After translating TSD post: I don't know, we either see Noel bond with Satsuki or try and bully her and get bad ended. I think the former would be more interesting this go around especially if she gets bad ended anyway. Noel is going to be the new Satsuki waiting 20 years for the Nanaya route. I do want to see a more antagonistic side of the church though. They aren't exactly saints... well maybe they are, but they don't act like it so them taking an opposition role for real for part of the route would be cool.

I'd argue most ppl don't really make a distinction between "Christianity" and "Catholicism", or at least think of the latter as the "default variant" of the former despite knowing there are other variants.

I would think that that is highly dependent on where you live. Maybe that's true in Catholic-dominant countries, but there are plenty of countries with Protestant majorities or no dominant denomination.
