Secondly, from personal experience, what was your worst/most unlucky VtM run? I ask because I often call Shiki a VtM run where the characters were set up so poorly that only 2 managed to get past the crappy starter town, one of them being the Coterie's Prince or rather Princess.

I once managed to die in the Prelude (and not get Embraced), we had a big laugh.

The reason that I ask is because I think that in Priest (not sure, as I typically don't consume vampire media told from the kine perspective), there was a vampire with a fedora... Or it might have been a cowboy hat. Again, I never actually fully read or watched it.

The main difference between Old Clan Tzimisce and current Clan Tzimisce is the use of Vicissitude, right? If so, is Uncle Vlad Old Tzimisce or current Tzimisce? I ask because his character sheet says Vicissitude 5.

With Vlad as the vampire, Count Dracula, I kind of figured that Nobu and Qin Shihuang would be Wraiths or Risen, but it's interesting that those 2 ended up in direct conflict with each other during WWII, but it is regrettable that Nobu apparently got final-death'd (from what I can see) before he ever met Vlad.

Also, less to do with World of Darkness and more just legends, in general, but Sutekh has a hippo head, right, while the Serpent is typically associated with Apophis? I know that the Ministry is often called Serpents, but no one ever calls them hippos?
Edit: Actually, the Set animal, sha, is often categorized as aardvark, antelope, ass, camel, fennec, greyhound, jackal, jerboa, long-snouted mouse, okapi, oryx, and pig, so... Yeah.

As with all such things the real answer is "whatever the ST thinks the difference is", but if you want a random opinion, it's probably the difference between "failing to improve yourself" and "failing to acquire very specific knowledge that is needed to ascend".

Never forget, Hierarchies of Sin are an RP aid. 10 should be near unattainable, and 2 should be super blatant.

In that light, 10 should be something like "failing to live the TYPE-MOON autistic hermit mage lifestyle."
IE, besides basic survival stuff, you can't do anything that takes time away from your all-important research.

While 2 should be something like "refusing to investigate some obviously juicy lore the GM is baiting you with."
Something like, this Noddist Methuselah is offering you a nice chat and it's probably a trap but man, the lore!

Looking through Valvatorez's and Fenrich's backstory in Disgaea 4, how likely is something similar, at least to a lesser extent, to happen in World of Darkness? Like a Kindred and a Garou initially enemies (obviously), but shit happens, and said Kindred ends up taking a silver bullet for said Garou (which would obviously not be lethal to a Kindred). In other words, how would a Garou weigh a personal debt with the obligation to oppose even unknowing "servants of the Wyrm"?

TBH any low Humanity vampire could work, the Cappadocians who look corpselike may be the best fit. Characters often learn out-of-clan disciplines so the powers are no real reason to go for one clan or another. Nonstandard weaknesses could be Flaws. The only thing hard to translate seems to be the different feeding/bons/siring mechanism which simply works different in VtM. Oh and those human-looking sunwalkers don't really have an equivalenr, a hyper high humanity Vampire on the parh of Golconda is the closest yet still very different.

Oh, in terms of Shiki Jinrou, they might just be stronger than average revenants (ghouls who can produce their own vampiric vitae), especially given that the series labels them as "still alive".
