doesn't overcome Sigurd in stats or utility.
In the end one man is stronger and also has the better toolkit.
Knight of the Lake is still a bonkers skill and the main advantage to Saber Lancelot tbh.
Doesn't Lancelot also get Dragon Slayer bonuses?

Hessian Lobo vs Sakata Kintoki
was it ever agreed upon whether arondight's stat bonuses were included in the sheets by default or not
Achilles vs. Cu Alter
The original vs. the copycat's evil clone
Achilles could just run him over with Cosmos + Comet Form.
I mean, you could respond to whichever. But I have a feeling a massive extra reservoir of energy would make things a tad unbalanced, specially when Achilles himself also burns through mana like a star
Could give a Grail to both of them too to see who makes the best use out of the extra fuel

The Grail version didn't just have extra energy, though, he had abilities regular Cú Chulainn never had, such as a ranged version of the causality reversal attack.

Incidentally, if it's the Grail version of Cú Alter, I think he wins even if Achilles doesn't have mana issues.
