...okay I'm dumb.

Fucking Yamanami I never liked that guy anyways
He's unbelievably wishy washy to the max but he's pretty so I'll forgive half his sins
His attack animations are the only ones that do a blood swing before sheathing the katana and that makes up for everything.
I more or less understand what happened in LB7 now
Some questions
Whats Daybits relationship with the other crypters (specifically Kirsch and Pepe did they know his goals)
How much did Kirschtaria really know about chaldea (e.g Marisbury goals, Daybit, sirius light, the alien god etc)
EDIT Also does Ritsuka actually beat Daybit does he lose to circumstances being against him like Kirsch
The wait certainly made it feel like Shirou wasn't planned. Sure, I think datamine had Calamity Jane forever, but it stills feels weird how long it took for him to release compared to other FSN characters. They even kept the ce design, although that one is great so no complaints although I'm still a bit disappointed he didn't release with a FSN costume or the jacket from the anime. Would've been very nice to have such an outfit.
Whose Yamanami's?
That Camazotz theme hits so hard, wtf man.
burn your dread you coward
Fair point, actually. I guess I was thinking about Tunguska. I'm still waiting to see what the next chapter is, but we should find out around June. Hopefully it's the Dantes one.

Camazotz I feel will probably be playable in some form eventually. It would be conspicuous if he never made the jump. But I am lowkey afraid Arcade will get him first lmao.
How is Kuku written in this chapter? Is she just Quetz 2.0 or did they aim the Genki Girl thing in another direction?
She is Arcueid
To think people were saying there was no way Arcueid would appear in LB7. Jokes on you, there are two of them.
Nasu making dinosaur fanfiction of his characters is peak fiction.
...Man, just realized that the ORT fight in LB7 is intentionally a direct callback to Tiamat in Babylonia
Spoiler:
Dammit Nasu really went ahead and made Babylonia 2.0 lol

Pretty much anyone with divine lineage can be written off. Descendants of the gods are known for their pale skin and blond hair in the nasuverse. Maaaaaaaybe a little bit problematic, but I think it's less whitewashing and more rooted around that one problematic idea.
As far as the mesoamericans specifically go... I don't know if it's true or not, but if it's a lie it's a pretty well known one. The mesoamerican deities were known for their pale skin. The whole story about how mesoamericans thought the white Spaniards were gods because of that, and how they thought Cortez was Quetzalcoatl because of it. Makes sense that most of them would be white following that theory.
There's no way this isn't an intentional reference. There are parts of LB6 you could compare to Camelot too. Sadly it seems like any parallels if any were only planned for LB7, and any further back than 6 you can't really draw comparisons between. It would've been funny if all of Part 2 was really just Part 1 Alter
