Why the other DAAs don't consider him to be one of the 27 seems to be based more on his own goals.
For Roa, eternity is an end point he wants to arrive at to discover the answer to the meaning of the soul, so he's more focused on finding a path to reach it, whereas the other Ancestors just want eternity itself.

The average True Ancestor is not at Arcueid's level. At least that's how I'd see it.

I don't think they're meant to look alike. Arach's hair is modelled after a spider. Her clothes also have a few spider motifs.

All the VIII-level hype (first they're said to be basically stronger than Volvo, now this) makes me think we'll meet one of those, if we haven't met it yet.

VIII sound like a strong Servant power level, and there's around 50 of those.

In the remake, the 1 in 1000 is about the amount of people who can become a Rank IV Dead Apostle. As for Satsuki herself, I guess we'll have to find out later.

Yeah, and though it’s not a 1:1 match old Yumizuka is closest in description to IV. I just don’t recall if I’m remembering the “1 in 1000” comparison accurately.

OG Sacchin was said to be an unprecedented anomaly on par with the DAAs, can't remember if they ever put it into numbers but it would be much rarer than 1 in 1,000.

We'll have to wait for future releases to see if she's nerfed.

It's weird but there seem to be a bunch of backgrounds that are lacking the high resolution versions. For example image1849.png, the one with the DAA list - can't seem to find the high res version.

Yeah the img* group is weird, a bunch of lowres cgs and there doesn't seem to be separate png layers from which they can be assembled in there.
