Not especifically focusing, but Valve has 3 or so good IPs that clearly they don't intend to develop anymore (L4D, HL, Portal, TF 3) and their only focus seems to be on maintaning Dota and CS and updating Steam. It's not that I think TM is going to do exactly as Valve is, but something similar.
