On Demonition they're talking about Enkidu's stats, from the afterword of FSF:
Original author: Narita Ryohgo (成田 良悟)Nasu: Enkidu has A rank in every stat
Narita: Isn't that even higher than Berserker in the 5th War?! People are gonna call him a Mary Sue!
Nasu: Calm down.
Narita: No but, all A's puts him above even Karna!
Nasu: Calm down.
Narita: Honestly, even I thought "his stats are way too high..."
Nasu: I told you to calm down!
Narita: Gahhhh!
---
Nasu: Conversely, Neme___s... base stats are all A, but for example if Strength was raised to A+ then another area [other areas?] would lose two ranks...
Narita: So calm! You've got it planned out so precisely...!
Not for commercial re-use.

So Enkidu could make mana his crap stat and prioritize any other single stat?

I think he might be calling Narita Neme__s.

Nemes?
Spoiler:
Actually looking at the Afterword now, Nasu goes on a bit to explain more powerlevel stuff to Narita that he's not gonna reveal yet.
Enkidu's stats are around A- during volume 1 but if his Master recovers to full health then full A ranks across the board isn't out of the question.
There's something between "me" and "su" and 'Nemesis' seems to fit, is what You is saying. And then You was confused because Nemesis was a Greek goddess.

Narita successfully brainwashed by Kinoko.
"Forever work on spin-offs for my multiple series!"
"Yes, Nasu-sama."
Spoiler:
So I'm a little confused - the first publication of Fate/Strange Fake is the old RPG concept, but I notice the story has been rebooted since at the end of volume 1 manga it goes into the stuff with Zelretch. So there's a different volume 1 novel out there somewhere, right?
Can't find it, which is why I'm wondering what's different.
I found it. Oh, wow.

I don't like this analogy.
ew, Enkidu. eww.
Also that guy was fucking terrifying.
I can actually see that happening.
It's got tentacles. Looks like a wolf.

I just think it's cute that Narita freaks out with Herk and Karna while Nasu is all "be cool".
^ That is Resident Evil's Nemesis in his Final Boss form. What we're saying is, given recent comparisons between him and Enkidu, we might see something similar happening on this story.
