I did set up my paypal account (email verified but no bank account or card attached) but setting up the bank account to be used with it is proving to be a real hassle, they said they'd enable activation soon. I still haven't received the info vital for use in its activation that they said they'd send me. :/
I don't remember how that worked for me, I just did my first transaction and it was authenticated.

Well the problem now is that the bank wants to update my name to the new order format and it's going to take three to four days to do so.
In the meantime my paypal account is stuck with the right name order (but the bank hasn't updated) so the names won't match, and iirc you can ony change your paypal account name once. =\
... I should really visit the bank more often

His entire lineup consists of a hacked series of 80 Zoruas, and every single one of them knows protect, detect, and endure. In addition, they hold the item 'presence concealment mask' which grants a 20x boost to evasion.
When you beat him, he punches you in the face and jogs away with your badge.
