Bianca Sforza: Not really familiar with this figure but why is she connected to Cynothoglys again? From her lore the tie-in just feels random and as she doesn't really have any abilities that uniquely say "Bianca Sforza" apart from that it seems like you just took a random figure from history and tacked Cynothoglys onto them. I get some canon Foreigners have pretty loose link to their patron gods but I think at least more of the vessel's own abilities should contribute to the fusion or else there's really no reason to do it rather than just writing up (say) Cynothoglys itself as a Servant.

Divinity B: The combination of his natural low level of divinity, as well as the fairly high level of divinity of Rhogog, provides him with this rank.
Insanity C: His outer god gives him almost no ranks of this. However, he was naturally slightly insane and so gains this rank of the skill.

Personal Skills:

Vampirism A++: He was a vampiric being who drank blood, which makes him fairly powerful in this already, but him being one of the sources of Dracula and the power of Rhogog turn this up to an incredible rank. Allows him to easily drain huge amounts of mana from his prey.
Demonic Defender Of The State C(A+): Normally, he gets this at a low rank, able to gain power within his territory, but he also gains this within a radius from Rhogog, at a much higher rank. Signifies his tyranthood and Rhogog tapping into the leylines.
Sanguine Flood B: The quintessential ability to control blood. He gains this due to Rhogog, his status as the basis for Dracula, and his own legend. At this rank, he can control the blood of anyone who is not a Divine spirit or Phantasmal beast, though it is far harder for a heroic spirit then for a civilian.

He radiates an evil energy that shreds the mana and sanity of the targets. In addition, he is great friends with Abhartach and will give advice.

This is the sublimation of his many-time ressurection. This noble phantasm is activated when he is killed and buried without his face being down onto the ground. At the next sunset, he will ressurect, with the same bond with his Master. This can only take affect twice.

Lore:
Abhartach was a tyrant from Lagtaverty. He was also a powerful magician. He was slewn by Fionn mac Cumnhail. Then he rose and continued being a tyrant. The following day, he was killed again, but rose again and continued being a tyrant. So Fionn decided to consult a druid, who advised he be buried face-down. He was, and he didn't come back. And that's all to what history recorded of him. But there is far more to him then that.
Rhogog was born from the blood of Cthulhu, created as a powerful demonic entity. When both him and Abhartach were young, they met each other and formed a bond. They would help each other obtain their quests throughout life, Abhartach helping him get as close to an Evil God as he could, and him helping Abhartach conquer Lagtaverty through providing magic. Now, Rhogog hasn't fully ascended into an evil god yet, but due to his nature as a child of an Evil God, Abhartach was summoned as a Foreigner with Rhogog's aid.

Personality:
To each other, a pair of friends who are always close by. They often think the same ideas, and seem to never have any arguments or debates. To others, monstrous and peculiar beings who are not understandable. Rhogog's wish for the grail is that Abhartach would be able to continue ruling for far longer in Lagtaverty, while Abhartach's wish is that Rhogog could take the final step and truly ascend into an Evil God.

They are extremely hot and can easily burn enemies. She can control them to her will. If she wishes, she can also burst them, causing every star inside to seperate out. Each star is just as hot, and she can burst the stars again into a supernova. However, when she does, she loses the star. And once she loses one, she can't get it back.
281 Lucretia C: The sublimation of the comet named after her, as well as the eight comets she discovered. She also has nine floating and far larger orbs that she can command to plummet down from the sky. All of them are active like noble Phantasms. 8 of them are E-ranked Anti-Unit noble phantasms, while the last is an E-ranked Anti-Army noble phantasm.
Lady Of The Black Lake B: The sublimation of her Outer patron's status as the Lord of the Black Lake, this allows her to alter the positioning of water by using a single floating moon that appears over her head to shift its direction. This moon cannot be destroyed.

This Noble Phantasm is the sublimation of the connection between Caroline and the outer god Mnomquah, as well as the crater on the moon named after her. When invoked, she drops the moon of the Dreamlands, pulling it down towards earth and letting it fall. However, this is just a false moon, and as such cannot reach the power of the genuine moon itself.

Lore:
Caroline Herschel was a German astronomer and the sister of the famed astronomer William Herschel. She was known for discovering five hundred nebulas and eight comets. The comet 281 Lucretia was named after her, as was a crater on the moon. But there is more to her then just that. Mnomquah was an Evil God that was sealed on the moon of the Dreamlands. One day, Catherine wound up at the dreamlands and decided to study the stars. She did, and then noticed the moon moving where it shouldn't. So she investigated and found him. She was terrified of him, but heard him out. And she recognised it would fix the stars, so she decided to try to release him. Unfortunately for him, she wasn't able to do that in life, so he granted her powers to do it now.

Personality: Caroline is a genuinely helpful individual. She doesn't care about helping Mnomquah, however, because she is only working with him to fix the sky. If she somehow managed to obtain the Holy Grail itself, she would wish for the sky to be fixed, though at this point Mnomquah would hijack her and ask to be freed.

However, notably, if they don't identify her as an enemy then this will not work on them.

Lore: Lozen was an Apache warrior and prophet. She was the sister of a powerful chief. She fought against the Americans who appropriated her homeland and left her and her tribe stuck in awful conditions. She continued to fight, even when her brother died, when she joined Geronimo and his crew. However, in the end she lost, became a prisoner of war, and died of tuberculosis.

Personality:
A genuine and helpful person to those she cares about, anyone who has even a hint of trying to oppress her will face her wrath. She really enjoys working with Geronimo. Her wish for the grail is that her family didn't die when they did.

At least, so he appears. In truth Foreigner is not "Luke the Evangelist" but a mere puppet of his otherworldly patron cobbled together from fragments of the Gospel made possible by the disputed nature of its authorship. While his faith and devotion is genuine, the object of it is not God but the False Divine Mother sealed away on Deimos' moon D'endrrah. Foreigner wishes to unite all human souls with his "God", whom he extolls and refers to lovingly as "Mother". His compassion as a physician has been warped to believe everyone is sickly and only D'endrrah can grant them the treatment they need.

However, occasionally Foreigner will undergo bouts of identity-crisis, questioning if he is truly "Luke the Evangelist" or whether his God is the same one he served in life. This is exacerbated by encountering other New Testament Servants, during which Foreigner might clutch his head in pain as memories flash through his mind before "Mother's" influence manages to regain hold over him. If he were to realize the truth of his deception and his own existence Foreigner might use his last act to destroy the blasphemous Hodegetria and sabotage D'endrrah's awakening, offering a peaceful prayer to God as he fades away from the World.

Owing to his training as a Greek physician Caster may also establish an "Asclepion" (healing temple, predecessor to a modern hospital) reconsecrated to the Christian god. Its cleansing aura sterilizes infection and permits enhanced treating of wounds.

Existence Beyond The Domain- B
A Skill inherent to the Foreigner Class, asserting one's existence outside of time and reality. Foreigner is partially resistant to physical and mental damage, as his true self exists far beyond the reality perceivable by humans. This defense can be bypassed if the attacker themselves is connected to "something beyond man", like by possessing the Divinity Skill. D'endrrah's true body is sealed away in a dark palace on Mars' moon Deimos. She's only able to manifest through the holy icon Hodegetria, utilizing the ambiguity over its construction to conceptually substitute herself for the true Mary. However taking a name acknowledged by the Common Sense of Man has also lowered this Skill's rank.

Divinity- B
Qualifies one's aptitude as a Divine Spirit. At this rank one reaches the level of a Demigod, a mixed-race of divine and mortal. As a saint Foreigner could normally have a C-rank equivalent to the deities of minor cults and the forgotten golds of yore. However manifesting as a vessel of D'endrrah, an Outer God who earned the epithet "The Divine" has further bolstered his divinity. Foreigner can only offer praises to be able to serve the will of such a supreme existence.

Insanity- D
A Mental Pollution-like skill gained from contacting an evil god that can easily erode the fragile common sense and morals of humans. However, the main qualification for the Foreigner class is to defy this erosion, either by maintaining their integrity as they descend into madness, or instead of being consumed by madness, they consume the madness itself. As almost entirely a puppet for D'endrrah Foreigner's ability to resist the madness of his eldritch patron is low.

Miracle (False)- B+
A Skill that can create a miracle that occasionally makes the impossible possible. Although a part of this has similarities with the Skill Pioneer of the Stars, it is something essentially different. There are also differences regarding the things this can be applied to. While Caster never performed or even witnessed any miracles himself, as a primary source for many of the miracles of Jesus he possesses this Skill. Allows Caster to duplicate any of the miracles he attested, albeit at one rank down from the original. Feats like healing the sick, exorcising demons, multiplying loaves and fishes and commanding the wind and waves can be performed by Caster in his teacher's spirit.

The vast volumes of thaumaturgy the False Divine Mother possesses combined with the infinite magical power of the Hodegetria allows her "protege" to forcibly emulate the miracles of the Gospel. Those who actually knew Jesus in life will be able to sense something unmistakably off about Foreigner's spellcraft, along with the stench of a being other than God on him. When unconstrained by copying his "teacher" Foreigner can evoke a more diverse and terrifying range of "miracles", opening toothy rifts in space from which cephalopod tentacles emerge or conjuring clones of himself from mirrorlike shards to warp his true position.

Contested Authorship- C
The Gospel of Luke which is Caster's namesake is sometimes thought not to be authored by him but another unknown writer. This ambiguity combined with the many contradictions and reinterpretations in the Bible crystallizes into a Skill that muddles Caster's profile, making his parameters, Skills and Noble Phantasm appear in ancient Aramaic or even an unrecognizable "alien script". While Caster insists he has nothing to hide, it nevertheless hinders scrying on his stat sheet from enemy Servants with discernment abilities or even his own Master. Exploiting the ambiguity surrounding the author's own identity combined with the scrutiny and leaps of logic that Biblical exegesis has faced to cobble together a vessel that can roughly be called "Luke the Evangelist".

Iconodulist- A+
A term relating to the Servant's nature as a crafter of holy icons. As a Christian tradition records Caster to have created the first religious icon in history, the Hodegetria, that was later passed down to Prince Vladimir he's awarded the highest ranking of this Skill. Supplanting the Item Construction that he would normally possess this Skill allows Caster to capture the essence and power of God in holy icons. These icons are potent holy artifacts, and can impart a variety of miraculous effects from mental interference inducing feelings of awe and adoration to speaking in Caster's voice, healing, burning Evil-aligned beings on contact or projecting barriers of light. Their quality depends on the time Caster puts into crafting them, ranging from D-rank for a single day's construction time to A if he dedicated an entire week to creating it.

...By drawing inspiration instead from his eldritch patron Foreigner can craft more horrifying icons that erode the sanity of whoever gazes upon them. He can also create fake Hodegetrias that serve to disguise the real one from enemy attack seeing as it holds his true spiritual core, albeit these can be told apart by Servants with a discernment or Eye For Art Skill.

Medicine that surpasses the medical technology of those times (in which transmission proliferated) by a few degrees. Still, this Skill does not make a comparison by modern standards, instead determining by the standards of the age in which the Servant lived. Caster was known as a physician who travelled alongside St. Paul, using precise medical terms to describe people's afflictions. ...However, in truth Foreigner was almost certainly not the one who crafted this artifact, which was created much later by an unknown Byzantine artist. His possession of it is thus a falsity, and while the Icon does serve as a doorway to another world that is not Heaven but rather the nightmarish realm of his eldritch patron D'endrrah. Upon invoking the true name the Icon parts like a veil to emanate golden light, becoming a portal to another world before countless tentacles shoot out to grasp the opponent and pull them inside. There they face a fate of everlasting union with Foreigner's God, an experience that could be likened to the most euphoric of pleasures or endless hells as they're torn apart, chewed and devoured to become part of D'endrrah's essence. As union with God is the magnum opus of several world-religions one's will to resist absorption should they be (for instance) a pious Christian evaporates in the face of this Noble Phantasm, requiring a severe mental resistance or discernment check to even fight back.

As the host for his eldritch patron the Icon is actually alive and houses Foreigner's true spiritual core. It bleeds when damaged and is capable of regenerating in a manner akin to organic flesh. Should it be destroyed the disparate elements of his

will be torn apart, returning to the abyss of the evil god from whence they came. In essence it wouldn't an exaggeration to say this Noble Phantasm is the true Servant Foreigner while the body of "Luke the Evangelist" is merely a convenient flesh-puppet.

Not posting this up in the contest thread as I was the one who came up with this prompt. Just consider this an example of the kind of entries that you could make. Definitely one of my weirder concepts but I was inspired by the anime/manga Qwaser Of Stigmata that depicted the Theotokos Icon as a portal to another world with rather eldritch properties. Just maybe don't look up said anime in public as it's rather... NFSW. (Let's just say that both heroes' and villains' powers come from a...n interesting interpretation of Mary breastfeeding baby Jesus. AKA they suck titties to refuel their magic. It manifests as a small mushroom he holds in his hands. Whenever activated, a pore of noxious gas emits from it. However, its true use is, when activated, creating a Reality Marble subliming the Mushroom Forest, in essence for him mushrooms hundreds or thousands of times bigger then he could ever produce with Beata Ruris Fungi.

Lore: Johan Theodor Holmskiold was a postmaster and mycologist. He is known for being an advisor to Dowager Queen Juiliana Maria, and for his two volumes on fungus. However, there is more to him then just that. When he was researching for the second volume, he heard tale of a Fungal Forest, and tracked it down, meeting the Great Old One Ghadamon. Ghadamon's goals are to defeat his prey, but also to continue growing his fungi. So, Holmskiold was hired as the Mycologist to Ghadamon for several years. As such, he is summoned as Foreigner.

Personality: Obsessed with mushrooms. Whenever he speaks, it will be derailing the conversation to be about mushrooms. He hates anyone who doesn't like mushrooms, which includes other Foreigners, especially Koyanskaya Darkness.

Holmskiold: Cute shroom boy. Well I finished Rust-Eater Bisco recently so this sheet definitely hits a soft spot for me. His Skills and NPs seem fine and you didn't make the Outer God traits overwhelm his own. His personality is kind of hilariously one-note but I guess you didn't find that much else in his lore to flesh out.

Mystic eyes of fear perception A: Caster revolutionized a whole medium through how well he could scare people. It was all thanks to these eyes of his. With this skill Is able to look at someone and instantly know what their fears are from the slightest to the most deepest darkest ones, Caster becomes aware of them. On top of this, he also knows what is currently scaring someone if they are currently frightened.

Don't judge a book by its cover C-: this abillity is another tool in casters arsenal to do the one thing he loves. Best. To scare, but you can't give someone a good scare if you're in the surprise, with his ability" Don't judge a book by its cover" caster's able to hide is emotions and manipulate people's perceptions of what he's feeling and his intent. Of course, with abilities of higher level that can see through illusions and deceits and things of the sorts can't see through this.

SFX: caster head decades in the film is industry and through this he's learned how to make people look like just about anything with the right makeup and supplies. With this ability can use makeup and and other supplies as needed to make anyone look like just about anything. These disguises are good enough to fool even servants, at least at a glance. The only downside is that he cannot change their voice or mannerisms only appearance. So if someone knows who the person is disguised as well enough they can easily tell that they are not who they are.

His creation of the modern day zombie with this noble phantasm casters able to make zombies, " The walking Dead my wonderfully scary creation" Is a reality marble Noble Phantasm, the let's Caster send himself in the people around him into a wide open grassy-filled similar to the one in his most acclaim the movie night of the living Dead. And within this grassy field, Caster communipulate the minds of whoever he brought in, making them see things that are not there, whether it be his trademark zombies or if he's been able to figure out what their greatest fears are, he can also do that. On top of this, the greatest strength of his noble phantasm Is that as long as the persons being affected by his noble phantasm think the illusion is real, It becomes physical and it's actually able to hurt them. It does not become real in physical form for anyone else besides the one being affected by it. If they are interacted by with someone from the outside world as well, they can easily also be snapped out of it.


Lore:
caster's true name is George Andrew Romero. The person that is quite widely recognized as the creator of the modern zombie movie. His 1968 cult classic night of the living Dead is what the foundation for the modern interpretation of zombies. And is what led to the zombie craze of the modern era.

Personality:
Caster, despite what some might think is actually a quite Nice quiet men living to talk and get to know people. He comes off as just a very enjoyable elderly man to be around. That's his on the surface anyway, below the surface. He's a bit more of a prankster almost he loves to scare people plain & simple. He loves to craft ways to bring out their deepest fears and bring them to the forefront. He does this in a very almost lighthearted way. He doesn't do it. Maliciously and if he seen that he's gone too far he will be wholeheartedly apologetic.

Oblivion Correction EX
The purpose of Gora Daileng. The Micronesian God of Judgement is the embodiment of a River in the Underworld. He burns the wicked and casts their charred remains into the flow of souls. The burnt souls are then condemned to a dismal journey into a fiery Oblivion while remaining conscious the whole time.
The misguided who stand in Avenger's way will receive the same fate.

Devouring A
A curse inflicted upon Avenger through their individual parts. Avenger hungers.
The Black God is frail and pitiful in his legend and needs more Mana to sustain himself. Gashadokuro is a twisted apparition of bodies that yearn to devour that what they long for - a living body. And Gora Daileng is the living embodiment of a soul devouring underworld river. Their vengeance is like a fire - burning hot but needs fuel to sustain.

Pleiades Stomp B
According to legend the Black God met the Holy People. They noticed the constellation Pleiades dangling on his foot. With mighty stomps of his legs it moved further and further upwards until it reached his temple where it should stay.
Allows Avenger to move around his Spirit Core that looks like the Pleiades Constellation shining through his ghostlike body. Impacts with this body part will deal tremendous conceptual damage. Avenger prefers to focus them in his left foot.

Mana Burst (Trinitite) A+
A personal skill unique to Avenger. The Trinity Test created enough heat to form radioactive glass around the blast zone. As an extension of Pleiades Stomp, Avenger can create Trinite formations from the earth by infusing it with his various Mana Bursts powered by his three parts. This green, sometimes red and black glass makes up the body of Avenger and needs an increased Mana Supply to sustain. Similar to Mana Burst (Glass) he can use it for ranged combat but hits have a chance to poison the enemy.

Tarnished Sun of Men's Hubris

An ear-shattering scream acts as the True Name Release. Avenger performs a mighty Pleiades Stomp into the dusty soil and creates a cascade of Trinitite walls in the area. They shatter into the fine green-ish dust of Avenger's body and blanket the earth in a green hue. But he is nowhere to be seen. From behind the enemy two giant skeletal hands of green glass appear and batter them to near death. Their broken remains are stuck inside the ground which begins to move and coil like a flowing river. The river burns with a heat that damages the soul directly. Unstoppable, the river carries the victim towards their Oblivion - Avenger. In their hand develops a green sphere of radioactive flame which grows and flickers proportionally to their hate. This is a facsimile of the false sun that was detonated in each of their respective realms.
The hot burning hate of a divine apparition of vengeance approaches the heat of the sun just like the Atomic Bombs that unite these three Spirits. The hate for defiling nature and infringing on god's domain, the rage for destroying a whole city and the furor destroying the heritage of a whole folk and displacing them away from their home.
The Three Spirits will judge you unfairly and their verdict is to burn for the sins of this man.

The Trinity Nuclear test was part of Oppenheimer's Manhattan Project and was conducted in the Summer of 1945. There, in the desert of New Mexico, they made a new sun shine for only a few seconds. The first toxic sunrise with the radiance and color of a thousand suns. It left bebind a crater of trinitite of roughly 600m in diameter and at its center a god of the desert was incensed.
The fallout was minimal but it inflicted animals around the site and contaminated plants and waters. An unforgivable affront to nature.

Few weeks afterward, on 6th and 9th of August 1945, two more toxic sunrises plagued the land of the rising sun. An unspeakable, disgusting and unforgivable act was cast upon the innocent population of Japan. Thousands, Tens of Thousands, Hundreds of Thousand people lost their lifes in a crime against humanity and life itself. The consequences are still felt today. Silence and Anger, Despair and Suffering, Death and Destruction. There are not enough words in any language to describe the suffering of the dead and survivors. Lingering emotions gather together over a country that can not be described differently than a field of carnage. They coalesce to reform a being, a yokai of old. The Gashadokuro forms from the souls of the deceased that never received proper funerary rites, most often near battlefields, mass graves and famine plagues villages. A giant skeleton with the sole intent to avenge this crime against the world.

Operation Crossroads was a pair of nuclear weapon tests conducted by the United States at Bikini Atoll in mid-1946. The first test after Trinity and first detonation after Nagasaki. Over the years over twenty Nuclear Detonations were tested on ships near the Marshal Islands. The waters were contaminated, godless bodies of the metal ships sunk to the ocean floor, countless of sea life annihilated, radioactive saltspray fell across the atoll. The people of the islands were evacuated and displaced to another, smaller Atoll 200km to the East. They were told they were like "the children of Israel whom the Lord saved from their enemy and led into the Promised Land." and it was "for the good of mankind and to end all world wars."
The natives relied on lagoon fishing to sustain themselves in their home but the new atoll had none. They had to rely on food shipments of the US which failed to arrive in a timely manner. Within half a year the small folk were brought to a state of emaciation. They tried to resettle to their former home but were evacuated again due to radiation and contaminated food. To this day the Bikini Atoll remains uninhabited and the descendants spread across the ocean. The God of Judgement that once watched over these islands in the Micronesia region swore to bring justice to this crime against culture.

Three Spirits from across the world joined together in their quest to avenge the consequences of the devastation that was brought forth from the man named Oppenheimer. United they stand in search for retribution for the destructive sunrises.

There is not much of a Personality left inside Avenger. The three Spirits became a wraith sustained by their emotion alone. They discarded it for their one goal and when it was to be fulfilled, they would vanish like dust in the wind. They do not talk, they do not listen. In search for the man they can identitfy as Oppenheimer, they will remain restless. To avenge what was brought forth from this crime, they became part of it. Summoning Avenger is a mistake, keeping it as a Servant even more. Avenger can only be nothing more than enemy to humanity because over time we all become Oppenheimer for them.

"Mr. Glass":
"Sheesh. That is heavy, man. I'm rather an inventor of something forgotten than an inventor of this weapon. Like, how can you ever escape this reputation? You can not, just like this thing over there. I see why you would use me to combat that thing. Trinitite is usually mildly radioactive but Avenger increased the radiation almost to the level of the atom bomb cores. It is a light-green glass and not really pretty. It is rare but the color is hardly unique. Add lead to normal glass and you get a sturdier and clearer variant. Trinitite is basically just Fulgurite when humanity plays god. I prefer my glass when I play to be an actual huma, y'know? Anyway, I can infuse my armor with enough lead to provide high level immunity to his radiation gimmick and when I am quick enough I can take hold of most of his body. Observe, Master! Mr. Glass is finally useful!"

Geronimo:
"By the Spirits. The Navajo God of Fire. A smith that forged the stars from dirt and ignited them with his energy. He was said to have created the sun. I can feel it that he is the main initiator of this threefold abomination. But, disregarding the severity of the impact the detonation had on the world, it was still in deadman's land long after the Age of Spirits in America ended. The damage was minimal. Could it be that his sole motivation is the attempt of imitating his work? No matter, I will help to end this wraith here and now, Master."

Minamoto no Raikou:

At is almost like a phenomenon when bloodshed and carnage left a void in the local texture that is filled with this apparition. It is less the souls that cried out and more a spirit that devours them instead, often adapting their grudges as its goals. It can not form in modern times, even after the tragedy that happened decades ago. It claiming the names of the victims shall be punished. Master, let me handle this. I am the best suited to deal with yokai of all sorts."
