Well yes, but we still count based on the typically accepted weight thresholds, which are 90 lb/40 kg or 100 lb/44 kg.

Troy is tame, but what truly came to mind for me are horrid attempts at historical fiction of Hindu epics you sometimes see sold in India. I may not live there, but I have seen enough examples and even read a few. Those honestly take the cake.

Every film to come out of Bollywood is horrific. After all, I'm talking from first hand experience.

The truth is that even good films are bad because Bollywood prioritizes making hundreds of films over a few good ones. The fact I had to put up with them for some days since my second eldest sister married an Hindu with a grandma that loves those flicks sent the message home.

I feel determinism is a pretty unpopular opinion, though I guess it is neither related to TM nor held by many people around these parts.

Yet we are in the most deterministic setting imaginable. I really effing hate it too. It's kind of why I want a macrocosmic event to recreate or reboot TM a la "A Realm Reborn" where the story ends up being greatly simplified. No more Lostbelt crap. One version of history that we know from start to present.

Yeah I agree, its one thing to say X god got curbstomped, its another thing to say Y marvelous creature is just due to sefar. (btw fav megafauna?)

If I had to add my own opinion, I'm not sure how I feel about this whole divine spirit vs god divide, It comes off as a retcon so nasu and co can do more powercreep/further the stupid fucking sefar narrative.

Dinosaurs and other Mesozoic reptiles definitely existed in TM. Look at Quetzalcoatl and the Quetzalcoatlus.

Kinda curious as to why this setting is deterministic to you? fate or time culling? I agree but im not sure if we have the same reasons so I lean towards time culling as to why for you.

I don't think that kind of cosmic reset ever achieved positive results. Besides Crisis on Infinite Earths, perhaps, but I am not versed on DC history.
