Make the Invincibility Break and Invincibility from her NP charge guaranteed to land. Or remove the clock restriction in her Mana Burst like they did with Melt's third skill.

Wasn't her gimmick for Good instead of Lawful? Though I'm not complaining if DW went with that.

If I were to guess which Servant got which buff based on that datamine and their lores, then Rama's likely to get the Demonic NP drain one.

Edit: By the way, how's Vlad's refund now after this combined with his NP Gain Up buff? Is he easier to loop by himself?

It will help him if he's hitting a foe that has the Arts resist debuff on them but if he's hopping from wave to wave then it won't really do much for him except give him maybe an extra overkill tick or two that will help him refund a bit more. In general, I think the dynamic won't shift much. That is, Galatea has the slightly better refund and Vlad has the slightly better battery. It will be interesting to see how he does perform against enemies with the Arts resist down debuff tho.

Her third skill gets even more souped up with 20% Buster Up, Star Bomb and Star Attraction when it triggers. Change the skill from purely for pre-NP turns to being a universally good skill even if it's not on NP turn.

Oh, good point. Could be part of the NP upgrade then. In that case, I'd hope for a Quetz buff.

Nice. Although the time gap between his strengthening for skill and NP are quite far, they're pretty great IMO.

Both Vlad and Galatea are very good but I don't think either are worth rolling for. They're nice spooks to get imo. I have NP2 Vlad without once rolling for him.

I probably wouldn't roll for him even for drain protection since, whenever NP drain is an issue nowadays, they drain so much that you're going to need raw charging anyway outside of someone like Mordred (Rider) or Saber Archer.

Damage-wise though, NP1 Vlad with 100 BG and double Saber Caster alone is 373718 to attribute neutral enemies and 57% refund at 0/10 overkill. Pretty fucking strong I'd say.
