    Personality and Background


    Native Born as Tyrtamus Born on the Greek Island Lesbos in rather sparse conditions were he lived almost only alone due to his solitude skipped he often into the in These Age still existing Dense Forest and was fascinated by the Wealth of the different Plants ,although he was a more introverted Person has he asked his Neighbors About what this -or-that plant is but he didnt received satisfying Answers so has he instead examined them himself ,their Attributes and also if they should have a meaning,during one of his "Expeditions" was he noticed by the as reclusive rumored Sage Alcippus who normally was known to chase of Wanderers and Lumberjacks (there were also some rumors that he even should have killed some of These) and which entered the vilages only rarely,he approached the currently Tyrtamos and asked him what he did there ,Tyrtamus answered that he wanted to know more About the plants and for whoose sense they are growing ,moved by These words has Alcippus offered him to answer him These Questions and invited him into his home ,after the Course of the days are have both mutual trust and Alcippus noticed that the mind is not the only extraordinarity the Boy possess ,and Tyrtamos noticed that Alcippus is something more…

    Then has the Sage put Tyrtamos (without to know )under a Trial that should let him discover his Magecraft which Tyrtamos were succesfully in.Then upon congratulating him has he shown the Boy his Real appearance and told him that he is a "Avatar"/"Embodiment" of the Nature and that Tyrtamos possess potencial beyond his Imagination Tyrtamos accepted the ofer and became now his real Apprentice and learned 7~years under him until he became 15~years old he learned under the Spirit: Magecraft bits of True Magic,Philosophy,The Spiritual Past,Ökology,Cooking,Stealth and Assault strategize(Alcippus even affirmed that the rumors of his Killings were true). but then after Alcippus deed comit the murder of one Governor of Lesbos who wanted to slay the Wood for a Plantation .

    Which Enraged the Family of the Governor which collected some Mercenaries of the Island and hired some of the Neighbourgh Lands to kill the Sorcerer although Alcippus would normaly have no Problems against some Warriors but he had worry About Tyrtamus so tied he him up in some Roots and pretended that the Boy was his working slave to ensure that the Boy wouldnt be executed as the Apprentice of the Sorccerer some Mercenaries found him and questioned him out which then freed him and wanted to Keep him as Squire but Tyrtamos tried to fleed but was unable to ,until Alcippus heard his screams and appeared before him and killed instantan the four Bountyhunters and told that he must leave then runned Tyrtamos down the hill and one former Neighbor who was a Merchand found him at the Border of Eresos and hidd him from them then fought the Sorcerer at the same time against the Mercenaries but were overpowered and killed .The Merchand, Erigyios hosted him for four Days and told him that he should go to Athen and attend Platons Academy.

    Then after a tradingship docked at the Harbor of Lesbos had Erigyios used one old contact to get Tyrtamos the travel to Athen and someone that esccorted him to the Academy.Wherer he attended four years and withhin them received he the teachings of Plato a forged friendship with Aristoteles which became his second great Mentor and best Friend who called him Theophrastos due to his divine speaking Talent which Tyrtamos now used as his Name and putted his old Name down.

    Theophrast accompanied Aristoteles after Platons death, on his self Chosen Exile and they went on behalf of Theophrastos went back at Lesbos where they started their Science and Magecraft studies.

    Were Theophrast started to told his Best Friend ,his past and Aristoteles were shocked at one side and intrigued by it ,then have both studied for Two years the Animals and Plants of the Island aswell having developed alongside each other their capablitities in Pankration and Magecraft during These time wer Theophrast Aristoteles Best Man and paricipated as guest his Friend MArriage and were as midwife present during Phitias II (Aristoteles Daughter) were Aristoteles were almost sooner fainted as the Mother .Then after one additional year were Aristoteles invited by Phillip II the King of Macedon to become his Sons Lecturrer ,Aristoteles accepted the invitation and offered to get him also to Macedon as Co-Teacher,Theophrastes was cuious About that and take it as Adventure thus acompanied his Friend after Macedon .

    During Their Time in Macedon were Aristoteles appointed as the Head of the Macedonian Academy was Theophrast even invited alongside Aristoteles for a Banquet at the Court were the King asked Theophrastes About who he where and what he had in mind to do in Macedon,Theophrastes answered that he were just a Friend of Wisdom and Bravery and that he just wanted to study their Plant- and Animal life and perhaps wanted to learn some bites from the Experienced Warriors of Macedon as that as Islander were he curious to get to know their World Experience and "Martial-Wisdom" ,King Philip II were quite pleased by Theophrastes Answer and allowed that he may freely roam Macedon and ask what he wanted to hear from his Generals (except direct Military Intel of Course) so aside that Theophrast were present as Co Teacher respectively Main Teacher of Alexander were both had a respectfull Relationship and perhaps some World Curiousity of Theophrast smeared down to Alexander,has Theophrastes consulted the Macedonian Generals and conversed About their experiences and learned "some gripes and Techniques" from them and roamed the markets where he studied especially the spices ,fruits and vegetables there and worked as mediator when he saw some Disputes which he solved through his Intelect and spech.

    Then after Both had finished their Duty as Lecturers went they to Athen and started to educate there at the begin in the Lyceum temple and they were ocupied also with the Building of the School but due to that Aristoteles were through his Macedonian alignment were he after Alexanders death forced to leave Athen and selected Theophrastes as the Scholarchat(School-Head) and the Guardian of his Children.

    Although Theophrastes were mildly displeased by Aristoteles choice but he understood his Situation quite well so had he completet the Peripatos and educated alongside some other Senior Pupils Aristoteless during These years around 1000 Students where many later became later either Philosophs on their own or infuental Politician or came from prestigous Families ,although Theophrastes wished he would have a spend a much more quiter life liked the work as Teacher and didnt mind that .During These time did he also often received many Mailings of the Diadochi which contained specialy, plants of the far East aswell their descriptions and occasionelly also some Problemreports and answer pleading which he reliablly solved .

    He holded to many former Students friendly ties often also real friendships as that he later didnt involve himself much with more People as necesary had he prefered to Keep himself or with his Pupils of which later Menander were one of his best Friends beside that did he wrote his scripts that were sadly mostly lost during the time or that he visited Aristoteles often and were also present during his Burial ,although one Theophrasts own inductance said to never Mention has the normaly outwarldly calm Man cried painfully and were even fallen to his knees which were one of the rather more seldom occasions were he lost his composure.

    Personality:

    Theophrastes is calm and wise composed Person who goes the things mostly in a collected way generally. Although he is a more introverted Person does he have no hesitations to express his oppinion or to stand for what he believe .

    He holds great curiousity to see the modern world and enjoy heir collected plant and nature Knowledge so would he instead of prepare for the Grailwar would he take some modern clothes and then visit every horticulture orr Florist where he will take notes and if they make mistakes like to address a plant falsse you can expect that he will correct their issuas and lecture then firmly as he views such a issue unforgiveable similar like if he sees plastic plants then will he uncaring if drawing attention draw his sword and cut up the scrap as he vies such things as cheap as that when after his oppinion someone wants to enjoy the plant-view someone must execute work or if he is unable hire one that is capable.
     
    Aswell would he buy every planting book especially of continents he didnt know of ,he sees.
     
    Although he is a misanthropic person does he not necesarily loath humans just can he not stand their ignornt and small minedness with which they blind themself and although he seldom change his expression if he feels dsdain does he hated the self-rightousness of the Greek upperclass members which were the reason why he aside of some parent meetings or due to legal proceedings he was sued he didnt seeked the contact to them but although it was known that he was somewhat "excentric" were that taken by the upperclass as simple quirk,however the exception of this were Childrenn especially his students and pupils in particular which he saw as beautifull buds which werent stained by the hypocrisy and selfrightousness thus pure out of this reason has he did his best to educate them into open minded and honest individuals,
     
    This translates now that reborn as servant he mostly keeps to himself and aside from Childrenn or lovers of nature respectively of his craft(botany) practioners.,and although he values life in every form because he know that like with every plant has a meaning it also applies to the Humans but he understand the importance of death and the Labor of executers ,due to that sees he surprisingly the modern crime rate as effect of that the punishments are having became to weak to instil fear in the criminals but he also understand that many crimes are done out of poverty or optionlessness so would he see a crime would disregarding his state as servant and chase them and want to hear their justification ,if they are having good reasons will he let them leave and give them some suggestions if not (like when the reason were greed)then will he make them into
    fertilizer...
     
     
    He is however curious to see and get to know the other participant and he hope that he could hold some fruitfull conversations like is he eager if some of the Legendary Warriors and Magicians of the Age of Gods will appear and although he is through his Abbillities more then capable of fighting the other servants from afar without the need of direct engagement ,but not only due to Theophrastos curiousity for his opponents but also because of his fair and honorfull Demeanor so will he if posible carry out a fair battle where he will face his opponents eye to eye .
     
    however he is also a aloof Person who aside of extreme emotional moments rarely display anything other than a calm "dreamy" expression so is it not easy to guess his real emotional state but he showed his Pupils often a genuine smile,also is he one which is difficult to befriend with him ,but after he has etablished a bond with a other is he a loyal and insightfull friend who has no matter the direness of a situation a solution and is ready to go to great lenghts to help them and sometimes even beat them a dent on their head if they are acting to folish.
     
    Towards the Master :
     
    In general is one of the few servants who would prefer young Masters ,so would he prefer to have a Childrenn or Adolscent as Master then would he act as mentoring Uncle/Father figure and would wish to to raise them as sovereign (open) mind and become capable and confident Adults ,then would he act according to the fullest in their best interest out of Theophrasts altruism.
     
    In the case of that he will (most likely) have a Adult Master will he act much more aloof and cautious towards his Master as that the most likely conservativ Mage type Master will remind him on the Greek upperclassmen so will he if the Master has no specific personality or is practioner of a Plant using Magecraft or Alchemistic techniques will he refrain from deep insightfull conversation (outwardly shown as "thoughtless" grumpy manner) ,he will however show some glimpse of his Insightfull Wisdom inform of sharp advise if the Master will make mistakes ,which he wouldnt explain the reasoning of his judgement unless he found fondness in the Master ,although there are several instances where he open himself more like if there would be Childrenn involvedd then wouldnt he be able to refrain from telling them some things (and be it only the solution of the homeworks) also would he demand from his Master tho treat their Childrenn as Persons on their own and not as proberty because if he sees mistreatment of the former would he take a sort of countermeasures against that or if the Master a young Lady then would he also be more open and guiding during the Grailwar .
     
    He will in either case acompany his Master in the most cases if he find it necesary like to the danger potencial of a other Servant ,and will fight out of dutifeeling albeit he will unlike if he feels fondness for his Master be not very protective if his Master is in direct Danger.

    his Wish for the Grail:

    He is also very capable of using Elementalcraft direct in an Combat Situation where he combined his Knowledge About the Machia Hecatia Graea spell which he was unable to master due to his meager capability in using divine words , but he combined the incomplete Knowledge of the Ray of Light spell with his Elementalcraft to create powerfull blast spells were he mainly harness the Elements of Water and Earth aswell Air due to his dislike of using Fire or Thunder which would cause collateral Damage on the Environment although he is in the two letter not lesser talented,beside that can he in a Enhancement way emulate for himself or others a sort of Mana Blast.

    A technique-type Noble Phantasm imitating Heracles' personal combat style, applied to Heracles' own bow, and similarly meant to a lengthy conflict. An inferior version, that can only perform about half as well as the real deal, and only with a bow; if it were only Philoctetes' own skill behind it, it would be C-rank, or C+ at best. But, this Noble Phantasm also carries with it two concepts: the fall of the city of Troy prophesied by prince Helenus, and the promise made by Heracles that Philoctetes would be healed and attain glory by helping end the war.

    Pouring magical energy into Heracles' bow, drawing the string with all his strength and aiming with all his skill, Philoctetes fires four laser-like homing shots at his foe. The first shot deals no damage, but instead strips the target of all their defenses, sealing defensive Noble Phantasms and skills, dissipating protective magecraft and even causing the armor they wear to break and fall apart, paving the way for their demise and removing anything that could interfere with the remaining three shots, which strike the target with full force. In addition, before firing, Philoctetes has his health restored and all negative statuses removed, returning to pristine condition.


    He also posseses the venom of the Lernaean Hydra as a Noble Phantasm, indentical to Heracles' own. Release the damn sheets already Narita.

    A hero from ancient Greece, most famous for inheriting the bow and arrows of the demigod Heracles. He was one of the Argonauts, and also Helen's suitor, and thus bound by the Oath of Tyndareus to avenge Menelaus against the Trojans. However, during the journey, while the Greeks rested in the island of Chryse, Apollo sent a snake to bite Philoctetes' left foot in an attempt to prevent him for reaching Troy, causing it to become seriously diseased and smell terribly. Later on the journey, Odysseus convinced the leaders of the expedition, Agamemnon and Menelaus, to abandon him on a desolate island. Thus, the prince spent a decade alone and in constant pain, while Greeks and Trojans fought beyond the sea.

    When the Greeks found out from the prophetic prince Helenus that Troy would not fall without the bow and arrows of Heracles, Odysseus and Diomedes were sent back to retrieve them; Odysseus wanted to take only the weapon, but Diomedes refused to go without the man. Philoctetes himself did not want to aid the Greeks who abandoned him, and the deified Heracles had to descend from the Olympus to convince him otherwise. Once in Troy, Philoctetes was healed by Asclepius' son Podalirius and slayed prince Paris, the cause of the entire conflict. Just as foretold, shortly after his return, Troy fell to the ruse of the Trojan horse, in which he also took part.

    In all things in life, he looked towards his friend Heracles as an ideal: the greatest and bravest of heroes, who feared nothing and would readily aid others with the most dire of tasks. When the hero entrusted him with his bow, Philoctetes also gained his single wish in life: to prove himself worthy of being his chosen successor. He had hoped to attain glory in the Trojan War, facing great warriors like Hector and Aeneas, but Apollo and Odysseus robbed him of this chance and ten years of his life. When he finally arrived in Troy, both sides were weary with war, and there was very little glory left to be had; Hector was dead, Aeneas was gone, and the greatest foe that still remained was the cowardly and weak Paris.

    Because of his mistreatment, Philoctetes has become a bit bitter and impatient, fearing that he'll miss his great chance again, as well as reserved, due to trust and abandonment issues. But beneath that, there is still a good man who wants to do great things, to be recognized as a hero and bring happiness to the people, just as Heracles did. Thus, if his Master somehow breaks through his fears and earns his trust, he will become the most loyal of Servants. Even if he is only mortal and can't compare to the real thing, he can at least try to be the Heracles of his Master.

    Wish for the Grail: A unique case of a ruler the vessel, Olga Marie, has a wish specifically to bring the “real” Lev Lainur back to life, feeling he should not be blamed form the actions of the Demon God Pillar that possessed him. This is her only wish as all others have been granted by Aion. Aion himself has no true wish for the grail except perhaps to have a few assistants in his task of maintaining time.

    Appearance: As Olga Marie is the vessel Aion has her face and body, the orang parts of her cloths have become white, the metal parts silver. Her hair has grown down to the floor, as has her over coat, both of them having a highlight that looks like the starry night sky at the edges. Always behind her is the zodiac wheel with a man floating in Imaginary Number Space inside.

    BioBio: Within the universe there exists a multitude of divine beings, from the ultimate ones which rules over the celestial bodies, to the gods crafted from human prayer, and the universal gods born to rule over elements which exist beyond simple planets. Amaterasu deity of our solar systems sun, Morrigan the certainty of the end, Heimdall the god given charge of the travel between worlds. Aion is but one of these universal deities, an important one given the task of maintaining Time.

    To fulfill this task, rather than living in normal space he instead lives in Imaginary Number Space, allowing him to observe and correct time. From here he observed humanity, he interacted with them and he became intrigued by them. Through his interactions he became known to humanity as the god of time, and as a god of the universe he would remain despite having no prayers to him. In this he came to know of Chaldea, of its director, and of his inheritor, Olga Marie Animusphere.

    He observed her end and feeling sorrowful for her fate Aion did what he could to save her, bringing her disembodied soul into Imaginary Number Space. With his power he saw Olga Marie’s life, he saw her accomplishments, her abilities, and he saw how not once she was praised for them. Always it was “What else could you expect from his daughter.” “Just as you expected from one of the ten great mage families.” Never a word of true praise.

    As he learned of her life, Aion decided, he would give her a second chance of life, and the power to make something truly amazing with that life. And thus Olga Marie returned to life, returned to the world as a Pseudo Servant of the god of time Aion. Though given full control of his power, the only influence upon her personality being his optimism, Aion still makes himself known, speaking to Olga and others from INS through his Zodiac Wheel.

Each command seal can only be used for the servant it is assigned to, and when transferred to a master they can only be given those that have been assigned to the servant they are the master of.

    Essence of the God of Time A++: A skill denoting a servant’s existence as a God of Time, while normally Ruler being a pseudo servant would result in this skill at B+ rank. However both the unique circumstances by which they became the host of this god, and their experience in the concepts of time travel and imaginary numbers this has increased this skills rank to its current state. This skill allows to resist changes to time and reality, as well as control time to a certain extent. At this rank both Ruler’s mind and body can remain unaltered by any change in time or reality even on the level of a God of the Universe.

    Temporal Anomaly Correction B: A skill born of one’s ability to correct abnormalities in time, Ruler has earned this skill as a result of their purpose in performing this task. While exceeding good at this task, seeing as it is their purpose, Ruler has been known to interfere occasionally creating the vary anomaly’s they are meant to correct decreasing the rank of this skill to its current state. At this rank Ruler is capable of correcting minor anomalies disregarding their special size and scope.

    Imaginary Number Calculations A+: A skill born of Ruler’s ability to perform calculations related to Imaginary Number Space. Ruler has existed within this place since their conception, and thus has a natural ability for this skill, a natural ability which under normal circumstances would only be B, having never conceived of using more then their natural ability. Fortunately the human vessel used has some experience with Imaginary Number Calculations and gives Ruler access to equipment designed for such things, increasing this skills rank to A+.

    At this rank Ruler is able to easily navigate Imaginary Number Space even being capable of actually deciding where they go without the normal ties needed to exit this space. More over they are also able to create special realities and other such anomalies and even bring them into normal space to a limited capacity.

    Non-Liner Existence B-: This skill denotes a servant whom has an existence which does not comply with the normal sense of time where past, present, and future are distinct and separate. This skill allows Ruler to “Remember” future events, and even alter their current condition to conform to what it was previously or will be in the future.

    As a representation of unbound time Ruler would normally have this skill at EX rank, however in maintaining some connection to earth and humanity the skill has been lowered and has been further lowered by becoming a Pseudo Servant, existing in a human body further tying Ruler to empirical time. At this rank both recollection of future events and altering of body to conform to an alternate time are possible however any memories are vague, and the body will eventually return to its original state.

    Rayshift EX: A skill earned from Ruler’s ability to perform a method of time travel known as Rayshift, it allows them to easily create the conditions necessary for do this. At EX rank this skill can be used without restriction to travel to any point in history, both past and future, even without the use of technological assistance. It is fast, easy, and assuming Ruler isn’t distracted, and the process isn’t interfered with, safe even if their calculations aren’t perfect. As both a deity of time and the once director of Chaldeas Ruler has a vast amount of experience with the concept earning them this skill at its highest rank.


    Noble PhantasmsNoble Phantasms:

    Time Tells All: And Thus All Shall Be Known B+:

    A noble phantasm born of Aion’s nature as the god of time, it allows her to view the “Time” of others human, animal, plant, servant, or even objects. This allows her to view their past in perfect clarity, as well as see possible futures. While normally it ends there due to Aion being in the Ruler Class this noble phantasm has subsumed the True Name Discernment skill normally granted, allowing it to also provide her with Parameters and Skills.

    Zodiac Wheel: Eternal Cycle of Time A:

    A noble phantasm born from depiction’s of Aion standing within a wheel containing images of the zodiac. It acts as a conduit of Aion’s power allowing them to control time and cast powerful magic befitting a god. It also allows them to create viewing portals, allowing them to see other places and times. Through this Aion will communicate and interact with others, including Olga Marie, without having to take full control of his vessel.

    Because of this Aion gives Olga full control and advises from the Zodiac Wheel. On final point is that the Zodiac Wheel can also create a variety of gears with the same function, but weaker. Aion is not fully sure where this ability came from but concludes the most likely reason is the association of gears, clocks, and time.

    Grand Chaldeas: Universal Environmental Model EX:

    A noble phantasm created from Olga Marie’s connection with Chaldeas (both the device and the organization) it is a projected future, one where the Chaldeas organization continually advanced to the point that they became capable of creating a perfect replica of the entire universe. In addition to allowing Aion to access all of Chaldeas tools and technology, including those yet to be invented, it can also be use as an attack by forcing enemies into the gravitational pull of the machine.

    With these tools at their disposal Aion is able to observe any and all possibilities for the universe past, present, and future. However using this noble phantasm at its full power is extremely taxing, even when provided the necessary mana, as such Aion most often uses a lesser form creating a Chaldeas that is only a few decades into the future, bringing out Grand Chaldeas briefly for offense.

    Any Berserker: “Olga: Break one thing and I’m sending you to the beginning of time. Aion: That’s not exactly the best punishment, send them to Jurassic period that way they don’t get off easy with just dying. Also I’m curious if they could win a fight with a T-Rex.”

    Saber Faces: “Olga: That face, have we meet before? Aion: The face isn’t enough to say one way or the other, the universe has an odd habit of recycling a few over and over again. I’ve always wondered why?”

    Merlin: “Olga: I don’t trust you. Aion: I’ve seen his history, good decision.”

    Atilla: “Olga: Wait I thought you were a man? Aion: Depends on the timeline and wither or not those Huns find that giant’s corps, or even if there is on to begin with.”

    Sherlock: “Olga: Listen, advisor or not you are a member of Chaldeas, and as such must follow a few rules. Now I don’t care what you do in your free time but if it impedes your work you will be fired, and since you’re a heroic spirit fired means I’m going to send you to Pompei as it erupts. Understand?”

    Authors Notes: I have no detailed explanation for this, I just suddenly had the idea to bring Olga Marie back as a time god pseudo servant and this is the result. In case you didn't read the bio, the NP or the interactions, or if you skipped the bio and haven't figured it out, one of the interesting things is that instead of being just Olga or just Aion, or a little of both, instead the body is just Olga and Aion is also separate speaking from his Zodiac Wheel. Think of it as similar to Ann and Bonny, except only one of them can fight. As for how this is possible, Aion is a god of time, being in multiple places at once is just something he does (it somehow never helps with his work though).

    Rider’s Noble Phantasm, based on the legend of her death. She faced her end in battle with an enemy army that occupied her capital, fighting to the last. Rider herself was the last to fall, and died with a wide grin on her lips. The sight of her corpse remaining upright and smiling even after being cut down fooled her enemies into thinking she still lived, and the army routed in a panic, unwilling to face the seemingly unkillable woman.
    Ogun Ęrín Ŕědénú is, in essence, a suicide Noble Phantasm, and is at once an expression of Rider’s own indomitable will and the strength of her nation to prevail against all odds. At the moment of Rider’s death, her Saint Graph is overcharged. Through her connection to the armed forces of her country, she calls to the spirits of her soldiers. The souls of those she fought alongside flow into her, and the military tradition of her nation condenses into the army she led while alive, which then condenses into the shape of a single warrior. Taking the outline of a grinning woman as its form, a warrior capable of defeating armies alone is given form.
    Once activated, Ogun Ęrín Ŕědénú functions as a simple tool of destruction. It can be considered the ‘main body’ of Rider’s existence as a Heroic Spirit, and as such leagues beyond her manifestation in a Servant container. The warrior spirit will rage to destroy her enemies, grinning all the while, until the magical energy sustaining Ogun Ęrín Ŕědénú runs out.

    Rider’s true identity is Ajiun Orompotoniyun, the Woman Alaafin.

    Ajiun is an earnest warrior woman, possessing a sincerity of nature that shines through. Though she is not without a sense of guile, outside of warfare she sees little value in deception. She holds this purity as a point of pride, insisting that she speak and act truthfully. This is at least partially due to the disdain she feels in regards to her legend, which over time has become a vehicle for agendas she never championed, not to mention her own people’s attempts to erase any sign of her reign.
    Despite being a ruler, Ajiun is a very informal and outdoors-y type of person. Though discipline was a must during her life, she has a tendency to let herself go and enjoy nature while out of the reach of combat. She also treats those who would pore over pencils and books with derision, favoring activity and effort simply for the sake of it.
    As a warrior first and foremost, Ajiun finds other Heroic Spirits of the same stripe to be kindred spirits. She is particularly interested in those that have deep connections to cavalry, considering that she herself was something of a pioneer of its use in her lands. Conversely, she finds little in the ways of positive qualities in more bookish Servants, especially Casters. As some magi, necromancers in particular, naturally flocked to her battlefields, Ajiun has negative experiences with users of magic.
    Despite having manifested as a Servant, Ajiun has trouble with the concept of a ‘Master’. The idea of a chosen comrade-in-arms is not foreign to her, but she detests being under the power of another, especially as most magi are precisely the sort of luxury-enjoying pencil pushers that she dislikes. However, a Master willing to take personal action could likely develop a positive relationship with Ajiun.
    Ajiun’s wish to the Holy Grail is simply that her legend be known in its pure form. “Be all my deeds remembered”, in other words.

    Lore
    Ajiun Orompotoniyun was the first and only female ruler of the Oyo Empire. She rose to rule the Empire due to her deceased brother lacking a male successor. Her brother had died when the Nupe, the Empire’s enemies, had sacked their capital, razing it to the ground. This meant that Ajiun’s government-in-exile required a leader well-versed in war, if they were to retake their nation.
    Whereas almost all of the earlier rules had been bureaucrats and diplomats, Ajiun was a warrior born. From an early age, she was masterfully skilled on horseback, and used her talent to train and found a great cavalry force, importing horses from across Africa for this endeavour. Through Ajiun’s efforts, the cavalry of the Oyo Empire became the supreme force of its kind in Western Africa.
    Through Ajiun’s tactics, the Oyo were able to regain a steady foothold in their nation, and from a new capital they harried the Nupe. Ajiun’s campaign culminated in the battle of Ilayi, where she met her end. Despite suffering from dozens of arrow wounds, she kept fighting, even taking the enemy general with her. Ajiun then died, falling to her knees with her mouth grinning. Her enemies, thinking that her smile meant she still lived, fled the field in fear of this seemingly unkillable warrior.
    Ajiun’s reign was later erased from history by her own people, though her deeds are still told of in legend.

    Notes
    Last of the female African Servants that I did three of a while ago. This one took a while since records of her are so scarce, so I had some trouble coming up with a personality. Hope what I scrawled in that section worked out.
    The NP also went through a bunch of iterations, given that what I had to work with was the legend of her dying with a grin and scaring ("defeating") an enemy army. I guess if squint hard enough the end result roughly corresponds to that...

    Subversive Activities - Rank D: The talent to reduce the enemy forces in the preliminary stages before going into battle. An expert of traps. However, the higher the ranking of this Skill, the more one's spiritual status as a hero declines.
    It is possible to disable roughly 10% of the total military force before the enemy advances.

    Information Erasure - Rank C: The removal of information regarding the Servant's True Name, abilities, and appearance from the records and memories of all eye witnesses, including the opponent, following the conclusion of an engagement.
    This effect is enforced even if the battle took place in broad daylight, but does not affect recordings of any kind. The evidence left by a battle also remains.

    Independent Action - Rank A+: The ability to remain independent even when rejecting the Magical Energy supply from one's Master; the ability that allows for action even in the absence of the Master. At higher ranks, it is also possible to remain for extended periods of time in this world without an established contract.
    The Servant can operate without a Master. With a Rank of A+ that exceeds even A, the support of a Master is unnecessary even while unleashing a large amount of Magical Energy. It is an ability that bends the rules and allows for the continued materialization of Servants even after the conclusion of a Holy Grail War. Almost uniquely for a Servant of his class, Berserker is essentially self-sufficient. This is problematic, as it makes him almost impossible to fully control.

    Berserker’s Noble Phantasm, manifesting the manhunt that ended with his death. Due to his Mad Enhancement, the memory of those days of survival are actually far keener than they would be in his other class, and as such the effect of The Mad Trapper of Rat River is increased. Rather than simply allowing him to evade capture as it would otherwise, Berserker’s version causes his memories of the chase for him to start bleeding into the world itself. In practice, the function is similar to that of a Marble Phantasm, if far more limited, though how Berserker can achieve this is unknown.
    The Mad Trapper of Rat River slowly starts to replace his surroundings with the wilderness of Canada in winter. First the temperature begins to change, then the weather itself, followed by the nature of that land starting to replace Berserker’s surroundings. The progress of the effect is quite slow, but is accelerated when Berserker is in natural environment. Though the change itself is not harmful, it essentially turns Berserker’s surroundings into his home territory. As The Mad Trapper of Rat River’s effect expands, Berserker’s speed of movement and endurance start steadily rising. Berserker also gains the ability to overcome many types of obstacles, being able to walk on sheer surfaces and even water.
    However, The Mad Trapper of Rat River is not a constantly active Noble Phantasm, but is simply activated whenever Berserker starts remembering the days before his death, usually by being in nature or being chased. The changes wrought by the Noble Phantasm are also not permanent, and change back shortly after Berserker departs the area or disables the Noble Phantasm.

    Berserker’s true identity is Albert Johnson, the Demented Trapper. However, this name is simply a pseudonym, and his true identity remains unknown to this day.

    Johnson is a quiet individual, and barely responds when confronted or spoken to by others. He does not speak, barely makes a sound except for breathing and cannot be said to have a body language. Rather than a human, he seems more akin to something that is simply human-shaped. This is compounded by his reclusive nature and odd manner of movement.
    As a recluse, Johnson seeks seclusion, claiming an area of nature as his territory, almost as if by instinct. As he no longer has a need for such a thing, he shuns building a residence or fortress of any sort, and simply lays traps in the area. Due to the effects of his Noble Phantasm, this territory is likely to expand over time.
    Heroic Spirits are existences that Johnson recognizes as threats, and will try to avoid them. Should they enter his territory, however, he will assault them from ambush, retreating afterwards. Oddly for a Berserker, Johnson is more liable to disengage than face off in a protracted battle, though he will attack from range even whilst running. He also has an enmity towards figures of authority, especially those related to law enforcement.
    As Johnson cannot truly connect to others even when he notices their presence, mutual communication with a Master is impossible. In fact, as Johnson’s life contained nothing that would not harm or sacrifice, he is likely incapable of perceiving his Master in the first place, simply hearing their voice in his head. Whether he reacts to orders or not is questionable.
    Johnson’s wish is unknown, but is likely to be the continuation of his lifestyle of living in the wilderness. Of course, given his nature, it is possible that his true wish is more alien in nature.

    Lore
    The man calling himself Albert Johnson settled in Canada’s Northwest Territories in the 1920s. He came into conflict with the law when the traps of other hunters that were active in the vicinity of his log cabin were found sprung, empty and hung from trees. Many implicated Johnson for disabling their traps in order to ensure his own success.
    Two members of the RCMP trekked to Johnson’s lone cabin to question him in January 1932. However, despite their efforts, Johnson barely seemed to notice their presence. When one of the officers tried to peer in through a window, Johnson placed a sack over it. The RCMP decided to return with a warrant. When they returned, Johnson once again proved unresponsive. However, when one of the officers tried to force entry, he was shot through the door. Beating a hasty retreat, the officers of the RCMP decided to return better prepared.
    A posse of nine men eventually made their way Johnson, fully armed and stocked with dynamite. After surrounding the cabin they thawed the dynamite inside their coats, eventually building a single charge and tossing it into the cabin. After the explosion collapsed the building, the men tried to rush in. Johnson opened fire from a five-foot dugout beneath the ruins. No one was hit, and after a 15-hour standoff (ending at 4:00 A.M.) in the −40 °C weather, the posse retreated to Aklavik for further assistance.
    A reinforced search party later returned to the site and found that Johnson had left the cabin. They struck out after him. Eventually, they caught up with him on January 30, surrounding him in a thicket. In the ensuing firefight, Johnson shot Constable Edgar Millen through the heart, killing him. Once again they fell into retreat. The posse continued to grow, enlisting local Inuvialuit and Gwich'in who were better able to move in the back country. Johnson had clearly decided to leave for the Yukon, but the RCMP blocked the only two passes over the Richardson Mountains. That did not stop Johnson, who climbed a 2,100 m peak and once again disappeared.
    In desperation ,the RCMP hired a pilot to help in the hunt by scouting the area from the air. Finding his tracks after a long search, the scout plane eventually managed to locate Johnson and radioed back his findings. The RCMP gave chase up the river, eventually being directed to Johnson by February 17.
    The pursuit team rounded a bend in the river to find Johnson only a few hundred yards ahead, standing in front of them. Johnson attempted to run for the bank, but did not have his snowshoes on and could not make it. A firefight broke out in which one RCMP officer was seriously wounded and Johnson was killed after being shot in the left side of the pelvis at an acute angle.
    After Johnson's death, RCMP officials realized that he had travelled over 137 km away from his cabin in 33 days, burning approximately 42 MJ a day in the cold weather and hostile terrain. An examination of Johnson's body yielded over $2,000 in both American and Canadian currency as well as some gold, a pocket compass, a razor, a knife, fish hooks, nails, a dead squirrel, a dead bird, a large quantity of Beecham's Pills and teeth with gold fillings that were believed to be his. During the entire chase, the Mounties had never heard Johnson utter a single word. The only thing they heard was Johnson's laugh after he shot Constable Edgar Millen. To this day people debate who he was, why he moved to the Arctic, or if he was actually responsible for interfering with the trap lines as alleged.

    Ajiun: I must say that the idea for her Noble Phantasm isn't that bad for the sparse materials you had as a basis. I would personally have made it a combination of a terror-infunding Mystic Face with a power booster that remains active for as long as she's grinning (with her becoming a sort of inexpresive person due to thinking her smile is scary), but your execution isn't bad at all. A certain Chinese strategist would love to work with her.

    That was my idea at first as well, but I figured that terror just doesn't seem to be a thing when it comes to Servants. In the end, I went with the worse option as I didn't want a Noble Phantasm that essentially has no effect. Mostly I just wanted the sheet out of my hair.

    Wow, that Mad Trapper is incredibly interesting. He reminds me a bit of Chariot Requiem from Jojo, at least in the sense at how unresponsive and singleminded he is, not an insult at all.

    I feel like you could write up an alternative sheet for him that's a Foreigner just because of how incredibly weird and borderline inhuman he was. Honestly, I almost wouldn't be too surprised if he'd pacted with some spooky otherworldly god (probably Ithaqua, god of ice and winter)... Aside from that, really cool sheet. Always nice to get more Servants from my native Canada, even if this guy isn't exactly shining representation...

    I actually just spitballed his current personality together after scrapping the first draft, wherein he was more like a mindless animal or something. A glance at the faceclaim reminded me that I'd wanted an alien sort of angle to him in the first place, so I wrote up the current stuff as fast as I could, before that inspiration vanished. And yeah, the Chariot Requiem stuff is there, except instead of mindswapping, he swaps terrain.

    I did actually consider the Foreigner angle, but I feel that that might be like a Lostbelt or alternate universe version instead. I didn't want to mix up his tale with Outer Gods. Of course, the man was completely insane, so he wouldn't be out of place in a Lovecraft story and would likely find some connection to something gribbly in the Nasuverse.
    Though now I'm left wondering if I should make more Canada sheets. I mean technically Poundmaker is another, but outside of these two and Wilfrid Laurier, I'm kinda drawing a blank on famous Canadians. I suppose there would be some military Servants from World War II, but I prefer my sheets older. I guess something from the war of 1812...?
    An Inca and some Saints are probably next, though.

    I just bump into most of the ideas. There's no particular method behind it. Sometimes I set out to search for something in particular (say, an African warrior queen - which is how I found Gudith, Arawelo, Orompoto and Fura) and end up traipsing into several sheet ideas. So essentially browsing.
    "Johnson"'s mentality as an Assassin would be less alien, more crazy survivalist.

    Personality
    Being a wolf, Monster lacks much of an obvious personality to speak of. Even so, he's haughty and carries himself with an unmistakable sense of pride. Monster is wildly independent and refuses to ever submit himself to a human. If a human Master is foolish enough to try to summon him, Monster will almost certainly try to immediately kill them.

    However, if Monster somehow manages to grow to trust his Master, he'll treat them like a member of his pack and be fiercely protective of them. Once Monster trusts his Master he'll become much more caring and even gentle, licking his Master's wounds when they're injured and insisting they stay by his side so he can better protect them.

    Despite his feral nature, Monster displays remarkable cunning and intelligence as befitting the wolf who managed to lay siege to Paris. He keenly sizes up opponents to determine whether they're strong enough to threaten him before attacking. Against an opponent he considers weak Monster will rush in recklessly, sometimes even toying with them rather than going for the kill immediately. Faced with an opponent he judges to be strong however, Monster will fight far more cautiously, using tricks like ambushes and strategic retreats to harass and tire out his enemy until they're weak enough for him to claim the killing blow.

    Due to past experience, Monster places all Servants wielding bows and other projectile weapons in the "strong" category and is greatly wary of them.

    Monster is obviously unable to express any wish on the Holy Grail. But if he did have one, it'd likely to be to fully incarnate in the World so he can continue ravaging and terrorizing mankind as he did in the past.

    Class Skills:

    Monstrous Strength- C
    A Skill that permits a temporary augmentation of the Strength parameter by emphasizing one's existence as a monster or demonic beast. At this rank Monster can give himself a rank-up to Strength lasting for roughly a quarter of battle. Monster was not truly a supernatural beast in life, but he was often viewed as one by those who feared him.

    Dread Visage- A+

    The ability to instill fear in others through one's form and manner. Those who gaze into Monster's predatory gleaming eyes and hear his savage roar are gripped by an animalistic terror. Not a fear born of reason, but a primordial terror carved into the nature of mankind since its conception. The fear a prey feels staring into the jaws of a slavering predator.

    Weaker-minded foes are driven into a blind panic, losing all sense of tactics or rationality and either trying to attack Monster in a frantic charge or else flee the battlefield entirely. Even enemies with a strong enough will to not immediately lose their grip will have the terror instilled by Monster gnawing at the back of their minds during battle, hindering them from fighting at full effectiveness.

    This effect can be overcome entirely by Skills or Noble Phantasms granting mental resistance at rank A or higher.


    Personal Skills:

    Bestial Charisma- A+
    The talent to inspire others and lead armies in battle. In Monster's case, his charisma isn't the ability to inspire others with words, but the domineering aura of an alpha wolf that cows lesser beasts into submission through his mere presence. Animals battling alongside Monster gain a boost to their ferocity and fighting ability, as if egged on by his raw animal aggression.

    Even the meekest puppy or most pampered housecat might be inspired to revolt against their human masters and join him in the fray.

    Protection From Arrows- C
    The ability to evade projectiles through unusual means, like hearing the sound of the air being cut or sensing the killing intent of the enemy. Monster was said to have a marvelous gift for sensing and avoiding men with bows and arrows. While Monster would never hesitate to charge down a group of herdsmen armed with only spears or billhooks, he was savvy enough to back off when faced by their better-armed kin.

    This fear sharpens Monster's instincts towards projectile-wielding foes, letting him sense their presence even before they attack.

    Demonic Assailant Of The State- EX
    Monster ransacked Paris for several years, remaining unharmed despite the entire city's attempts to thwart him. This Skill gives Monster a rank-up to his parameters while in enemy territory, as well as a bonus to saving throws.

    Independent Action- C+

    The ability to sustain oneself in existence without a supply of magical energy from one's Master. At this rank, Monster can normally linger in the World for a day in the absense of an active contract. Usually a Class Skill of Archers, Monster possesses this Skill to represent his bestial drive to forage and survive.

    Monster can supplement the ranking of this Skill by absorbing magical energy through his first Noble Phantasm, allowing him to remain in the World indefinitely given a supply of fresh prey.

    A Noble Phantasm manifesting the harsh winter weather that accompanied Monster's invasion of Paris. It was so cold that the river Seine froze completely over and people could walk all the way across it with no problem. The so-called "Little Ice Age" that swept across Europe was called at the time the worst cold spell ever experienced by man. People were so busy dealing with the cold and the aftermath of the Hundred Year War that they slacked off on maintaining the city's dilapidated walls, allowing Monster and his fellow wolves to gain entrance. Thus began the reign of terror that came to be called L'Hiver Du Loup- the Winter of Wolves.

    This Noble Phantasm is a constantly active Bounded Field that projects from Monster's body, warping the environment around him to recreate the conditions of his infamous conquest. The air around Monster grows unnaturally cold and dry as huge quantities of snow began pouring down from the sky. Bodies of water freeze over in seconds. Plants wither and die. The land becomes a frigid wasteland as if rejecting life itself.

    Ordinary humans and animals that are caught out in the cold will freeze to death in a matter of minutes unless they can find shelter. Supernatural beings like Mages and Servants can last longer, but they'll still suffer steady damage from the unbearable cold. Worst of all, the health and magical energy of those who perish from the cold will be absorbed by Monster, bolstering his own supply. For those trapped within the snowstorm, it's like they're already in the beast's maw just waiting to be devoured. Those who Monster considers "part of his pack" (like his Master and any animals loyal to him) will be exempt from the harmful effects of this Noble Phantasm.

    As this Noble Phantasm transfigures nature to match the holder's vision, it's similar to a Marble Phantasm, albeit limited in the kinds of natural phenomena that can be brought fourth...

    The more Mana Monster has, the further he can expand the reaches of his Bounded Field. At first he can only project it for several feet around him, but over time as his victims grow Monster will be able to spread its range to engulf an entire city. Then the dreadful legend of "Les Loups de Paris" can be reborn in the modern age...

    As a secondary ability of this Noble Phantasm, Monster can mold the snow endlessly falling from the sky into phantasmal familiars, monstrous wolves whose bodies are formed entirely from swirling snow. These "winter wolves" are an extension of Monster's body and obey his every command instinctively. He can send them out to seek out prey who haven't yet succumbed to the cold, or defend himself from hunters bold enough to try to claim the life of the King of Wolves. Being merely familiars created from snow, their bodies are quite frail. A single strong blow even from a normal human will make them crumble apart and return to unliving snow. But their claws and fangs are perfectly real. In vast numbers and taking advantage of the snowstorm's obscured visiblity, they can even threaten a Servant.

    A Noble Phantasm born from the legends that Courtaud wasn't an ordinary wolf but a monstrous demon, sent by God to terrorize mankind for their sins. Upon invocation Monster acknowledges the beliefs attributed to him, shedding his animality and transforming into a "Daemon" fueled by the fearful wishes of men. Red demonic-like tribal markings appear across Monster's fur as his body expands to the size of a tank, rippling with grotesque muscle. His slavering jaws unhinge gruesomely, showing impossible numbers of razor-edged fangs. His eyes turn blood-red and seem to glow with terrible bloodlust.

    With his transformation complete, Monster turns his head to the sky and lets out a bone-chilling primal howl.

    In this form all of Monster's stats go up by two full rankings. Monster's thick hide is as tough as tank armor, resisting attacks below the level of a B-ranked Noble Phantasm. Additionally Monster's very presence is a bane unto the World, poisoning the land around him. Plants wither and rot beneath his feet and the demonic mist he exhales renders the air itself toxic to life.

    As daemons are existences fueled by mankind's belief, this Noble Phantasm increases in power the more humans are around Monster. If he's in a desert in the middle of nowhere Monster will still merely be a very large and exceptionally intimidating hound. But if he's in a city filled with people who know and fear him this Noble Phantasm shows its true terrible power.

    Monster's previous Noble Phantasm is sealed in this state, but he instead gains the ability to spawn "shadow wolves" from his body similar to those created through its effects.

    Though Monster can't express it in words, he wishes to hold on to his pride as an "animal" unbound to the wishes of man. To become a "daemon", a creature shaped and thus enslaved by human desires, is the very anathema to that pride. Thus Monster fiercely opposes using this Noble Phantasm. If his Master forces Monster to use it, he'll fly into a rage and undoubtedly try to tear them apart in the aftermath.

    So, I've had the concept for this sheet in mind pretty much ever since I heard that this guy was referenced as one of Nrvnqsr's beasts. But I never felt right to write it up until now. Thanks to Shiki-pon for his Mad Trapper's NP giving me some ideas for how to write out Courtaud's first NP (I had the idea in mind before this, but seeing it on paper helped me get a clearer impression of how it could work).

    I was also helped out by the novel The Wolves Of Paris by Daniel P. Mannix, which I read several chapters from to gain inspiration for this sheet. As always, comments and critiques would be welcome. Thanks for reading!

    It can be thought that the ‘Romance’ part has something to do with either romantic love or the Romantic period, coincident with the time in which she lived, but it actually comes from her vehicle’s features. The rocket punch of a mecha says “this is the romance of a man” far better than anything else.

    Kaijū Extermination: A
    Specialized combat against opponents of great size, specially those of organic nature. As expected, a mecha must also fight giant monsters, not only other mechas, but what’s the point of wanting to save the city if the battle destroys it?!

    Lovelace’s mecha, built with the armor she uses in the Caster class as a basis, and financed through subventions and funds whose origins she won’t bother explaining. Of course, the mecha is completely powered by steam, and has both the Difference and the Analytical Engines installed.

    Though it has a base form, Lovelace originally planned to modify it several times with the profit obtained from the entrances and bets on her stadium, the Lovelace Grand Mecha Collider, but since she ended up without enough money to build such a thing, it won’t change no matter what. Nevertheless, it’s still equipped with powerful weapons, all obviously powered by steam, besides possessing an incredible horsepower.

    • 02 Breast Fire: The super-heaters located in the chest zone turn the steam into plasma and release it as two beams. Presumably the strongest weapon, but consumes a lot of energy and fuel.

    Personality

    As high-spirited and curious as always, Lovelace has found a new passion in the world of mechas this summer. Contrary to the poetic idea of romanticism, she considers romance is born from battles between giants of steel. Nothing less could be expected from the best friend of the metallic gentleman Servant. However, it’s not like mechas are cheap to build or maintain.

    The necessity of money has been combined with her problems with gambling and given birth to the idea of making a business of mecha fights. She came up with the idea of building a stadium where people can watch the battles and make bets, confident on her mathematical skills to obtain the maximum benefit, but her abilities as a gambler make her lose more than what she earns. Does she never learn?


    Treatment with the Master

    Since she spends so much money on mecha-related activities, she can’t help but feel guilt for being a bother to the Master, but she still keeps emptying their wallet more and more.

    “Just look! I’ll someday obtain mountains of money and repay this debt! You have my word!”, she declares with confidence.

    ……………That day will probably never come, but it’s already impossible to stop her. Just support her and hope in vain.

    Bond 1: “What is it, Master? Would you like some entrances for tomorrow’s show? Or perhaps you’d prefer to do some bets? Whichever it is, let me manage everything!”

    Bond 2: “Master, could you lend me some money? You see, my mecha needs some repairing and I can’t pay the maintenance… What did I do with my own money? I’m sorry, I lost it all already!”

    Bond 3: “Oh, if it isn’t Master! Here, have an entrance for the next mecha battle. It’s Edison’s DC-US Lion Mk II vs Tesla’s AC-Ligthning Lord! You can’t miss it! This is a chance to win lots of cash!”

    Bond 4: “Why am I so passionate about mechas even if they are the ‘romance of men’? Of course, because Mister Babbage is practically one now! And also because you can make bets with their battles…”

    Bond 5: “Okay, Master! From today on, you’ll have free access to all the shows! And with a first row seat, on top of that! Of course, I’m not talking about a seat in the actual stadium – since I have yet to build it – but next to me in the Difference Fairy’s cockpit! I built an additional seat just for you! Though I spent most of the remaining budget on it…”

    Likes: “Mechas are super-cool! They’re the true embodiment of romance, unlike what those stinky poets think!”

    Dislikes: “I hate being sick and poets! But not having money is bad, too! I wish I was richer… That way, I could build all the mechas and stadiums I wanted…”

    Wish for the Grail: “If I had the Holy Grail now, I’d probably use it to get lots of money! I want to build the Grand Mecha Collider someday, and become even richer! Then I can support Mister Babbage too!”

    Depiction

    Happiness and fun must meet romance during the summer vacations. In other words, it’s the time of entertainment! With that thought in mind, the gambler Lovelace has decided to start a great project through which everyone is entertained with a great spectacle and she gathers money through bets.

    “I tried it once in the past with horse races, but the results weren’t quite good. But now that I’m a Servant, anything is possible! I can work at a greater scale, and obtain the treasures of other important figures!”

    Somehow or other, she got the idea of building the arena for mecha battles, the Lovelace Grand Mecha Collider. She even went and built her own mecha for battling on her own. Though, well… It’s embarrassing for her to admit it, but she made some mistakes with the budget and spent all the money on the mecha. Even so, she’s still determined to continue with the show. There may be no stadium, but she will encourage as many Servants as possible to participate in her business, either as part of the show, or as spectators that buy their entrances and bet their money.

    Summer Ada: Giant mecha and beaches never struck me as an obvious combo, but you definitely made it work. This is a hilariously awesome sheet with a lot of personality that shines through. Great job.

    History
    Lancer is Boisselier, a captain of the city guard in 15th century France. While little about his past and life are known for sure, Boisselier is most famous for his role in bringing down the legendary wolf Courtaud that terrorized Paris during his career. After several years where Courtaud was allowed to prey on the people of Paris unchecked, finally Boisselier stood up to declare that someone must put a stop to this madness.

    The king, desperate himself to stop Courtaud's reign of terror, permitted Boisselier to come up with a plan to put an end to the wolf once and for all. After several weeks of decision, Boisselier arrived at a strategy. He had several cows slaughtered and the remains dragged down the road to the Notre Dame Cathedral, luring the hungry wolves along the way. Eventually Courtaud and his fellow wolves were lead right to the heart of Paris.

    Once they'd been lured into the cathedral square, Boisselier ordered the gates closed, trapping the wolves inside the city and commencing his attack.

    Arrow after arrow flew from the church's ramparts, bringing down wolves by the drove. But it wasn't enough, as Courtaud and some of the smarter wolves had taken shelter under a fountain to evade the barrage. Eventually Boisselier himself had to enter the fray alongside his fellow guardsmen. After a fierce struggle, he managed to personally kill Courtaud, running the wolf-king through on his lance. But in the process Courtaud managed to lunge at Boisselier and slash his throat, fatally wounding him as well. The two fell together, man and wolf, their spilled blood mingling with one another's as if attesting to the bizarre and unlikely camaraderie they shared.


    Personality
    Stoical and terse. He's completely devoted to hunting beasts, and chooses to ignore anything that doesn't relate to his self-appointed task. This means his social skills are pretty much nonexistent. Lancer prefers to keep to himself, limiting his speech to terse one-word replies to confirm or deny his Master's orders.

    However when hunting Lancer shows an entirely different side to himself. He becomes brutal, relentless and even slightly bloodthirsty, chasing down his assigned target no matter what. His usually stoical expression splits apart into a maniacal grin as the thrill of the chase overtakes him. It can be said that hunting is the only time the normally apathetic Lancer feels truly alive.

    Though it may seem contradictory, Lancer has a deep respect for wolves and other wild beasts. In fact, he understands them far better than normal humans. In order to hunt a beast, you have to be able understand everything about it. The way it thinks and feels, the kind of tracks it leaves, even the very rhythm of its heartbeat. So Lancer considers the "bond" between a hunter and his prey to be the strongest in existence, surpassing even that of friends and lovers. As such Lancer can't stand those who willfully disrespect animals, and especially the poor excuses for hunters who can't even be bothered to understand the prey they claim to hunt.

    Attitude to his Master
    Lancer is mostly apathetic towards his Master. He's grateful to them for anchoring him in the world so he can hunt and fight as he did the past, but otherwise feels no particularly close bond to them. He'll obey his Master's orders as long as he doesn't consider them foolish, but otherwise prefers to be left alone and do his own thing.

    The only exception is if Lancer's Master shares his passion for hunting. In that case, he still won't show any obvious emotion but he'll start spending a lot more time with his Master, talking on for hours about the various minutiae of hunting and tracking. Over time, his stoical demeanour will start to loosen as Lancer grows more comfortable showing emotions around his Master.

    "Hmm... is this what you call 'friendship'? It feels different than my bond with the beasts I hunt, but somehow no less rewarding. Master, can you help me learn more about this strange feeling?"


    Wish on the Holy Grail

    Upon summoning as a Servant and learning that all of mankind's myths about magical beasts were actually true, Lancer's deepest wish is for the chance to hunt said beasts himself. Thus, on obtaining the Grail, Lancer's wish would be to be reborn in the Age of Gods so he can hunt all the legendary beasts extinct in the modern era. Truly that would bring joy to Lancer's heart.

    Confers protection against magical effects. At this rank, only Single-Action spells are negated. Magic Resistance equivalent in degree to an amulet that rejects magical energy. Having never encountered nor practiced Magecraft in life, Lancer sports only a low level of resistance as a result of his Class Container.

    Oath Of The Hunter- B
    According to legend, during the hunt for Courtaud Lancer put a patch over one eye and vowed to only remove it once the wolf-king was slain. By donning the patch again in the Grail War, Lancer can apply a
    Geas
    self-binding mental contract
    between himself and his chosen opponent, granting himself a rank-up to all his parameters until he defeats them.

    However, he can only do so once per Grail War, and if someone else claims his "prey" before Lancer his parameters will all suffer a permanent rank-down from their initial value.

    Louvetier- A
    The Louvetier, meaning Wolfcatcher in French, were a branch of the French royal guard trained specifically to hunt and track wolves. Lancer was one of these Louvetier, and so devoted to his task that many considered he had more kinship with wolves than his fellow men. When Courtaud arrived to carve a bloody swath across Paris, it was Lancer who managed to devise a strategy to trap and finally slay the dreaded wolf-king.

    This Skill grants Lancer an accumulation of all the various abilities needed to track and catch wolves. Lancer's senses are sharpened to the point where he's almost like a wolf himself, able to uncover where his target recently travelled by literally sniffing the terrain. He gains a + modifier to his physical stats while facing enemies with monstrous attributes. Lastly, Lancer can summon a small pack of hunting dog familiars to aid him in fighting and tracking foes.

    Eye Of The Mind (True)- C
    A heightened capacity for observation, refined through training, discipline and experience. An ability possessed mainly by mortals rather than the gods, honed through tenacious training. So long as there is even a 1% chance of comeback, this Skill greatly improves the odds of victory.

    At this rank, Lancer is able to remain calm even in the middle of heated battles, judiciously analyzing the situation to come up with a strategy that maximizes his chances of victory.

    Type: Anti-Team/Anti-Beast

    A Noble Phantasm crystallizing how Lancer trapped Courtaud and his lupine brethren in the square of the Notre Dame Cathedral before finally killing them.

    Once invoked, a Bounded Field recreating the famous cathedral square encloses around Lancer and his opponent(s), sealing them inside. Then the assault begins. Bowmen perched atop the church's walls rain down endless volleys of arrows upon the enemies trapped within. At the same time, hunting dogs and royal guards rush in to fight alongside Lancer.

    These soldiers are all mere wraiths lacking any true personality or identity, just existing to support Lancer. Thus their numbers are essentially limitless, replenishing when killed as long as Lancer has the magical energy to sustain them. The only way to stop the onslaught for good is to kill Lancer, upon which the Bounded Field will dispel automatically.

    As this Noble Phantasm recreates Lancer's victory against the wolves of Paris, all attacks performed by Lancer and his allies within its grounds gain + modifiers against bestial enemies.

    Glad you enjoyed Ada! It was a kinda goofy idea, but I'm happy to see it worked well. Wish I could have included more references to mecha animes, though.

    About Courtaud, I think you could combine the two Noble Phantasms into one. I get the idea of the second one being based on From Hell, but I personally feel that rather than having NPs for "recreating the winter" and "turning into a demon", he could work better with a single NP of "being a demon of winter", specially given the name of his class

    Courtaud: The skills and NPs fit very well with the idea of the "savage wolf that terrified Paris", and create a cool imagery. The way you used the original story was really better than what I made on my Coulter sheets (sorry, I have to compare them) and his skills and NPs are better fleshed out, helping to create the atmosphere of "savagery" that his legend has. While reading this I was ashamed of my unprofissional sheets from before!
    However, I think it would benefit from a dedicated 'lore' section. There you could explain better his story and what he did to create all that "savage" legend. I also think that his personality is kind of boring. On both my Coulter sheets I did my best to make a creative and unexpected personality, while yours is simply what anyone would expect from a wild animal. His first NP is kind of the same. It is cool (I agree that "L'hiver du Loup" sounds good, and I believe that the other one should be called "Des loups antropophages" too!), but... it probably is just me, but I think that the Reality marble kind of Noble Phantasms are, most of times, tedious(maybe because I saw too many army-spamming NPs?). It makes me think of the unimaginative "his legend includes winter, so he can summon that winter where he goes"-kind, but it isn't all that bad, the snow wolves part was really cool and as I said before creates a good atmosphere. With my last Coulter sheet, for example, his 'winter-realted' NP simply makes the enemy show a weakness, as that was what happened with Paris (the winter made the city show a weakness).
    All that said, my Coulter sheets are kind of OC-ish, so you can disagree with all that comparing. Just out of curiosity, did anything on my Coulter inspire you by any chance? I noted a few things but it must be simple coincidence.
    Also (I don't want to be childish but) did you read my last Yamato sheet?

    Before I forget, Boisselier : I can't believe I searched about Coulter but never heard about this guy, I should be ashamed!
    A good complement to Coulter, and overall a well-written sheet. I just think that he should have the Beast slayer skill, and fleshing out more of his relation with Coulter would give a big bonus
