AWAKEN MY RULERS
In the same vein as Ruler Olga.
People are fairly murdered.
he was and would always be a terrible Ruler
Booooo.
Is that a reference to something?
No, it's just a terrible pun
The Act of dozing off in the afternoon is a luxury indeed.
Coffee would be nice, though.

Legend
Born the son of a cabinetmaker, Roentgen did not have many options for his future. He did not resent this fate, but he instead thrust himself into it wholesale. He greatly admired the beauty in his father’s cabinetry and strove to improve himself and eventually became good enough that he inherited his father’s workshop when he was 18. It was at this age that he met Kinzing, a skilled clock-maker who was two years younger than him. The two became great friends and even better business partners. Together, they journeyed from their native Germany to Paris: the style-center of Europe. It was there that they planned to make their fortune.
But the jealousy of their peers acted against them. The French trade corporation disputed his right to sell foreign-made goods made with foreign styles. In response, he circumvented their restriction by inventing a completely new style of cabinetry, one that used extremely tiny and carefully placed pieces to create almost a mosaic of veneer. His opponents had no chance but to accept Roentgen into their guild.
He flourished in France. His commission list was so far reaching that even the queen, Marie Antoinette, came to know of him. This was another turning point in his career. She personally visited his shop and made him her personal furniture maker on the spot. Many of his best works were commissioned by her, whether for her own personal use or for her husband. As they were both Germans by birth, they became very close during that time. Eventually though, he took to touring Europe with his partner. Together, they made a vast fortune selling furniture to royalty throughout the continent. Marie kept in touch, of course, sending him gifts and the latest in Parisian fashions.
Tactics
Roentgen works best with a master skilled in subterfuge. The concealability of his devices allows a master to carry a veritable arsenal of devices without much change to their profile. Since Roentgen’s devices are not particularly powerful, subterfuge is a key strategy. It matters more how they are used than how strong they really are by themselves. Of course, a master with an economic bent could make use of their Roentgen's other skills. Perhaps they could even open up shop together in some major city, somewhere far away from the Grail War.
The relationship between Roentgen and Kinzing could be likened to that of a pilot and his mechanic. Most of Roentgen's wooden components were constructed by Kinzing, who also installed them. Sometimes, Kinzig adds and installed components without telling Roentgen first. Despite this, their relationship is a friendly, fraternal one.
Class Abilities
Territory Creation: DA skill that allows a Servant to build a special terrain that is advantageous to themselves as a mage. Rather than a Workshop, Roentgen creates an “Atelier.” Although much smaller in scale compared to a Workshop, it is a place where he can efficiently work his woodworking magic and maybe even turn a profit. It lacks many of the features of a traditional mage’s territory.
Item Construction (False): AA skill that acts as an equivalent to Item Construction for those who lack aptitude as magi. Through a clever use of his Noble Phantasm, Roentgen is able to produce magical artifacts using exceedingly precise craftsmanship. Upon manifesting, he will always create a miniature automaton patterned after “Peter Kinzing,” a precision clockmaker who produced the intricate machinery Roentgen's work is known for. The automaton then serves as a home for the real Kinzing’s wraith. Kinzing normally has no real combat potential, but he greatly increases Roentgen's combat ability while present
Personal Skills
Synthetic Limbs (Puppet): B++A skill that denotes that a Servant’s flesh has become a man-made mechanism. In this case, it is machinery made of intricate layers of wood with brass clockwork. Bonus modifiers are added to combat and success checks. At B rank and above, not only the limbs but much of the entire body is artificial. He possessed a mechanical body in life, though the clockwork and woodwork was so intricately crafted that it was nearly impossible to tell the difference without touching it or looking for the joints. He didn't intend to gain a body like this; his own body worked perfectly fine, but over time Kinzing replaced Roentgen's body parts in order to refine his machining skills.
Eye For Art: CInfatuation with works of art. If he happens to see a Noble Phantasm that possesses artistic anecdotes, there is a moderate chance that he might be able to figure out its true name. While his focus might be in cabinetry, Roentgen also had to research operas, contemporary fashions, paintings, and legends in order to fulfill his patron's requests. In due time, he himself fell in love with those works and may occasionally replicate artifacts from them using Harlequin.
Golden Rule: C+A skill that measures one’s fortune to acquire wealth. As a master of the Harlequin Cabinetry style and unique veneering methods, Roentgen’s wealth flourished thanks to personal commissions from royalty and other nobles. He is first and foremost an astute man of business, so this skill will always come into play when even somewhat applicable.
Combination: DA Skill that displays how much one's combat power increases when on a united front with a specific person. This skill considers the Kinzing-automaton to be Roentgen’s partner. With Kinzing’s constant maintenance, Roentgen’s wooden parts function with much higher efficiency.
Noble Phantasm
Harlequin ~Royal Lily Style~Blossom for thy Queen, Little Wooden Flower
Rank: B
Type: Anti-Group Noble Phantasm
Range: 0~20 m
Maximum Targets: 30 People
Harlequin. A style of cabinetry named after the amusing trickery of the theatrical character. While not the inventor of this style, Roentgen was the first to be truly called a “master” of the art. In its basic state, this Noble Phantasm is simply the potential to create contained within him. Much like his own secretary cabinets, Roentgen contains any number of hidden devices and secret compartments within his mechanical parts. The sheer density of this far surpasses what should normally fit within the volume of his rather frail looking body. In fact, this amount also doesn’t line up with his rather low body weight. The dimensional transcendence of his body is due to this Noble Phantasm. Whenever he needs a device, whatever it may be, he may pass a luck check to “have had it within him this entire time.” The luck check becomes more difficult the less probable it could be that he contains it within him. Of course, he can’t replicate the unique abilities of others, but it's not impossible for him to have a whole weapon system inside of him (especially not with Kinzing loitering about).
The Royal Lily Style is a slight modification of the Harlequin Noble Phantasm. Using his marquetry abilities, he has managed to alter his form into one he thinks will be more to “her” liking. In altering his form, he has also altered Harlequin itself. The Royal Lily Style changes his veneer styles and the decorations on his devices into more floral patterns and designs. Activating this Noble Phantasm with the invocation of its true name causes him to “bloom.” By consuming the “potential” of the devices within him, he creates a tantalizing and ephemeral display of instantaneous woodworking that resembles an impossibly beautiful lily. Enemies who view it have the image imprinted into their minds and must deal with Mental Interference checks to resist being stunned. Those who have an appreciation for the arts must pass a more difficult interference check. This stunning effect leaves them open for Kinzing, who benefits from the woodworking display. He is transformed by it into something resembling a “giant mecha version” of his normal puppet form. This enhanced Kinzing then lays down a rain of deadly wooden stakes across the enemy camp. What’s left could almost be called a forest.
This usage of his Noble Phantasm seals its inherent dimensional transcendence for some time; he need time to “recharge” his internal stores of devices before he can use their potential again.

David Roentgen: A pretty unique and nice take on a figure who is only known to be a cabinetmaker... who happens to be a friend to a certain queen. But I have a few nitpicks; first, his Skill sections seems to a bit... bare? maybe add some, uh, as Royd put it, flavor text to it to make it a bit more appealing. Also, his Golden Rule Skill is too high, even a filthy rich Emperor like Darius III only got it on B, and B+ technically could be higher than freaking Gilgamesh's A rank, so yeah, maybe D or E would be more appropriate. Other than that, the NPs are pretty good and it's overall a solid sheet.
Let's see how it looks.

I wanted to make him similar yet dissimilar to Lostbelt Ivan, so the first NP isn't identical. I replaced Almighty Supreme Authority with Imperial Privilege because having 2/3 personal skills being the same would make it look as if I was being lazy, probably. Not to mention that having both together would be a wank overload. While I'm not the kind of person to give important abilities based on footnote anecdotes (looking at certain Spanish philosopher and his super-golem based on "may have built a golem maid"), the storm NP looked like a cool idea to represent Ivan's authority and to be an equivalent of "mountain-sized mammoth that shoots lightning".

AWAKEN MY RULERS
one Question is your Ivan a Ruler only servant because in my oppinion im (although i have Nothing against your sheet/profile in General) dissapointed to not see his Library as Nobelphantasm ? i think he could have qualifications as Caster(alone because his Library which could contains many different like Prelaties spellbock functioning tomes ),Berserker of Course and presumably also Rider and/or Saber.
Your verified Chikara-production Studios !
Dont ship me with anyone unless i say so !
When you wake a Dragon in his Lair...
Of course, he can qualify as all those clases, but the idea of making an evil Ruler was funny (at least for me). Lostbelt Ivan doesn't have his library either, but it's understandable considering the situation of his world (not to mention that our-world Ivan forgot about its existence) and his class.

Alright, honest question: if you guys fill in the Height/Weight part of a template, do you go by what feels right, historical data, comparing it to other Servants you've made, and do you plug that into BMI calculators and the like?
Best interest is to search for any historical data. And if not, proceed to make what feels appropriate and plug in the BMI.
The Act of dozing off in the afternoon is a luxury indeed.
Coffee would be nice, though.

In the case of Ivan, I've read that his height/weight were like the ones in my sheet at the moment of his death, but I usually write whatever I seem logical. For example, I wouldn't make a Celtic warrior shorter than 180 cm, or a 170 cm Japanese girl.

But anyways, is that really important, considering we have things like 7ft Iskandar?
AWAKEN MY RULERS
Historical data, if not, what I feel right, cool or cute.
@Ruler Ivan: One thing to consider is, the whole point of Lostbelt Ivan is that, he normally is not that powerful. That is why he becomes a Yaga (thus reaching the realm of Divine Spirits), to survive the Lostbelt. If he can be easily gain something similar in term of power by summoned as a Ruler, he definitely not gonna resort into a Yaga. So, having an Authority of the sky is kinda defeat the whole point of the canon one.
+1 for effort tho.
For one thing, Ivan became a Yaga (along with everyone else in Russia) not to fight people, but just to survive. It's not a matter of power-levels, but adaptation. Also, the Ivan in the Russia Lostbelt was his historical self while alive, not a Heroic Spirit, so that he might attain similar levels of power as a Heroic Spirit doesn't really seem problematic or contradictory to me.
Like Royd has said, Lostbelt Ivan is still his historical self. My Ivan is already a Heroic Spirit, and shouldn't have been able to summon storms during his life, same as how Marie Antoinette didn't use a crystal horse during her life or at least that's what I know. But I understand if it enters the realm of wank, as it's a middle finger to some high-tier Servants like Gawain and Chiron.
