No mention so it doesn't seem likely. If anything, he needs a buff. His NP needs an interlude that makes it do 200~300% insta-kill chance.

You kidding? His skills are amazing! 5k Guts, Heal + Atk + Def + 100% debuff resistance, 100% insta-kill resistance down + Buster Up. That's really amazing stats on his skills.

Well, Merlin got released with only his NP changed and that was noted in the gatcha info. Why not King Hassan being the same as chapter 7 since there wasn't any info about his skills/NP being changed?
