I want Perseus as a Servant. His powers should be pretty obvious.
It rhymes with Sledusa's Mead.

It's almost certainly not one of his Nasuverse Noble Phantasms, though. He gets five to deal with her, and there are five on his Prototype sheet. (Besides, Gorgon-mode Medusa's head isn't going to be carry-able by anyone in any case, and that's the form in which she died).

Actually, I wasn't planning to post this since there is already an "official version", but since you asked I hope that you find this satisfactory enough.

CLASS SKILLS
Magic Resistance: C
Protection against magical effects. Cancel spells with a chant below two verses. Cannot defend against Magecraft on the level of High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals. However, when under the protection of his Noble Phantasm, his Magic Resistance is not limited to this.
Riding: A+
The expertise to ride animals and vehicles. As for animal, he can ride up to those of Phantasmal Beasts and Divine Beasts. However, that does not apply to the Dragon Kind.
PERSONAL SKILLS
Divinity: B
Whatever one has Divine Spirit aptitude. The higher the level more one is treated as a mixed race of a materialized Divine Spirit. There is also an effect called “purge defense”, which reduces special defensive values in proportion to the rank of Divinity. It can breakthrough Skills such as Protection of the Faith.
Eye of the Mind (Fake): B
Danger avoidance by means of sixth sense, intuition.
Charisma: B
Natural talent to command an army. Increases the ability of allies during group battles. A rare talent. B Rank is enough to be a king of a country.
NOBLE PHANTASM
Aegis – The Greatest Divine Protection
Rank: A++
Type: Anti-Unit (self)
A bronze shield polished like a mirror, it was given to Perseus by Athena. It is a defensive Noble Phantasm that provides the highest grade of protection not only against enemy attacks, but also against interference from the outside world. Information of the surroundings is reflected on its mirrored surface and there is also an effect of conveying people’s heartbeats, which exists for the purpose of acting like a detector. Furthermore, it has the ability to reflect magic attacks once its true name is called.
Just like Excalibur is now a classical example of holy sword, Aegis became a synonym of absolute defense in modern times.
Bellerophon – Bridle of Chivalry
Rank: A+
Type: Anti-Army
A set of golden bridle and lash that have no effect by itself. When the Pegasus is controlled by this, its limiters are cut – with all Parameters receiving a 1 Rank Up – and its defensive power rises in many times thanks to the protection of enormous magical energy.
Despite not being a Magus, Perseus has a special ability as a Heroic Spirit of summoning a Pegasus through ritual Magecraft. However, because of the details of his legend, said ritual requires that he offers all his other Noble Phantasms as a sacrifice.
Harpe – Death to the Immortals
Rank: B
Type: Anti-Unit
The “female monster-killer” divine sword used the hero of Greek Mythology, Perseus. It is shaped after a sickle. It is not an excellent blade in itself, but it possess an ability called “refraction of longevity” as it greatest special quality. This is a divine skill that negates special abilities of immortality, so injuries inflicted by Harpe cannot be restored by any means other than treatment that conforms to the principles of nature.
Granted by Hermes when Perseus departed to exterminate Medusa. Because it was returned to Hermes soon after being used to exterminate the youngest of the three immortal sisters, its existence became regarded as an anti-Medusa exclusive-use weapon.
Aidos Kynee – Hidden in Darkness
Rank: C
Type: Anti-Army
A helmet (mask) originally owned by the God of the Underworld, Hades. It has the power to erase the figure of its wearer. However, it does not in fact make the user invisible. Rather, it expands a bounded-field that distorts the senses of those inside of it. It does not conceal its master by cutting off its presence and camouflaging its figure, but instead makes use of hypnotic powers to prevent others from perceiving Rider’s existence in the first place. Special forms of perception or detection Magecraft are useless, and one requires a strong Magic Resistance or methods to block mental interference in order to overcome the effects of this Noble Phantasm.
Kibisis – The World is Upside-Down
Rank: D+
Type: Anti-Army
The bag that the Greek hero Perseus used to store Medusa’s head. This Noble Phantasm is a bounded-field reverser that returns the “inside” back to the “outside”; Perseus was able to reverse the effects of Breaker Gorgon by putting this inside out over himself.
According to legends, Perseus would take out the head of the Medusa from the bag in order to cast the power of her Mystic Eyes onto his enemies. The name of the secret technique born out of that legend is Ra’s al Ghul - Curse of the Mother Earth. Simply put, this is something like a tactical grenade in which the magical energy of the Mystic Eyes of Petrification (Cybele) overflows from Kibisis and then spreads over a given area.
Talaria – Wing Road
Rank: E
Type: Anti-Unit (self)
A pair of winged sandals that originally belonged to the God of Travels, Hermes. Merely wearing this Noble Phantasm already raises AGI. Calling its true name will provide limited flight capabilities by allowing the user to literally “ride the wind”. However, such powers cannot be activated in closed spaces or areas where the wind is stagnated.

Kynee preferably. u/y transliteration is something of a matter of preference, but between an initial consonant and an 'n', y is probably better. And your ending 'n' is an inflected form. If Kynee looks ugly, the contracted Kyne isn't properly as archaic, but probably acceptable.
I don't like Kibisis being (rightly) built up as the antithesis to Medusa' Palace of Darkness, then having its active power invoke Cybele instead. The bag does contain her head but it feels inconsistent. Since the Aigis is what protects him from Cybele in Hollow Ataraxia and since it very often has the head incorporated, I think that would be a better way to do it. Leave Kibisis as the very specific, very situational, anti-Medusa weapon.
Must you mix Latin and Greek?Talaria

It has been a while since I made this, so lets slowly go in parts.
Actually, that transliteration is not mine. I accidentally stumbled on this while researching for a proper, better name for the Cap of Invisibility. Since I pretty much know little to nothing about Greek, I saw no problems with it.
To be fair, the direct connection between the Self-Seal, Temple of Darkness and Cybele is quite a weak one. When you think about it, Breaker Gorgon's true power is to "seal" a target into a dream world of his own making. Rider merely takes advantages of some of its powers to shut off her Mystic Eyes.I don't like Kibisis being (rightly) built up as the antithesis to Medusa' Palace of Darkness, then having its active power invoke Cybele instead.
Kibisis was actually the NP that I had the most trouble with, for I had no idea what powers give it. After all, in the end it only served to store Medusa's head in the original story. Though I admit that Nasu's "bounded-field reverser" idea was quite neat, it was still somewhat lacking for a NP of a hero of Perseus' caliber.
In the end, I took advantage of the existing connection it had with the Temple of Darkness (as you also pointed out) and gave it a similar treatment. The idea here is that both are "originally meant for something else entirely, but currently being used to seal the Mystic Eyes of Petrification. Also, this seal can be temporary lifted so that Cybele's powers can be employed once again".
It is a matter of popularity, really. Sure Talaria's has a more appropriate name in Greek, but its Latin one is more well known by the general public. It's a similar case with Excalibur - that holy sword has many other names and it was probably called something else at first. But when people hear about King Arthur's blade, the first name that will pop up on their minds will be Excalibur.Must you mix Latin and Greek?
Uh. That's a pretty good Perseus profile as far as I can tell, to be honest.
I'd say the following profile contains spoilers, but they're spoilers you probably already know anyway. So in loving homage to Gunbazca's Indo-Javanese profiles, may I present:
M. Night Shyamalan
"It's like it was meant to be"
Video (c) Robot Chicken
The Man Who Heard Voices... Most of them Negative
A once unknown film-maker who manage to hit big with his surprise hit 'The Sixth Sense', primarily on the strength of its jaw-dropping plot twist. From being compared to the likes of Spielberg and Hitchcock, Manoj Nelliyattu Shyamalan following films were forever unable to achieve the same level of brilliance, sending him into a long, torturous decline that would produce films of worse and worse quality till he was reduced to a figure of hatred and unintended comedy. Oblivious to his own failings and ever-hostile to those who called him out on his (numerous) faults, will the Grail War see him stoop to a whole new low?
Possible Class: Caster, Assassin (due to him 'assassinating' several promising films through use of outlandish revelations), Rider
Master: Roger Ebert.
Parameters:
* Alignment: Chaotic Evil (too harsh?).
* Noble Phantasm: B.
* Strength: E.
* Endurance: C (His career has still been able to chug on despite serious lows).
* Agility: E.
* Mana: B (His movies frequently dealing with the supernatural has led to a fairly high Rank).
* Luck: D (At this rank, has had one stroke of incredible Luck, yet it has dramatically decreased ever since. A fascination with fate and destiny has also served to lower this rank).
Class Skills:
* Territory Creation C
(Caster-specific class skill)
The establishment of a magical territory that enhances one's skills as a Magus.
In Shyamalan's hands this would normally be the capacity to create a "Director's Studio" as he terms it, however the revoking of his auteur license has granted him significantly less room and options to work with.
* Item Construction E
(Caster-specific class skill)
The ability to craft items befitting of one's power as a Magus.
This skills allows M. Night Shyamalan to create films that can shock audiences with their surprise twist endings. From these films he may conjur ghosts, high-ranking superheroes weak to water, low-ranking aliens weak to water, wolves made of grass, giant eagles and plants that manipulate people into committing suicide.
However his own shocking fall from cinematic grace has served to greatly lower the Rank of this skill.
* Presence Concealment E
(Assassin-specific class skill)
The capacity to cut off one's presence as a Servant to avoid detection.
Shyamalan's skill in this is gained less from his own ability to hide, in fact he has a habit of making himself glaringly obvious, but rather his capacity to conceal his twist endings. However even his skill at that happens to be quite poor.
* Riding A+
(Rider-specific class skill)
Skill at riding legendary beasts and vehicles. At this level Divine and Demonic beasts may be ridden.
As Rider Shyamalan can employ Ritual Magecraft to call upon such mounts as alien spacecraft, the Great Eatlon, "Appa", "Fire Nation" warships and cars that strike at opponent's loved ones, though none of these are NP-level on their own. Well, Appa and the Fire Nation warships may be in other hands.
Personal skills:
* Director Cameo E
Skill at adopting the role of a minor character in an unfolding work, allowing one to briefly assume the status of a background figure and disguise their existence as a Servant.
This skill has been reduced in Rank because of Shyamalan's tendency to abuse this, thus fooling nobody to his presence.
* Immune to Critics A
This skill represents a capacity to block out criticism and an unshakable faith in one's own, surely misunderstood film-making genius. At this high Rank if Shyamalan hears any critical words directed his way, he also gains a Rank Up to Strength upon engaging said critic.
* Laughingstock A
A skill similar to that of Dread Visage, only instead of instilling a supreme fear to all those who gaze upon him, it instills uncontrollable bursts of laughter and mockery upon all those who gaze upon him.
Gained from, amongst many instances, the worldwide audience to his mere name appearing in the trailers for Devil.
* Prana Burst (Water) C
The ability to build up prana in oneself then instnatly expel it, creating an effect similar to a jet burst.
In this Servant's case this prana manifests as the element of Water, as a result of his own use of it as a motif to deadly effect in several of his films.
Noble Phantasms:
* The Village [Never Enter The Woods, That Is Where They Wait]
Anti-Unit
Target: 1 unsuspecting venturer.
Rank: E.
Manoj's Noble Phantasms are the power to enact upon his foes the very twist endings that gained him such infamy. As such, all Servants possess the ability to cancel out these NPs if they announce that they "saw it coming" the whole time.
The Village allows him to reveal that a Servant's entire tale secretly took place in the modern day all along, therefore nullifying any bonuses attributed to them from their age of their legend. The low rank of this NP though is mainly due to the ineffectiveness of this twist upon The Village's release, as well its potential derivation from the children's book Running Out Of Time.
* Unbreakable [Are You Ready For The Truth?]
Anti-Unit
Target: 1 believed hero.
Rank: C+ (the plus modifier gained from this twist's relative obscurity to this day, in stark contrast most of his others)
This twist reveals to Shyamalan's target that, whereas they may have previously perceived themselves to be a 'hero', they were in fact playing the part of villain all along.
The Servant's alignment is automatically changed to 'Evil', they gain weakness to any Holy-elemental attacks while being blocked from accessing any Holy-element NPs of their own, and have their Endurance dropped to Rank E in reference to the character of 'Mr Glass'.
* The Sixth Sense [Touch Taste Hear Smell See Fear]
Anti-Unit
Target: 1.
Rank: B (by far his most infamous twist, but Ranked Down one for being derived from the episode "The Tale Of The Dream Girl" from Are You Afriad of the Dark?).
The Twist that first elevated Shyamalan to cinematic heights he would never again reach, this Noble Phantasm unleashes instant death by declaring his foe to be dead all along.
On the downside, because it is by far his most well-known twist, it is also the most easily defended against.

He should propably have high Magecraft skill(that he can't use as Berserker, would make sense that living for decades without a feeling makes you forget stuff), and be summonable as Caster with Mental Pollution - he's a wizard in many versions of the story, and it only makes sense if he can do stuff like soul binding, which is pretty much The Third. Actually, he could easily be the progenitor of most of today's necromancy, since he is the lich.
And nuking is too cheap a way to get rid of him. He should be utterly immortal and reassemble even from dust with next to no prana cost, either you find the needle(which you propably won't), or you solve it through the master, or you bind him somehow until you can do either.
Also note that he has a thing going on where he not only cannot die, he straight up can't be defeated in battle as long as the needle is intact. He is usually depicted as a great fencer, so he could fit into Saber or Assassin as well.
Oh, and the thing about him being connected to the slavic god of underworld stems from the fact that a great majority of slavic folklore is in fact indian folklore, which shows in general etymology of slavic languages to this day(for instance various usages of 'Mir' together make the concept of 'Mitra'). Koschei is pretty much Ahriman with the added value of being skeletal and having a phylacery. It would make sense that it's the reason why he has (regressed) Divinity skill, and is so damn old.
