    Range: 2-30
The incredible presence of Berserker changes the essence of vocalization in an area ahrownd heem. Hoomahns and Sahrvents arike vil speeek in an unintelligible ahksent, making sperlcasteeng and even invocation of Norbule Fantasums impossibru. Even high reseestance agehnst mentahl intahrfeerence cannot noootralize this Norbule Fantasum, as eet does not attack za Master or Servant, but ze very koncep of speech eetself. Nachrally, Berserker is not exempt from zees effect (if he kood tahk).

Since Daneel's moving the sheets he made here so Petrikow can index them, I guess I'll just do the same as well (even though all I can do is eroge protagonists). Here's my first one.

    Luka

    Class: Saber

    Alignment: Neutral Good

    Stats
    Strength: C (A+)
    Agility: C (A+)
    Endurance: D (A)
    Prana: B
    Luck: B
    Noble Phantasm: B

    Skills

    Magic Resistance: D (B):
Cancel spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, it is difficult for him to be affected. Luka's Magic Resistance is normally extremely low, and not enough to even qualify him for the Saber class. However, through bonding with Gnome and using the power of the earth, he can more than double it to an acceptable level.

    Riding: D:
Luka has little to no Riding skill. What he has is enough to let him operate modern vehicles and most creatures with an acceptable level of skill.

    Divinity: C+:
Luka is descended from an angel who rebelled against God and was banished from Heaven. Thus he has angelic blood in his veins. This effect is weak, but when he falls asleep his true power is shown and he instinctively becomes a fearsome fighter that uses powerful holy techniques in combat. However, his body cannot handle the strain of using his 'angelic form'. Excess use of it will cause his body to fall apart, and he will become a being of pure holy energy that will rapidly fade away and die. As a side effect of Luka's powers, when he meditates his wounds will heal very rapidly, and he has become so skilled with meditation that he can do it while in the middle of combat. Another side effect is that Luka's blood and other bodily fluids smell very appetizing to monsters, leading him to often be assaulted by them.

    Cursed Sword: A:
Luka is a user of the Cursed Sword style of battle. He knows and can use almost every single Cursed Sword skill, many of which have special properties. While the skills themselves do not take any prana to use because of Luka's talent and experience, they do take 'concentration', which means that Luka is incapable of using them continuously without regaining his concentration first. Several of Luka's sword skills can be combined with the Elemental Spirits to become more powerful.

Serene Mind: X (A): When using Undine's power, Luka will calm down and focus, leading to him attaining a state of mind close to enlightenment. He will be able to predict and avoid enemy attacks almost before they even happen just by following the flow of the World, almost as if he possesses precognition. As well, all of his attacks will do more damage as he unconsciously perceives and attacks the weak points in enemy defences. Even attacks that cannot be seen will still be perceived and dodged.

Prana Burst (Flames): X (B): When Salamander is active, Luka's sword becomes ringed with flames, increasing its attack power immensely. These flames are formed from prana as well as Luka's pure resolve and determination to win. Luka only possesses this skill while Salamander is active.

    Noble Phantasms

Angel Halo -Bestial Sword of Mercy-
    Type: Anti-Unit
    Rank: C

A sword created from 666 melted down angels, this demonic weapon is surprisingly devoid of evil. Despite its less than pleasant origins, this weapon allows Luka to fight to his fullest without his kindness getting in the way. It is a sword of sealing, and cannot kill. Although it still hurts enemies, any 'fatal blow' dealt by this weapon will seal enemies into a weaker and smaller form, as well as take away most if not all of their abilities, rendering them harmless until their power returns, typically within a few days. It has a very grotesque appearance. Any enemy that is powerful enough (Endurance of A or above) will retain their form, albeit with their abilities sealed.

The Four Elemental Spirits -Move like Wind, body of Earth, heart of Water, blade of Fire-
    Type: Support
    Rank: B++

The four elemental spirits of Luka's world are famous for being powerful and wise. These great spirits have been defeated and subdued by Luka, and thus reside in his body. Sylph of Wind, Gnome of Earth, Undine of Water, and Salamander of Fire. Each is the master of their own specific element, and each one is an ally of Luka, who is able to call upon their aid in battle. They will temporarily possess his body and give Luka power. Though initially he was only able to use one spirit at a time, Luka can now use all of them at once.
-Sylph of Wind- Calling upon Sylph will make Luka very fast and agile, raising his Agility to A+, and enabling him to dodge attacks he normally wouldn't be able to avoid. As well, it will give him resistance to debilitating attacks as well as wind based attacks. His attacks become twice as fast, enabling him to strike twice where previously he would only be able to strike once. Powers up Lightning Sword Flash.
-Gnome of Earth- Calling upon Gnome will increase Luka's Endurance to A and Strength to A+, allowing him to weather attacks that would normally kill him without being scratched. In addition, all attacks that do damage him will only do half as much as they would normally do, and his Magic Resistance will be powered up to B rank. Also, Gnome will increase Luka's power and allow him to escape almost any bind or grip with absolute certainty. Powers up Earth Rumbling Decapitation.
-Undine of Water- Calling upon Undine will not make Luka any more powerful physically, but it will give him a serene state of mind, allowing him to almost surely predict and dodge any attack that comes his way, as well as feel the weak points in the enemy's defence. Luka will be able to feel the flow of the world, thus dodging almost before the enemy attack hits. Grants the skill Serene Mind. Powers up Serene Demon Sword.
-Salamander of Fire- Calling upon Salamander will infuse Luka's sword with the Flames of Purgatory, increasing his attack power significantly, even though he isn't physically affected by it. Activating Salamander will also restore Luka's concentration and allow him to fight at full power once more, regardless of what his condition is beforehand. Also grants Prana Burst (Flames). Powers up Vaporizing Rebellion Sword.
-Quadruple Giga- Having mastered the power of the four elemental spirits, Luka is able to combine all of their powers into his sword to use the hero Heinrich's greatest move, Quadruple Giga. This sword move is incredibly deadly, and will almost certainly slay any foe. However, using it requires Luka to dismiss all the elemental spirits and infuse his sword with their power one by one. Thus, it takes time to set up and leaves Luka vulnerable. This makes it very impractical in battle. It is not a Noble Phantasm, but due to its legend of defeating the Monster Lord can match and even exceed the power of one.

So, yeah, this profile was inspired by the discussion in another thread over an all-Saber, or, rather, and all-Arturia Grail War. It got me thinking about how Saber-Arturia does not have all of the weapons she wielded in life because she is not like other Heroic Spirits due to her still being alive. So I got to wondering what a full-blown heroic Spirit Arutria, with access to everything she had in life, regardless of whether or not she still possessed said weapons at the time of her "death", would be like. As this profile is my take on an all-out, loaded-for-bear Arturia with all the bells and whistles, so to speak, don't be surprised when she turns out to be horribly OP.

    Servant: Saber
    True Name: Arturia/Altria (Arthur) Pendragon
    Gender: Female
    Height: 154 cm
    Weight: 42 kg
    Three sizes: 73/53/76

    Alignment: Lawful Good

    Strength A
    Endurance A
    Agility B
    Magic A
    Luck A+
    Noble Phantasm A++

    Class Skills:
    Magic Resistance
    Rank: A

Cancel spells of A-Rank or below. In practice, the Servant is untouchable to modern magi, so it would not be an exaggeration to title the Servant a "Magus Killer".

    Riding
    Rank: B

Most vehicles can be handled with above average skill. However, cannot ride the likes of Phantasm Races such as Demonic Beast and Holy Beast-rank creatures.

    Personal Skills:
    Charisma
    Rank: B

Suitable for a king of a country.

    Instinct
    Rank: A

Refined sixth sense is now close to true precognition. Bonus effect of reducing by half the penalties caused by obstructed vision and hearing.

    Prana Burst
    Rank: A

A normal weapon that is not on the level of a divine mystery can be destroyed in one blow. Arturia uses this skill mainly for defense and high-speed movement.

    Noble Phantasms:
    Avalon ~ The Everdistant Utopia
    Type: Support
    Rank: EX
    Maximum Number of Targets: 1
The ultimate defensive Noble Phantasm. By projecting a Bounded Field that places the user within the unassailable realm of the fairies, the wielder is shielded from all destructive interference in the physical realm, transliners from parallel worlds, and even multidimensional attacks from as far as the sixth dimension. Not even the five current true magics can penetrate this barrier. It also grants Arturia limited immortality through constant regenerative simulation, as well as preventing physical deterioration due to aging. As this Avalon is a facsimile created by the Holy Grail War, it cannot be shared with Saber's Master, as was the case with the original Avalon which had been used as a catalyst to summon Arturia in Fate/Zero and Fate/stay night.

Excalibur ~ The Sword of Promised Victory
    Type: Anti-Fortress
    Rank: A++
    Range: 1-99
Maximum Number of Targets: 1000 people
One of the greatest of all Noble Phantasms, Excalibur is a magical sword that is the crystallization of the wishes and hopes of mankind. It gathers Arturia's prana at the tip of the blade and unleases as a powerful wave of light containing the totality of Arturia's prana. It's sole weaknesses (aside it's destructive power rendering it impractical in crowded areas) are that it cannot be used consecutively and that Arturia can only use it's ultimate attack by swinging it at full strength with both hands. If even one arm is significantly injured, Excalibur's status is downgraded to an Anti-Unit Noble Phantasm with a Range of 2-3 and a Maximum Target of 1.

Caliburn ~ The Golden Sword of Assured Victory
    Type: Anti-Unit
    Rank: A+
    Range: 2-3
    Maximum Number of Targets: 1
The holy sword that Arturia pulled from the stone in order to be chosen as the true King of England. Although it is similar in appearance to Excalibur, it is a different blade with different properties. It functions similarly to Excalibur when the Sword of Promised Victory's status is reduced due to Arturia being unable to wield it at full power, however Caliburn's attack strength is also lower in Rank. In exchange, as "a sword that chooses", when swung Caliburn will 'choose' the correct path for the blade to move through, allowing Arturia's strike to inflict the maximum amount of damage possible. When it slashes or stabs into the opponent's body, a wave of light, smaller in scope and lower in power than Excalibur's, is unleashed within the target's body. This effect, combined with the sword's property of 'choosing', allowed it to take seven of the extra lives granted by Heracle's God Hand in one strike. Although it is a powerful weapon in its own right and as a blade it is the actual preference of Arturia, it has one critical weakness. Just as the sword may 'choose' it's target once swung, it also 'chooses' who is allowed to wield it. Arturia may only continue to use the blade as long as she abides by the code of chivalry. Any dishonorable behavior or acts on her part, even if Saber is forced to do so by a Command Spell, will cause Caliburn to reject her as its wielder and the blade will shatter until the next time Arturia is summoned to participate in the Holy Grail War.

Invisible Air ~ Barrier of the Wind King
    Type:Anti-Unit/Support
    Rank: C
    Range: 1-2
Maximum Number of Targets: 1 person or object
An enchantment of multiple layers of compressed wind created for the purpose of allowing Arturia to render her blades invisible to the naked eye so as to conceal her true identity. Although this original use is no longer practical (she cannot cover both Excalibur and her sheathe, Avalon, at the same time, and both are recognizable to almost any Servant), this bounded field still serves multiple useful purposes. The wind can be expelled to create a funnel of wind that can bowl over many enemies in an attack known as Strike Air~The Hammer of the Wind King, it can be wrapped around an entire structure in order to protect it from harm or vehicles to boost their speed, and Arturia can use it to enhance her own speed three-fold in one quick charge.

Now to the nitty-gritty; her new NPs!

Carnwennan ~ The Cutting Veil of Shadow
    Type: Support/Anti-Unit
    Rank: C
    Range: 1
Maximum Number of Targets: 1 person
A magical dagger granted to Arturia by Merlin (though later legends would incorrectly attribute it to being a gift from the Judeo-Christian God) in order to aid her in slaying the Black Witch Orddu. Orddu was a powerful Magi, blessed with the extremely rare element of Imaginary Numbers, thus granting her magecraft that revolved around the manipulation of darkness and shadows. Her workshop was protected by a Bounded Field that negated all light sources, even those generated by prana, thus rendering it unassailable by Excalibur's anti-fortress effect. In order to counter her magecraft, Merlin crafted this dagger as a Mystic Code for Arturia. The dagger has the ability to draw in any nearby darkness for one of two effects.

The first is to cloak the user in a veil of shadows, thus granting the quivalent of Rank B Presence Concealment. This prevented the Black Witch from locating Arturia as the shadows within her own workshop now hid the King of Knights from the witch's various magical methods of detection. However, the true threat of this Noble Phantasm lies in it's second effect. Although a relatively small weapon, it can use the shadows and darkness it consumes to create a blade of darkness extending up to 45 cm from the tip of the dagger. This blade of shadows is only Rank D in STR and is easily dispelled by even the smallest lightsource. However, any form of shadow and darkness can be utilized to create the blade, even the darkness within another person's body. This means as long as Arturia can bury the tip of the dagger within her opponent, the blade will naturally extend until it pokes out the other side of the target (where any light will dispel the blade). This gives the illusion that the small blade is capable of cutting a fully grown adult in half even with only a single grazing cut.

While this dagger is undoubtably a potent tool, as it was made for what amounts to an act of assassination, it is an inherently dishonorable weapon, and so Arturia cannot make use of it lest she disqualify herself from using Caliburn. After using it to slay Orddu, even though she had long since lost Caliburn and replaced it with Excalibur, Arturia refused to use the dagger again as she considered it a coward's tool. Unless stealth if of the utmost necessity for a given situation, Arturia will not use Carnwennan unless forced to by a Command Spell.

Rhongomyniad ~ The Evil Slaying Spear
    Type:
    Anti-Unit
    Rank: C (B-A)
    Range: 2-3
Maximum Number of Targets: 1 person
The spear with which Arturia slew her treacherous offspring, Mordred. Although it was, in truth, simply a well-crafted spear with no inherently magical properties, and used by Arturia simply when her sword was not at hand or when the reach of a spear made it more practical, due to later legends claiming it was a tool granted to Arturia by God, it now conceptualizes the act of striking down Mordred. The spear is merely C Rank at most times, but when used against a Servant of evil alignment or is known for an act of treachery, it recieves a boost of one Rank. If the enemy Servant is both of evil alignment and has committed an act of treachery in his/her lifetime, it is increased by two whole Ranks, making it a Rank A conceptual weapon that "strikes down all traitors to the crown".

Clarent ~ The Sword of the King's Chivalry
    Type: Support
    Rank: C (B+)
    Range: 1-2
Maximum Number of Targets: 1 person
A sword intended originally for ritual knighting, the Clarent is only viable as a weapon due to the legend surrounding how it was used by Mordred to slay King Arthur. Although it increases in strength dramatically when used against Kings or knights (including both a given culture's equivalent of a knight, such as a Japanese samurai, and Servants summoned as one of the three Knight Classes), it's true value is not in the field of combat, but as tool for strengthening Arturia's allies. Arturia may use the blade to knight any ally who has not dishonored the code of chivalry, thus granting them a boost of one '+' modifier to all parameters.

So, is our little Saber ridiculously broken enough yet? Keep in mind, even if she were your typical Heroic Spirit, she probably wouldn't have all of this stuff unless she was summoned in England, but even a few of these toys would make her a hell of a lot more dangerous, even with Shirou nerfing her.

Arturia would probably have only the "main four" of Caliburn, Avalon, Excalibur and Invisible Air as Saber - however, that last one is also unlikely, since IA is specifically to hide Excalibur, and if she had Caliburn she wouldn't even need to bother with hiding anything.

I'd lose Caliburn completely. It was lost or shattered, hence her taking up Excalibur in the first place. Doesn't really make sense to have both simultaneously - it contradicts the legend when you're trying to bring her closer to it.

No, just a mindfuck in an attempt of commission.

And i was too gay to accept it; my sides explodes EVERY TIME i remember those words.

KANSHOU AND BAIACU(actually bayaku, but sounds the same; try googlin' the keyword "baiacu").

Think the son of shirou and saber, with an ahoge, using projections of KANSHOU AND a BAIACU, swinging against a VAMPIRE PIRATE NINJA SATSUKI, who had a katana and her personal fleet.

yes, YES, someone asked me for this.

Yes, but this is Hypothetical Heroic Spirit Arturia. Since it's her at her finest, regardless of time periods, she'd have Caliburn since it's associated with her legend. Medusa didn't have Pegasus until she was killed and Blood Fort Andromeda rendered null, but she has both when summoned.

Being a Heroic Spirit is all about being "at your best." All a hero's legends compile into that when they're a Heroic Spirit ascended to the throne, and as a full-fledged Heroic Spirit Arturia would certainly have Caliburn.

    NO U

It was hard. Mythological heroes are way easier.

I was reaching for ideas after a few minutes. Skills and stuff are easily converted so I don't have to make up any and can just adjust flavor... but Noble Phantasms were another matter. The Normandy is famous, but I wasn't sure how I felt about a Servant summoning a goddamn spaceship that's beyond anything actual Nasuverse Servants can conjure.

I had the idea to make multiple Shepards since they can turn out so differently depending on how you play/build one.

    Someone should make Biotic God.

    Alright, my time to shine!

Wanted to start things off by posting a few female, non-genderbent Berserkers, since the people I've talked to always seem to think they're in short supply.

I like to believe I'm always open to criticism, so do your worst, I won't mind (I'd be grateful for it actually). Well, here goes.

Edit: Images not mine, sorry for not mentioning so earlier.

    Marinette-Bwa-Cheche
Class: Berserker (Rider and Caster also possible).

True Name: Marinette Bwa-Cheche, Igniter of the Revolution.

    Gender: Female.

    Alignment: Chaotic Mad.

    Source: Carribean History/Voodoo Mythology.

    Stats
    Strength: C (B).
    Endurance: C (B).
    Agility: D (C).
    Magic: A-.
    Luck: E.

    Class Skills

    Mad Enhancement: C.

Ability to trade away sanity in exchange for power.

All parametres except Luck and Magic increased. As Marinette's main abilities otherwise lie in Magic, this Mad Enhacement essentially makes up for her weaknesses instead of capitalising on her strengths.

    Personal Abilities

Discernment of the Poor: B (C).

Ability to discern another's true motive and intentions, looking at them from the side of the underprivileged.

From Judika Illes' Encyclopedia of Spirits:

You can't fool her. As a priestess, she can immediately distinguish an adept from a novice.
This ability remains active under Mad Enhancement, but has turned into much more of an impulsive judgment than her usual critical analysis, hence its loss in Rank.

    ***

    Innocent Monster: C.

The reputation of being a ghastly, monstrous existence regardless of the Heroic Spirit's actual accomplishments in life, the distortion of their very image to be more like the nightmarish creature of legend people made them out to be. Incidentally this skill cannot be unequipped.

Marinette's own inextinquishable belief in herself as a heroine has had a hand in reducing the effects of this skill, even if it's not possible to negate it entirely, yet she is further compacted by Mad Enhacement placing more and more strain on her.

    ***

    Saint: E.

Acknowledgement as a saint, offering a choice of powers between 'Rank up to Charisma', 'production of a holy shroud', 'automatic HP recovery' and 'bonus resistance to sacraments'.
As an aspiring rebel leader who views herself as a true heroine even if the world disagrees, Marinette has chosen 'Rank up to Charisma', effectively giving her E- Charisma.

As is common with loa, Marinette-Bwa-Cheche has occasionally been synchronised with Jeanne d'Arc herself, even if synchronising her with the icon Anima Sola happens far more often. Add to that Marinette's feared and fearsome nature, and her Rank in this Skill is ultimately low.

    ***

    Voodoo (Haitian): A+.

Training in the Magecraft system known as Voodoo, allowing the mage to gain unprecedented magical power by summoning the beings known as loa and letting him/herself be possessed or 'ridden' by them like a puppet, a process said to bring out the mage's hidden emotions. Due to the frenzied activity practitioners during this possession, Voodoo is a magic system that still works surprisingly well with the Berserker class.

An accomplished priestess or 'mambo' in life, Marinette's Rank is boosted even higher by having entered into the ranks of the loa herself upon her human death. Along with being able to channel the loa into herself (her personal favourite being Erzulie Dantor) and work herself up into a frenzy, Marinette has also gained the ability to ride others in the same way.
However she is known for 'riding' her victims in a violent and forceful manner, with her becoming even more violent and forceful as a result of Mad Enhancement, thus it should be noticeable when she is possessing someone.

Despite her skill for it, her possession ability cannot to be used on other Servants, and while normal humans are easy prey for her, 'riding' a reluctant full-blown Magus can be difficult since their kind is more likely to have knowledge of possession and therefore some means of blocking it. Even if she were to possess a Magus though, Mad Enhancement would prevent her though process from letting her perform more complex actions like using Command Seals.

    Noble Phantasms
Anima Sola, Fiery Chains of Purgatory.

    Rank: A.

    Type: Anti-Personnel.

Range: A small circle around her.

It is typical for loa to be 'synchronised' with a Christian saint or similar figure, originally as a way for African slaves to disguise their worship of their true religion and fool their Christian slavers.
Marinette's case is a tad different, as she is commonly equated to the 'Anima Sola', which is instead an icon showing a woman being held in chains down in purgatory, surrounding by the roaring flames. The Anima Sola is said to represent the bondage that holds us all yet also our ability to break out of said bondage.

The moment Anima Sola is activated, a circle of fire and what appear to be chains spread out in a blaze around Berserker, snaring and trapping any unfortunate foe within her vicinity.
As her target perishes within the heat of the inferno, the so-called 'chains' attached to them gradually begin to break, till eventually the 'chain' connecting them to their life is shattered if they lack the strength required to escape the flames in time.
What Marinette's chains truly symbolise are every bond linking her target to their existence, everything that makes them who they are. The strength required to break them therefore is not physical, but mental and spiritual.

Marinette is said to be a spirit that, for all her ferocity, has the power to free people from what binds them, what deep down keeps them oppressed. A fitting assessment for the revolutionary she was in life.

    ***

Blood of the Rebellion, Black Boar Sacrifice.

    Rank: B.

Type: Anti-Battalion, Mental Interference (and pretty much every other Servant skill has something to do with Mental Interference).

Range: The area around her, but if fewer people are able to resist its effects it gains the power to spread out further, like a contagion of some sort.

A sacrificial ritual offering up a black boar to the loa, once this ritual is complete a blow is struck to the very concept of 'Law' itself. Around Marinette, formerly happy employees become less and less forgiving of their bosses and prone to strikes, deliquency at schools experiences unprecented highs, family rows become all the more frequent, and criminal activity accelerates to the point where only the toughest policement could keep under control, if even then.
Grail War-wise, allegiances begin to grow unstable, perfectly-planned strategies start going haywire, Servant-Master relations once thought secure begin to break apart, while Servant-Master relations on the edge meet with their final straw. The downside to this is that relations between Marinette and her Master will also not emerge unscathed.

Essentially, this Noble Phantasm is a re-enactment of the sacrifice Marinette performed that marked the commencement of the Haitian Revolution. Despite Mad Enhancement, Marinette can still pull off the ritual, but will do so in a strange, chaotic movement that looks like she herself is possessed.

    ***

Loups-Garoux, Matron of the Full Moon.

    Rank: C.

    Type: Anti-Personnel(Self, sort of).

Range: 1 person (her possession target).

Though she isn't one herself, voodoo worship regards Marinette as the matron of the Loups-Garoux, a unique brand of werewolf that flies through the night air on grisly wings. It should also be noted that in myth female Loups-Garoux appear to be much more prominent than male ones.

If Marinette is currently possessing a human being, she can trigger this NP and transform them into another of these Haitian winged werewolves, and like with all werewolves the closer it is to a full moon the more powerful they become. Marinette can use this NP much more effectively on female possession victims than male ones, yet she seems unable to use this NP when by herself (if she could, it would be filed under Monstrous Strength).

    Legend

Though known as a loa in the vein of Erzulie Dantor, Marinette (possibly the same person as Cecille Fatiman, a Voodoo priestess who lived to be 112) was originally a human being living in colonial Haiti. Ever the restless spirit, her sacrifice of a pig to Erzulie became an iconic event that served to ignite the Haitian Revolution against white rule.

However, when rebel leader Toussaint L'Ouverture forbade women from participating in battle, any further chance Marinette had of being hailed as a heroine was snatched away from her. After her death it was said that she became a destructive and evil loa consumed by rage and vengeance, yet even so she never gave up her belief that she was a heroine through and through, who evermore strives to liberate the oppressed.

Perhaps her entire reason for entering the Grail War is to at long last have the opportunity to fight and be recognised as the righteous heroine she knows in her heart she is, yet is further rage and destruction truly the way to achieve this?

    Kiyohime
    Class: Berserker.

True Name: Kiyohime, Dragoness of Hidaka.

    Gender: Female.

    Alignment: True Mad.

    Source: Japanese Mythology.

    Stats

    Strength: D (C > B > A+).
    Endurance: C (B > A).
    Agility: C (B > A).
    Magic: D (C).
    Luck: D (C).

    Class Skills

    Mad Enhancement: B.

Ability to trade away sanity in exchange for power.

At this point, all stats are increased yet almost all thought and reason has been vanquished. Kiyohime now becomes fixated solely on her 'prey'.

    Personal Abilities
    Field of Detection: C.

The Skill to sniff out and follow after any other Servants or sources of high mana in the surrounding area.

Kiyohime can keep track of her designated 'prey' over quite some distance, and will not be fooled by basic cover even if it has been protected by enchantments.

    ***

    Monstrous Strength: EX.

A skill held by Heroes with monstrous attributes, allowing them to exchange their humanity and transform themselves into the image of the beast of legend in exchange for an increase in Strength.

It is only at this high level that Draconian transformation become possible.

    ***

    Prana Burst (Flames): B.

Ability to reinforce the self and any weapon held by boosting Prana output, eventually unleashing said build-up in an almighty strike. In this case, the Prana output will take the form of a whirlwind of Flames surrounding the Servant.

For Kiyohime, this ability is linked with her Draconic nature, and can be considered a partial activation of it.

    ***

    Relentless Pursuit: B.

Skill at chasing after fleeing targets, boosting the Servant's stats should her enemy attempt to escape from battle.

Kiyohime's Strength, Endurance and Agility are each increased by one Rank in order to strike down fleeing enemies.

    Noble Phantasm

    Dojoji, Bell of Heated Demise.

    Rank: B.

    Type: Anti-Personnel.

Range: About 2 people at most.

The excruciating fate that befell the young lover who thought he could run away and abandon Kiyohime. Believing he'd be safe under the great bell of the Dojoji Temple, he was instead brutally bashed then roasted alive when the draconic Kiyohime inevitably found him. All who should again think that they can outrun the dragoness of Hidaka shall share his fate.

Called forth by a draconic roar from Berserker, this NP sends a gigantic bell crashing down upon the enemy, whereupon she repeatedly slams the bell with her tail before delivering the coup de grace by heating the bell to extreme temperatures with her firebreath. If caught by the bell, survival is only possible by possessing an insane endurance and resistance to fire, or by wielding enough strength to break out of the bell before Berserker encircles it.

    Legend

Kiyohime in life looked to be no more than an innkepper's widow. She was remarkably well-mannered and polite in the fashion of your average 'Yamato Nadeshiko' figure, and in genral there seemed to be nothing out of the ordinary about her.

That was, until one day when her humble inn was visited by a travelling student who held aspirations of monkhood. For Kiyohime however, it was love at first sight as she kept convincing this student to stay for longer and longer at the inn with her, until finally he noticed just how long she had kept him and how much he had let himself be sidetracked by her.

With the student making a speedy return to his journey to monkood, he at first hoped he could slip away quietly from Kiyohime as he made his way down the river Hidaka. Yet Kiyohime had caught up to him at an alarming speed, swimming after him with the utmost anger in her eyes, and as he paddled faster and faster the more the scorned woman was consumed by her anger until she transformed into a raging dragon like a carp heading up the waterfall.

Quickly did the young student leap out of his boat and dash towards the sacred grounds of Dojoji, whose sanctity he thought would keep him safe from the terrible being Kiyohime had become. But the temple offered hardly any protection against the raging wyrm, and as the student hid under the giant bell kept there he was beaten within an inch of his life and then heated unto death as he met with Kiyohime's wrath.

After first being summoned, Kiyohime acts like the perfect image of the graceful, ladylike innkeeper she was in life, her humble wish for the Holy Grail being merely to find true love. Yet at the slightest offence or hint of betrayal...

    Thessalonike of Macedon
    Class: Berserker.

True Name: Thessalonike of Macedon, the Ageless Mermaid.

    Gender: Female.

    Alignment: Lawful Mad.

    Source: Macedonian History/Greek Folklore.

    Stats

    Strength: D (B > A).
    Endurance: B (A).
    Agility: C (B).
    Magic: C (B).
    Luck: E (D).

    Class Skills

    Mad Enhacement: B (E).

Ability to trade away sanity in exchange for power.
An odd case, as she seems to be able to suppress this and keep it at a low Rank as long she hears Alexander is still alive. Once she'd told the horrible truth though, well then the gloves really come off.

    Personal Abilities

    Battle Continuation: B.

The capacity to remain fighting at full power, even when suffering from the gravest of wounds. Also the ability to return to allied territory alive after battle.

This Skill has been bestowed upon Thessalonike by the same magical elixir that once saved her from drowning, as well as her own refusal to let herself be defeated so she may be reunited wth her half-brother.

    ***

    Light of Victory: A.

A skill associated with those who bring victory or are otherwise linked to victory, granting the belief that victory is assured for this Skill's holder.

This skill manifests as a strong feeling of hope granted to Thessaonike that prevents Mental Interference, which appears to be infectious as it inflicts anyone allied with her with this same sense of hope and Mental Resistance.

With her Mad Enhancement at such a low level this skill is able to operate in full capacity, however upon hearing that Alexander has died and from there on entering into her full Mad enhacement, this skill then becomes deactivated.

As her birth coincided with her father's victory over Thessalonika, her very name therefore is a symbol of victory.

    ***

    Monstrous Strength: C.

A skill held by Heroes with beastly or monstrous attributes, allowing them to exchange their humanity and transform themselves into the image of the beast of legend, increasing Strength by one Rank.

Upon hearing that Alexander the Great has indeed died, this Skill activates and begins to morph her into a legendary Gorgon (note I say 'a', not 'the').

    Noble Phantasms

    Oceanus, Flask of Immortality
    Rank: B.

    Type: Anti-Personnel.

    Range: 1 person.

On his long and tireless conquest to the ends of the earth, her older half-brother Alexander the Great was once offered a potion of immortality upon reaching an otherworldly realm akin to the Garden of Eden. When told however that if he drank it he would be forced to give up his dreams of conquest, he refused to take one drop of it, handing it over to the young Thessalonike instead.

Upon hearing of her older brother's death in Babylon, Thessalonike became so distraught and overwhelmed by grief that she threw herself to her death in the churning oceans. But rather than die right there the magic potion she had taken before (reportedly by having it splashed on her hair by Alexander) saved her soul by reincarnating her as a mermaid.

When this NP is activated it releases the fabled elixir into the water around like a bubble, and should anyone without equal or greater Magic Resistance come into contact with this water, then they to are transformed into a mer-being exactly like Thessalonike. This can be of great detriment to them if they have little to no prior experience with swimming or the ocean, and also takes away any difficulty Thessalonike would have attacking a Servant or Master on land.

    ***

    Alexandria, The King Still Lives

    Rank: A.

    Type: Up to Anti-Fortress.

From then on Thessalonike roamed the seas of the world refusing to believe that her brother had truly died. To every ship that passed her way she asked the same question, if Alexander the Great still lived and continued to conquer. If a ship's crew ever responded that he had long since died, then she would turn into a monstrous Gorgon and inflict this very punishment on them.

This NP is akin to a curse, or rather judgment, of inevitable and inescapable doom, activating when Thessalonike is told of her brother's fate and fully becomes the Gorgon. Whoever broke the terrible news to her becomes now fated to be killed by her, the World changing her enemy's very existence to 'dead'regardless of whatever protection against death they have. The only way to escape this fate, aside from telling her that Alexander is alive and well in response to her question, is to possess a Luck ranking of an almost godlike calibre.

    Legend

The half-sister of Alexander the Great, who commited suicide by jumping into the ocean upon hearing of his death, yet was saved when she transformed into a mermaid due to the flask of life her brother poured over her. In her continued hysteria she roams the seas asking sailors if Alexander still rules this Earth, not taking kindly to no for an answer. Joining the Grail War as she is certain Alexander will be there, wishing to use the Grail to join him on land again. Though a powerful servant if used right, a major drawback to her is her inability to fight on land.

The same reason Medusa's steed is not a NP. It is a creature she can summon and command at will. Other than its unusual sturdiness and agility, the goat's only special in that it will always respond to her summons and obey her unconditionally. Also, it can be ridden into battle despite being a goat (note that Medusa needs her bridle to have her Pegasus do that).

As in her tale, the goat becomes a FABULOUS horse. There are no details on whether it has any other powers beyond being FABULOUS, so I did not bother making up any.

Once her Master knows her identity, wouldn't that ensure that they could never learn to truly love her despite her appearance, because they already know she's actually really beautiful?
You said it. I guess it would take a rather stupid Master who does not have enough knowledge to recognize her at first glance and furthermore does not bother doing research after seeing her goat and spoon.

Well, yeah, even if she gets the awesome wand with the Command Seal, there are only three of those and the transformation is temporary. Also, the Master-Servant relationship will be ruined forever. The Master would probably need a CS to make her do anything, not only transform.

@Five_X: You forgot Prydwen, Goswhit, Wygar and Sequence.

Someone who is a Japanese schoolboy, is rather famously bullheaded and cares very much about the beauty of existence?

Well, if you know somebody like that, I guess that would work.

Now, next Servant. Just like Tatterhood was meant to be Shirou's, this one was supposed to be Rin's. She's just a magnet for those Counter Guardians, seriously. In any case, the contract with Rin is mentioned a few times in the text; don't pay much attention to it.

    *******
    *******

Counter Guardian Naotake (Naotake no Kaguya-hime)
    Servant: Caster

    Gender: Female
    Height: 154.6 cm
    Weight: 45 kg
    Three sizes: 74/55/75

    Alignment: Lawful Neutral

Appearance: A silver-haired yamato nadeshiko. It is easy to use such words to describe this young beauty of surreally smooth features. Her eyes are heartwarmingly gentle in spite of their bloody red color. The faint pink tone of her inviting lips is enough to bring attention to them, for they contrast with her milky skin. She wears an elaborate pink kimono with bamboo and flower motifs and a silk shawl of more vivid red and black tones with the elaborate theme of the full moon rising over a Japanese castle.

    Strength E
    Endurance E
    Agility C
    Mana A
    Luck B
    Noble Phantasm A+

    Class Skills
    * Item Construction: The skill to manufacture magical items.
(lost) – Naotake has no magical training whatsoever. This skill is lost in exchange for full access to her Noble Phantasms.
    * Territory Creation: The skill to build a special terrain that is advantageous to oneself as a magus.
B – Her combination of Noble Phantasms gives Naotake an edge when it comes to territory design and defense.

    Personal Skills
    * Golden Rule: Measures one’s fortune to acquire wealth.
B+ – Riches accumulate naturally around her and her close ones.
    * Immaculate Beauty: A spell (curse) inherent to one’s physical appearance which is cast as soon as the target looks at the user.
A – Acknowledged as one of the most beautiful women in history and legend, with ‘hair that shines silver like moonlight’, Kaguya-hime’s Immaculate Beauty, aside of eliciting strong feelings of attachment towards her, subtly urges those enraptured by her appearance to unconsciously hold back when fighting her. All attacks made by afflicted characters lose a Rank, including the damage output of Noble Phantasms. This effect works regardless of the target’s gender, and it requires substantial Magic Resistance (B-rank or higher) to negate.

    Noble Phantasms:
    * Hinezumi no Kawaginu – Vermilion Garb of the Volcano Spirits (火鼠の皮衣, Robe of Fire Rat)
    Type: Anti-Unit
    Rank: C
    Range: 0
Maximum number of targets: 1 person

The magical cloth made from the fur of fire rats; mythical spirits from Chinese lore. It is an open, loose-fitting, long-sleeved red garment Naotake always wears over her elegant kimono. Unlike Naotake’s other Noble Phantasms, this one was not created by the planet for her sake, but is in fact an ancient artifact she has gained by virtue of the weight of her legend. Crafted by early Buddhist monks near the end of the Age of Gods and kept as a relic in a temple forgotten by history, its power has grown from its original purpose as a means to survive in extremely hot climates. It has become a Conceptual Weapon; it is Naotake’s choice to wear it as an ordinary piece of clothing.

The robe is completely fire-proof. Both the garment and its wearer are completely protected from heat and flame, both natural and supernatural. The robe will never be burnt or even singed. Furthermore, in spite of being made of cloth and fur, it possesses notable defensive properties due to the passage of time increasing its worth as a concept. The robe is able to defect all attacks of C-rank and lower. Like Herakles’ God Hand, this is a protection at the meta-conceptual level that rejects the very definition of ‘C-rank’, meaning Noble Phantasms of rank up to C are also effortlessly neutralized by the robe.

Being crafted from the fur of an animal spirit, the robe’s power can be diminished by anti-spirit effects such as the barrier protecting Ryuudouji.

    * Hotoke no Miishi no Hachi – The Favors Provided by Moderation in Favor of Indulgence (仏の御石の鉢, Buddha’s Stone Bowl)
    Type: Anti-Army
    Rank: C
    Range: 1-30
Maximum number of targets: 50 people

The beautiful stone begging bowl of the Buddha from India, according to the Tale of the Bamboo Cutter. A mysterious object that gleams with unearthly beauty, as if studded with the finest of gems, in spite of being made purely of carved stone. It is a blessing that can only be given to one who will not abandon herself to overindulgence.

Upon invoking its power, the bowl’s magic immediately defines and expands a Bounded Field in which all mana is rapidly depleted and contained within the bowl’s infinite depths. Caster can then use the gathered mana to sustain herself so that she will not be destroyed by the power of her own Noble Phantasm. It would be a truly fearsome ‘Mage-Killer’ and ‘Anti-Servant’ tool were it not for its two strong limitations: the bowl stops working should its owner use the mana within for purposes other than self-sustainment and healing. Furthermore, the bowl also stops working the moment its owner makes any other kind of attack. As an instrument that symbolizes moderation, it also represents the idea of “attacking without attacking”; the power of the powerless. As such, it does not tolerate violence on the part of its holder.

    * Hourai no Chi – Legend of the Forsaken Moon Princess (蓬莱の血, Blood of Hourai)
    Type: Anti-Unit
    Rank: B
    Range: --
Maximum number of targets: 1 person

The only one of Naotake’s Noble Phantasms that can be attributed exclusively to her and not to a gift from the planet in response to her dreams and wishes. It is the re-conceptualization of the bizarre form of regeneration she was born with as a result of her unique design. A variation of the idea of immortality different from the blessing of the gods and the supernatural hardiness of True Ancestors and Dead Apostles.

Instead of the ‘localized reversion of time’ that regresses the body of a vampire upon receiving an injury, Naotake’s ‘re-initialization of personal time’ is triggered by death. When her body is destroyed beyond her available means of repair, her very existence is ‘restarted’, following an accelerated form of human-like growth and development. Basically, her body is completely restored in the form of a newborn baby, and then rapidly grows back into Naotake’s true form. It was in this form that she was found by her adoptive father, the bamboo cutter, Taketori no Okina.

This seemingly ideal form of immortality is of course not without disadvantages. Naturally, as a toddler, Naotake is completely vulnerable to attack and/or manipulation; during the earliest stage of her rapid growth she is not even aware of her own identity and powers and thus cannot protect herself. There has to be at least something remaining of her body for Naotake to be able to restore herself; complete and utter annihilation of her physical form would destroy her for good just like it does anybody else. Finally, the speed of her growth is tied to the phases of the moon, just like the Curse of Restoration of True Ancestors and Dead Apostles. At the peak of its power during the Full Moon, complete restoration takes approximately 48 hours. During New Moon, restoration would take the entirety of seven days.

    * Hourai no Tama no Eda – The Bejeweled Tree from the Utopia Where the Sun Never Sets (蓬莱の玉の枝, Jeweled Branch of Hourai)
    Type: Anti-Army
    Rank: A+
    Range: 1
    Maximum number of targets: --

A branch from a tree from the island of immortals, Penglai. It is because of this Noble Phantasm that Naotake can create a powerful, defensible territory to act as her Workshop. She also acknowledges this Phantasm as the reason she was probably summoned by Tohsaka Rin, as it is the core of their battle compatibility. It is a treasure from a distant utopia from oriental mythology; an unknown divine mystery created by the planet itself as the embodiment of the ideal of peace and prosperity the humble people of ancient times wished for.

Naotake must first bury the branch in soil rich in mana—the leyline flowing under Tohsaka manor is a perfect location. In the course of 24 hours, a mighty tree—it has the appearance of a small Chinese juniper—grows out of that spot, the extent of its roots defining the edges of Naotake’s new territory.

The obvious magical qualities of the tree are only noticeable from up close thanks to a concealing effect that may fool even other Heroic Spirits, unless they have knowledge of Magecraft. While the presence of the territory will become obvious upon deployment of the Noble Phantasm, the tree’s status as its center and pillar is much harder to realize. To the ignorant, the tree will register in their minds as ‘a tree that was always there’. Within the territory defined by its roots, Caster and up to five allies within the territory receive a rank up in Endurance and Agility (allowing humans to gain physical prowess comparable to the weakest of Heroic Spirits), a significant boost to Armor Class and Saving Throws, and the equivalent of Battle Continuation Rank B.

However, it is the features of the tree itself that make it truly a most miraculous of mysteries. The tree possesses a veritable number of Magic Circuits, and it constantly gathers ambient mana and processes it into prana that it then stores in the gems it grows like fruits. Caster can control the intake of mana, how many jewel-fruits are produced in a period of time and how much prana is stored in each. Naturally, storing large amounts of prana in a large number of gems can take considerable time, depending on the magical richness of the land. When planted on the Tohsaka mansion, the tree of Hourai can grow up to three gems loaded with the prana equivalent of one of the jewels Rin has charged for ten years, in a 24-hour period.

    * Ryuu no Kubi no Tama —Rainbow-colored Treasure of Dragonkind (龍の頸の玉, Dragon’s Necklace)
    Type: Anti-Unit
    Rank: E-A
    Range: 0
Maximum number of targets: 1 person

A necklace of rainbow-colored gemstones which acts as a symbol of Eastern dragons’ lordship over seas and storms. By wearing this Noble Phantasm, Caster gains the competence in Magecraft necessary to be accepted in that class. The necklace is a ‘mystery that contains mysteries’, and it could be described as an ‘external Thaumaturgical Crest’. It provides its wearer with the knowledge, affinity and competence to use all sorts of Water- and Wind-based spells, as well as the same ‘Transferring of Power’ spells that provide the wearer with all that knowledge and skill in the first place—technically, this would allow Naotake to use the same Jewel Magecraft Rin uses, although most likely not at the same level of skill. The spells compiled within the magical record in the stones allows for an excellent balance of offense, defense and general support—with the aid of this Noble Phantasm, Naotake can perform at a level comparable with the very competent magi from the Age of Gods. The catalog of spells available is greater for those with the blood and blessing of dragons, oriental or not.

    * Tsubame no Koyasugai – Gift of Everlasting Health (燕の子安貝, Swallow’s Cowrie Shell)
    Type: Anti-Unit
    Rank: D
    Range: 0
Maximum number of targets: 1 person

The rumored item to be found in the nest of swallows after laying their eggs. It was believed to be an unfailing charm for fertility, but it has remained as nothing but a folktale, for nobody has ever seen it. After the emergence of the Tale of the Bamboo Cutter, the Cowrie has become a symbol of life and health.

The owner of the Cowrie Shell is immune to all poisons, diseases and curses, regardless of their origin. Genetic diseases and curses innate to one’s own existence are not cured by this Noble Phantasm, however. It also proved incapable to resist Matou Sakura’s Cursed Boundary Layer, but this is more because of the nature of Sakura’s ability overcoming the limits of the Noble Phantasm’s protective power.

    Background:
The product of a failed attempt by Crimson Moon to create a pure True Ancestor; a unique existence completely different from both True Ancestors and Dead Apostles. Thought to be powerless and useless due to her separation from the nature of Brunestud, she was tortured to near-death, discarded and left to perish. Her unknown and completely unique regenerative power kept her alive, and she was found by the bamboo cutter in the guise of a baby. She hid with the bamboo cutter and his wife, never showing herself to anybody else in fear that other Dead Apostles might go after her if it was known that she still lived, for that would reveal the unique nature of her powers. When a retinue of Dead Apostles appeared in town, drawn by the tales of her inhuman beauty, Kaguya prayed for the power to protect her beloved people against those who preyed on them and, against all common sense, Alaya did in fact respond. Instead of giving her supernatural powers, it presented her with the mystical objects she had once requested of her suitors, now in the form of Noble Phantasms—the instruments of the legend she was about to forge upon leaving everything she thought precious behind.
