A Noble Phantasm that crystallizes Dietrich's legends and legacies as the devoted Satanist of the Thule Society who shaped Hitler's mind and created the Nazi party. It was said that Dietrich made communication with something he called the ''Powers'' - Dark Gods who aided Dietrich in his evil tasks. In the case of a Holy Grail War, Dietrich will make communication with the Demon hiding inside the Holy Grail -- Angra Mainyu -- and ask for it's assistance in order to bring about the realization of his dreams; a world where Atlantis is reborn in the form of Nazi Germany and is ruled over by the Aryan race. Angra Mainyu will aid Dietrich by releasing the corrupted mud from the Grail into the world - much like Gilgamesh did in the end of Fate/Stay Night's
Unlimited Blade Works scenario - which will proceed to expand and travel across the globe (unless it is stopped). It's objective is the realization of Dietrich's dreams; the death of all lower races unrelated to the Aryans. The rank of the mud's effect raises depending on the individual or the country's relevancy to Germany.
If it reaches a continent such as Africa - which is unrelated to Germany - it's rank will raise to A++ and have devastating effects on the country's people and wildlife. However, on the other hand, if it reaches a country such as Netherlands which has germanic ancestry, the effects will be severely weakened and the possibility of humans surviving will be possible. As per Gilgamesh's statement, only humans who can survive this mud can be considered powerful and worth ruling over. In this case, only the Aryans will survive.
There are, however, conditions to the activation of this Noble Phantasm. In order to be able to realize a communication with Angra Mainyu, Dietrich is required to materialize the Holy Grail, effectively making his Noble Phantasm useless for a major part of the Holy Grail War. Even when such conditions are met, Dietrich will have to expend a large amount of mana to be able to command the spilled contents of the corrupted Lesser Grail and his desire to engulf the world in it's contents will be unattainable. He will, however, be able to control the spilled contents as his personal weapon in the form of tendrils and such. Only when he has reached the Greater Grail will he be able to realize this Noble Phantasm's power to it's full potential.
Once such conditions are met, Dietrich will immediately try to engulf the town in which the Holy Grail War is taking place in. The reason for this is not to immediately start the ''purification of the World'', however. He has a much more sinister desire than that planned. With his command, ｢All the Evil in This World｣ will swirl to a single place, taking with it the flesh of the victims it acquired in the town. Creating an artificial dislocation in space and time, the flesh will slowly shape itself to the form of a construction. What he is creating is the reconstruction of
Braunau am Inn - a construction that will once again serve the purpose of being the birth nest of his beloved pupil Adolf Hitler. For what Dietrich desires from Angra Mainyu foremost is the rebirth of Adolf Hitler - not as an adult, but as a child that would be raised from start to finish by the hand of Dietrich Eckart himself. According to him, in order to realize the birth of such a ''Holy'' child, he is required to do two things. First, purify the immediate area of any rotten blood (people of other races) in order to create a truly ''Holy'' place and second, gift the child the Greater Grail upon it's birth. Only when the birth of the child is realized will Dietrich proceed with his plan of world purification, instating the child as the ｢Herald of the New Age｣ - the age of the Fourth Reich in which Christianity will once again be retained in it's most genuine and pure form. Ironically, using ｢All the Evil in This World｣ as a medium to give birth to what is considered the ｢Most Evil Man in the World｣ is almost like an edgy joke on his part...
In the scenario where the Holy Grail's contents are not corrupted such as the
Fate/Apocrypha scenario, the summoning of Dietrich Eckart or Adolf Hitler will become impossible. This is because the Grail needs to be truly rotten to be able to summon either of them as they represent the ｢De-evolution of Human Civilization｣ for rather than being carriers of creation and peace, they are carriers of destruction and savagery. They are existences that leave nothing but destruction in their wake. Such contradictory existences cannot be summoned by the genuine Grail. Only due to the intervention of Angra Mainyu is their summoning capable of realization.
