Actually, the name "Brionac" was in fact invented in 1990 by the Japanese game writer and designer Takerube Nobuaki, precisely because he needed a name for the nameless "demonic spear" for a Celtic tabletop RPG. It was then assimilated by every JRPG hungry for cool-sounding names for rare magical spears.

Nasu & Takeuchi

Class Skills
Magic Resistance: D
Grants protection against magical effects. Differently from the Resistance effect that merely rejects Magical Energy, this ability cancels the spells altogether. Cancels Single-Action spells. Magic Resistance of the same degree of an amulet that rejects magical energy.
Riding: A+
The ability to ride mounts. Rider-class Servants will typically possess a high rank, and A-rank can allow for Phantasmal Beasts and Divine Beasts to be mounted. It is said that dragon type mounts are an exception, requiring a different ability other than Riding. At this rank, creatures on the level of Phantasmal Beast and Divine Beast can be used as mounts. However, that does not apply to members of the Dragon Kind.
Personal Skills:
Discernment of the Poor: A
The insight to see through the opponent's character and attribute. At this rank, Rider will not be deceived by excuses and deceptions from words.
Curse of Commercialism: D
A skill similar to Innocent Monster that warps the servant dependent on modern view and portrayal. Nowadays even the most famous heroes are not believed to have existed, while Rider is still believed in by children across the world and that Santa gifts them every year and as such is very vulnerable to the whims of the people.
Due to children's innocent belief of the charity of Rider outweighing businesses using the holiday for profit, the personality of the servant has not changed. However the physical perception has changed greatly. Originally a kindly old man with a dull coat, western media portrayed him as a jolly fat old man in a green coat and everyone in the world believed him to be such - and so the appearance of Rider changed. After a series of successful adverts from a certain cola company, the main colour changed to red to match the brand. Now that the common belief that "Sex Sells" and the needless objectification of the female gender has increased, Rider now appears as a scantily clad woman. She doesn't terribly mind this new form, but she will complain that her new outfit doesn't help with the cold. This skill only affects the appearance of Rider and not her physical prowess or abilities. Yet.
Divinity: B
The measure of whether one has Divine Spirit aptitude or not. At high levels one is treated as a mixed race of a Divine Spirit. It also has an effect which reduces special defensive values called "purge defence" in proportion to the Divinity's Rank. It can break through Skills such as Protection of the Faith and Enlightenment of the Sacred Fig.
The Legend of Santa derives from Saint Nicholas so the strength of her nature as a divine spirit is equivalent in rank to the deities of minor cults and the forgotten gods of yore although after assimilating aspects of Odin into the legend, the rank has increased yet further still.
Familiar (Elves): C
Allows for the use of elves as familiars. These elves resemble diminutive humans with pointed ears and are only a few feet tall - closer to the modern perception of Gnomes. They possess the "Item Construction" skill at a high rank, allowing them to produce high quality gifts at a fast rate. Their combat power individually is rather pathetic and could be overpowered by children. Regardless, they possess a great work ethic and a level of optimism that can't be beat.
Saint's Gift: EX
A skill acquired by enriching hearts by giving presents. By reaching into her bag, she can withdraw whatever is needed for the recipient at the current moment or what they believe they desire most. Truly a benevolent and considerate soul.
Noble Phantasm:
Nine Tethered Sleigh
She Who Rides Across The World In A Single Night
Type: Anti-World
Rank: A++
Range: 1 Celestial Body
Max. Targets: 1.9 Billion Children
The legendary sleigh of Rider summoned from a pool of True Ether. A sleek and gigantic vessel fit only for the pure hearted one who holds the hearts of all children by her side. Nine Tethered Sleigh is forged from faeries out of divine unearthly metal complete with a jolly red paint trim. However the true power of Nine Tethered Sleigh is its top speed - capable of travelling the span of the entire earth in a single night though the mana cost to do so is absurdly high - though this can be used by using the happiness, innocence and hope of children as fuel. Quite literally. When used, the level of Cynicism and Edginess TM in the world increases but with the increasing global population of children this is rarely a problem. Perhaps this is why the Avenger population has increased as of late... Regardless, when it flies a trail of snowflakes and faint jingling can be heard.
It is pulled by the nine reindeer Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and Rudolph. Each individual reindeer is descended from the legend of Odin's eight-legged mount Sleipnir and thus each Reindeer is a Divine Beast of high order with each one being capable of goring a Dragon upon its horns. One reindeer in particular - Rudolph - is a heroic spirit of their own accord, capable of shooting a beam of light from its nose as an 'Anti-Army' attack and would demonstrate more power if summoned as a servant individually.
Lore
Santa Claus, also known as Saint Nicholas, Father Christmas, Kris Kringle, or simply "Santa", is a legendary figure who, in many Western cultures, is said to bring gifts to the homes of the good children during the late evening and overnight hours of Christmas Eve, December 24th. A legendary figure originating from the charitable tales of Saint Nicholas whilst incorporating features from Odin.
A well known legend is that Santa lives in the far north in a land covered with perpetual snow. In some cultural spheres it is the North Pole in the Arctic, in others it is Lapland, in some it is even Spain.
He (or rather now, she) lives with her wife and a large number of elves who spend all year making toys and nine magical reindeer. She spends the year cataloguing the activities of the worlds youth by behaviour and delivers gifts to all the good children in the world upon a single night of Christmas Eve. She also used to give capture naughty children and send them to a "Bad Place" where they were to be punished but settled on giving whips to the parents of bad children. Now that beating the ever loving snot out of those under the age of eighteen is looked down upon but she decided that she'd lower it down to giving the naughty children coal however she seems to have stopped that too though.
Personality
A happy and jolly woman. Despite being a wise onlooker, she has a tendency to be a little childish. Although it may seem easy to guess, she has a love of lists and organisation that borders on the obsessive. She is also somewhat reclusive and enjoys company with a small number of people at a time and although she knows bad children should be punished, her love and charity results in them usually getting something.
Her wish is a noble one, the happiness of all children.
Tactics
You would win by default. Who would hurt Santa?

Reason: Natural Enemy Clarification
It's silly, but I actually really like this one. Creative skills, and they fit pretty well into the legend. You did a good job incorporating all the aspects of the character into the sheet.
Hermes: Santa is literally the first Rider Class Servant I ever posted up here so seeing your version of her is kind of a blast from the past. I can definitely see some similarities in parts, particularly with the Anti-Army beam attack from Rudolph which is exactly what I used for my own Santa sheet. Overall your take on her is quite well-done and I appreciate how you actually tried to justify the genderbend. Out of curiosity, who are 'those two fools' mentioned under her Natural Enemy section?
