Uniformed police clutching swords, bows, and shields,
as if about to put on a play at the local theater.
An almost farcical sight.

Let alone laugh,
the display would be enough to make any clear-witted magus faint.
After all, the weapons they held---
Emanated tremendous mana and force
That seemed to consume the very air itself.
Those Noble Phantasms were all counterfeits---

In seeking to defeat Heroic Spirits by the hand of man alone,
these men chose to overturn the very foundations of the Holy Grail War.

Nonetheless, I acknowledge that our justice differs from that of the Grail.
We may end up confronting not just the Association and the Church,
but perhaps even the very system of the Holy Grail War.”
“No worries, no worries! You see, there won’t be a Ruler in this War.”

“Even if Ruler comes after the War has become the real one, it’ll be too late.
The Holy Grail War in Snowfield will be elevated from a fake to the real deal.
Once that happens, Ruler won’t be able to stop it.
Ruler won’t be able to interfere at all.
So we can violate the War all we want!

I just can’t believe I can once more defile and burn that Holy Maiden into ashes unfit for even pigs to eat!
