I always got the impression that the star attribute was for people who ascended by doing the impossible, instead of just being really good at something like the Man attributes, or being empowered by something like Earth or Sky
Just check the list of people who have the attributes and will you generally have an idea whats going on with them

I remember him being the odd one out, because the Lore said he was a Human but in gameplay he was Star.

There's not a lot of concrete details on Star/Planet.
Seems to be for people connected to turning points in history, as well as the 星の開拓者 Pioneer of the Planet skill.
Also it seems to be the opposite attribute to Beast, from what Emiya hinted and the hidden game stats in GO (Star and Beast do extra damage to each other).

Leonardo’s Knight is the pinnacle of Leonardo’s War-Making genius distilled into a single guardian for themselves. Leonardo eventually realized that his/her genius would attract unsavory characters who would seek to bind them to produce works of Death, which they’d really rather not do. Thus, as the ‘height of War-making technology’, whenever it comes into contact with a new form of technology, such as machineguns, TVs, and microwaves, it is able to assimilate them, making them part of the Knight’s body. For example, MachineGuns will cause the Knight to be able to turn their arm or other appendages into rapid-firing cannons, TVs will make it able to blind opponents with flashes of epileptic light[as well as stream cable], and Microwaves will allow it to heat objects to searing temperatures and make food quickly. It can only manifest up to 5 such technological advances at a time. However, if Leonardo is near, they would likely be able to tinker on the Knight until it is able to produce up to 7 technological advances.
LORE/PERSONALITY:
Leonardo’s knight is a powerful robot, who was built to be Leonardo’s Guardian and Companion. In fact, even as it developed it’s own soul, it’s main focus was still on protecting Leonardo. Of course, summoned into the Grand Orders, it’s top priority continues to be protecting Leonardo, though Leonardo’s new body seems to be giving the poor mechanical knight some very confused feelings. It also is very conflicted over the [perceived and actually platonic] relationship between Dr. Romani and Leonardo. The poor thing just wasn’t meant to deal with these feelings so complicated.
At least it can still protect her well…. Right? There aren’t any servants designed for defense and thus does it’s job far better than it ever c-

Is Pioneer of the Planet the same skill as Pioneer of the Stars?
Yeah, but what about Scathach and Bedivere? They seem a bit out of place.
Edit: @Leonardo's Knight: Didn't know this was a actual thing. A bit odd for an Heroic Spirit, but since guns apparently can ascend to the throne of heroes, I think it's fine. Personally, I think a Berserker with a robotic personality would have been more fitting. Other than that, It's a good sheet.

Mana Reactor is a neat skill, but does he absorb mana from the environment or just from prana-based attacks in the event that he's targeted by one? Magic AA system is cooler imo

Instead of needlessly engaging people in fights, why not actually try to search for sources? For example, EMIYA's first interlude details most of what we know about HS attributes.
dunno anything specific about Scathach that would explain it yet.
My best guess for the (FGO version of) Bedivere is that it's because he's personally responsible for both creating and resolving the Camelot singularity.

So, instead of tweaking Jeanne I decided to tweak best girl. Also, testing out a different format.
