You don't really need it with double Vitchi. I just kitted mine out, and either plugsuiting into another charger or using the Clocktower suit let's him 3 turn with any CE, as long as skill 3 is level 10.

- The only Servants that have straight up bonus against their class favorite enemies are some Foreigners and STHENO. Medusa bullying knows no end.
- the third skill works differently for Hyde and Jekyll
- A lot of Servants involved in Shimousa have Alter Ego advantage
- Mecha Eli-chan and Mecha Eli-chan MkII have advantage against different classes.

If you're wanting to do 3 NPs with him and double Bitch, he doesn't need it unless you want to avoid plugsuit. Still really lame that DW didn't give coins for story locked and time limited C/R.
Okay, so I did some hasty testing in the one Russia node I'm farming for myself mostly but it may prove illuminating to others. Keep in mind this node's final wave is comprised of 2 Sabers and 1 Berserker so he's hitting neutral on two enemies and super effectively on just one.
The results were as follows: level 70 NP5 CasCu with MLB BG and double Vitch using Mage's Association dealt 781,391 damage on the final wave
Using Plugsuit and throwing in Merlin dealt 1,190,978 to the wave
For a comparison I used NP2 Nero Caster with double Vitch and using Atlas instead on that same node and her final wave damage was 556,820
The power of Black Grail. I should do a CE-less clear to see what his unboosted damage is like because you want to use event CEs in events and those can be quite crappy. It is nice, however, that he can 3t anything with 6 CEs because refund doesn't matter to Buster.
Brynhildr not having anti-Saber is the absolute stupidest thing ever and I am forced to declare this mechanic garbage as a result
And for those who might have been wondering, CasCu without a CE and using Mage's Association on the aforementioned node dealt 387,986 to the final wave. Unremarkable but not terrible but do keep in mind that though event CEs do have a tendency to be weak they are still better than literally nothing, so there is that.
Done with bullets for Koyanskaya... but now I'll have to farm some Spinal Fluid

Too bad that Amakusa cannot quite NP 3 times in a row as he is just 10% short on the last wave with Double Koyanskaya with Plugsuit as he cannot double dip into his 2nd skill with a cooldown of 8. I tried playing around with different combinations of Chen Gong/Anderson (10% Regen)/Castoria with Double Koyanskaya Plugsuit but sill coming 10-20% short. If only Koyanskaya's NP Charge on normal Buster card on her 2nd skill also applied on Buster NPs.
