No one is misunderstanding it, it's just a terrible idea. I don't even get why you'd want that.

Religious beliefs, I'd assume. I mean, a "head honcho" to whom everyone else answers with omnipotent power (and presumably omniscient knowledge, as that would be kind of a requirement for the "job")? Sounds like someone wants a monotheistic deity in their fiction.
Which, I mean, sure, you do you... But from a storytelling perspective, what's the point? What would the concept actually add?

There are at least three different writers, so I'm pretty sure it's a very loose narrative until Nasu tries to tie things together (and Steve Jobs would have his head for the way he's going through with it).

Again, there's no meaning to this post. TM has a bunch of writers working on a bunch of stories, so what? That doesn't mean there's any need for a cosmic reset/TOAA or anything like that in TM.

But that's not even how Marvel works (nowadays at least, I haven't been reading for long) TOAA is like some vague entity on the background that is rarely mentioned and that you assume is sometimes working through other character's actions, but who really knows. They're not the one who comes out and resets or actively messes with things.

I am quite serious by the way - if you have a grand notion of How To Fix The Nasuverse (tm) (r) (Ph.D) then there is no better way to test its merit than to write a fan'ficcione AS IF IT WERE THE CASE - then you will, if you are honest with yourself, learn its capabilities and shortcomings 'from inside', in the development of its own internal logic.

now in the case of 'TM should be Mahvel' it should become obvious, that you will either write garbage (making the stupidity of the idea obvious to others) or find yourself mired in difficulties, contradictions, incoherences (making the stupidity of the idea obvious to you) - thus i recommend it
