Possibly not Dumas anymore given how the name's been scrubbed out on the promo art while the others were all left, but likely to still be a writer, yes.
Wasn't he? Oh, well there you go. I thought they'd just changed him because they didn't want to deal with having a black guy who's more than Archer tanned but less than supernaturally dark Hassan.

--- Class Skills:
* Magic Resistance:
B: Cancel spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by High-Thaumaturgy and Greater Rituals, it is difficult for him to be affected. Saber's magic resistance, despite naturaly coming from his own knowledge of magic was further boosted by the summoning on the Saber class.
* Riding:
B: Most vehicles can be handled with above average skill. However, cannot ride the likes of Phantasm Races such as Monstrous Beasts.
--- Personal Skills:
* Loyal Knight:
B: In case Saber and his master share the same goals and methodologies Saber receives a plus modifier on a non-luck attribute while he and his Master are doing something together to further they shared goals. If the friction between Saber and his master is too great and they disagree on a fundamental way, Saber then receives a rank down on three random attributes. (This represents the fact that King Arthur had to order Saber to throw Excalibur on the lake three times.) . It also gives him great resistance to mental effects that would cause him to go against his Master or Lord.
* Knowledge of the Oak Tree:
C+: This skill was acquired late on Saber's life. After the fall of Camelot Saber become a hermit. He grew both spiritually and magically, and he refined his knowledge of magic. At C+ Rank Saber has access to skills such as magecraft, meditation, healing, botany, magical lore, crafting of magic items at C Rank (B Rank for his most favored ones, such as meditation).
Mystic Face:
C: Saber is famous for being the most handsome man in the world. On social interactions with characters that could be influenced by such things Saber has a easier time to convince, trick, get information from, etc. This effect is natural consequence of Saber's good looks and charisma, so mental discipline is needed to resist it.

Rank: C
** A finely crafted one handed sword, and the manifestation of Sabers amazing skill as a swordmaster and his legend as the most skilled user of the one handed sword among the knights of the round table. A unique fighting style created after the loss of a arm. It is said that Saber can strike three men at once and that no three knights of the Round Table working together can draw as much blood from enemies as fast as Saber do. By calling it's name, Saber's speed is multiplied by the number of enemies he is fighting plus one.

Class: Lancer
Identity: Zhao Yun / Zhao Zilong
Alternate Classes: Saber (with legendary sword from Cao Cao), Rider (with White Dragon as mount)
- STR: C
- END: D
- AGI: A
- MGI: D+
- LCK: E
Class Skill
Magic Resistance (D): Cancel Single-Action spells. Magic Resistance of the same degree of an amulet that rejects magical energy.
Personal Skills
Riding (A): All creatures but those of Phantasmal Beast and Divine Beast-rank can be used as mounts. This rank is high enough to have aptitude for the Rider Class. His riding ability is depicted in a mural "Zhao Yun's fight at Changban" inside the Long Corridor on the grounds of the Summer Palace in Beijing, China. This is further supported by his ability to tame and ride "White Dragon", one of the fastest horse in that era, losing only to the Red Hare.
Bravery (A): Ability to nullify mental interference such as coercion, confusion, and glamours. Also damage in melee combat also increases slightly. His bravery is shown in many battles. The most well known case is the Battle of Changban where he single-handedly saved Liu Bei's infant son, Liu Shan from 5000 Elite Infantry. He is praised by Liu Bei as absolute embodiment of courage” ( 一身是膽) , while his fellow soldiers honoured him with the title “Mighty Tiger General” (虎威將軍). His bravery is not only acknowledged by his peers and lord, but also by the enemy leader, such as Cao Cao.
Charisma (C)(B): Was born with rank B, but was toned down to C because of his humble personality and decision to serve Liu Bei as subordinate. As rank C, he is suitable for a high officer of a country. Zhao Yun is known as perfect warrior - one who possesses powerful combat skills, unwavering loyalty to his lord, tremendous courage, keen intelligence, strong belief in justice and handsome appearance.
Eye of Mind (True) (B): Capable of calm analysis of battle conditions even when in danger and deduce an appropriate course of action after considering all possibilities to escape from a predicament. So long there is even a 1% chance of a comeback, this ability greatly improves the chances of winning.
Son of Dragon (C): Not literally son of dragon but one who born or possess the blood of dragon. That person receives a rank or all rank boosts. In the lost ancient folklore, Zhao Yun is said to be the descendant of dragon. His alias Zilong (literally mean son and dragon) supported it. In his case, Zhao Yun has mediocre ranked dragon’s blood. His mana is given a modifier, D to D+. He can doubles his mana temporarily but not permanent because he is not pure dragon blooded.
Noble Phantasm
- Gaikakusou - None Surpassing it, Even in the Heavenly Sea of Stars
- 涯角槍 - 生涯に敵う者なし
- B-A++ (Effective Rank: B+)
- Anti-Army
Gaikakusou is one of the strongest spear in the China. Gaikakusou power is superior than Green Crescent Moon Blade of Guan Yu. Gaikakusou is a Noble Phantasm made by the Phantasmal Being: Yellow Dragon while the latter is made by Azure Dragon. The reason it is stronger is because half of Guan Yu's weapon was made by human while Gaikakusou is made completely by the Phantasmal Being. However, despite being the stronger weapon, Zhao Yun had never defeat Guan Yu because he couldn't unleash the full potential of the mythical spear.
Upon activation by shouting its name, it causes large tornado around the spear. It absorbs prana from the surrounding and also the owner. Then the tip of the spear explodes, causing a large explosion of mana. Zhao Yun normally swings his spear on the ground and blast all enemy away including himself. Blasting himself to the sky is the best way to minimize the backfire damage. Of course he can choose to throw the spear instead, but the reason he did not is obvious as it will make him unarmed until he retrieves it.
The prana capacity is extremely large. Technically speaking when it is fully filled with prana, it can deal A++ ranked damage. However, it is an impossible mission to Zhao Yun as the channeling process is way too short. It lasts only a few seconds, and cannot be extended unless one is Phantasmal Beast or has the blood of Phantasmal Beast (with Son of Dragon, he is able to extend an extra second). Apart from that, Zhao Yun is not a skilled magus, thus his transfer rate of mana to the spear is slow. Zhao Yun at most, with the help of Magus and also his personal skill "Son of Dragon", can only achieve rank B+.

Well, its an interesting adaptation of Zhao Yun, though in my mind some of the skills seem a little off
For example, i don't personally agree with the usage of Charisma on non-statesmen specially with A as the rating
Just a question though, is his (very japanese sounding)Spear something you created or is this something from his legend?

(Gaikakusou / Shore Edge) Yajiao Qiang 涯角枪 - 海角天涯无对, in Chinese
It's a legendary spear mentioned in (三国志评话, Sanguozhi Pinghua), earlier version of RotK. I don't use Chinese because not everyone know how to pronounce it and Japanese definitely sound cooler :P just like Kanshou Bakuya (Gan Jiang and Mo Ye in chinese). The origin however, was created by myself because the background of the spear was barely mentioned. I made it as strong as possible because it is roughly translated as unmatched to the end of shore edge. If it is unmatched, then it is supposed to be made by non human being, after all Moon Crescent Blade and Snake Lance were made by dragon and giant snake (in some folktales).
About the Charisma, I think I will decrease it to CB(since he didn't become a king). At first it was B, but my friend suggest for A because he is popular and the lore of A is "...achieved the greatest level of popularity as a human being".

Oh, i see.I think this a fine sheet.
At first i wasn't keen on the "Gaikakusou is stronger then Guan Yu's blade" deal, because in my mind there are clear powerlevels in ROTK and they are
A)Lu Bu, Guan Yu
B)Zhao Yun, Zhang Fei, Zhang Liao
C)The Rest
But on a 2nd view to it, i realize Berserker Lu Bu is statwise much stronger than Zhao Yun so its nothing really.
On a sidenote, if i were to do Zhao Yun, i would probably change the Luck Stat for the END stat, considering that one of the myths involving Zhao Yun is that he never bled in a fight, but when his wife prickled him with a needle in jest he bled profusely and died. But thats just me
I probably won’t chg his luck because I like the trend "Lancer's Luck is always E". I also take into account of the folklore you mentioned. That was a pitiful death, so E luck is justified lol.
About his END, that is a good point but I will chg it to D instead. I would have put E- in normal circumstance, I believe not even a fragile shakespeare would die from a needle prick. The reason I didn't is because I have decided to add some twists in his lore (still wip) to make it more interesting and logical lol, for example, the needle his wife pinned on him is a witch's needle.

That's a meme.
Class: Assassin (Alternatively, Rider, Lancer)
True Name: Tarzan
Alignment: Lawful Neutral
Place of Birth: England
Original Lifetime: Late 1800's, early 1900's.
Stats:
STR: C+
AGI: B
END: D
MGI: E
LCK: C
NP: C
Class Skills:
Presence Concealment: C++
Hides ones presence as a person and Servant. Suitable for spying. Increases significantly in performance in nature, and becomes nearly undetectable in the jungle.
Personal Skills:
Riding: B-
Expertise in the usage of vehicles or riding animals.
Tarzan can effectively ride any modern animal, up to Monstrous Beast-class, but cannot ride modern vehicles unless he takes a considerable amount of time learning how to.
Charisma: D
The natural talent to command an army. Increases the ability of allies during group battles. It is a rare talent.
While he is not entirely used to commanding humans, he inspires fierce loyalty in both animals and his human friends alike.
Animal Dialogue: A+
The ability to communicate with animals, creatures that do not speak a “language of words.” At this rank, very complex nuances can be conveyed without issue, and even advanced language use like wordplay can be understood by all animals and Phantasmal Beasts who do not possess higher intelligence. It is even possible to teach animals a human language.
Omniglot: B
Tarzan learns a new language in days, and consequently has come to know an absurd amount of languages, including that of the great apes, French, English, Dutch, German, Swahili, many Bantu dialects, Arabic, ancient Greek, ancient Latin, Mayan, the languages of the Ant Men and of Pellucidar.
Natural Body: E
The possession of a perfect body since birth. Tarzan's STR is always treated as Rank-Up. Tarzan's body will remain in perfect shape so long as he keeps up a healthy diet.
Noble Phantasm:
: CSon of ManNo One Is Here To Take Your Hand
This Noble Phantasm can be said to be one Tarzan developed as a child, when he promised his adoptive mother-ape Kala to become the greatest ape to ever live. It is what allowed him to adapt to life in the jungle in a matter of months, and eventually what let him build the strength to wrestle rhinos and the dinosaurs of Pellucidar when he became a man. It is the ability to adapt at lightning speeds to circumstances, and would let him figure out even intricate attack patterns and inhuman levels of skill and adapt it for his own use . If he were to suffer great injury, his body would also automatically begin developing increased toughness in the future, for the hypothetical situation that he would suffer the same injury again. It is the ultimate ability that embodies "survival of the fittest".

Jekyll was pre-1900. Get your modern filth out of here, Chris.
Kind of a crazy coincidence, but I was planning on posting this one today! Probably pushes the limits of what can be considered a fairytale, and his profile's definitely the most bare-bones of the set, so might as well get him out of the way.
faceclaimName: Mowgli, Wild Child of Pench
Class: Berserker
Alignment: Neutral Insane
STR: D
AGI: C
CON: D
MGI: E
LCK: B
NP: B
Class Skills:
Mad Enhancement
Raises basic parameters in exchange of hindering mental capacities.
- E: While it is not true 'madness' and rather the product of having an animalistic mentality, Strength and Agility may be increased at the cost of cutting off higher intelligence.
Personal Skills:
Animal Dialogue
Communication of intention with animals that don't speak a "language of words".
- A: The absolute level where one can communicate with animals just as easily as one would with humans, if not more so. Complex nuances and ideas can easily be conveyed regardless of the host creature's intelligence, and all forms of animal may be communicated with. The Servant is also treated as an animal or Beastkind for all relevant effects. Due to the unique structuring of Berserker's intelligence, this ability is available even while Mad.
Favoured Terrain
Receives bonuses when acting within a particular terrain. With this skill, an E rank indicates that one has already 'mastered' a single environment, with each successive rank merely adding an additional terrain.
- E: Combat potential and basic abilities are enhanced when in areas that could be considered Jungles. Due to the unique structuring of Berserker's intelligence, this ability is available even while Mad.
Hunter's Instinct
A talent with regards to seeking out and butchering prey.
- B: Berserker is capable of tracking and pursuing a target indefinitely provided advanced Magecraft or a Noble Phantasm is not used to cover their escape, functioning as an equivalent rank in Presence Concealment. Natural hunting techniques are used to guarantee both effective tailing and a high chance of landing a sneak attack on one's prey. Due to the unique structuring of Berserker's intelligence, this ability is available even while Mad.
Noble Phantasms:
Name:FireMan's Red Flower
Rank: B
Type: Anti-Unit
Fire, the gift of Man - while this is in essence merely a burning fire-pot that was constructed in the 19th century, when Mowgli stole fire from a village of men he did, quite inadvertently, recreate the very act by which ancient Man has stolen fire from the divines in countless mythologies. Beyond that, is was that moment wherein humanity first discovered fire and its potential as both tool and weapon perfectly recreated. Thus, when summoned as a Servant, this flame has become conceptually fused with the very notion of 'Fire', and all that accompanies it; the various lessons and discoveries that all began with mankind's discovery of flame.
That being said... while it is an immensely powerful conceptual force and is thus incredibly difficult to extinguish, this Noble Phantasm has limited applications in direct combat. All animals, regardless of how well-disciplined or trained they may be, will ultimately flee in the face of this Noble Phantasm, for it is the ultimate representation of Man's right and desire to dominate all that he surveys. In addition, it counters the effects of 'Anti-Human' or 'Anti-Knowledge' effects of an equivalent or lower rank, while also possessing the destructive potential of any natural flame.
Due to his 'human' intelligence being in essence sealed off while it in effect, this Noble Phantasm cannot be properly utilised while under the effects of Mad Enhancement.
Name:Ankus of KingsWhich Men Will Kill For
Rank: A++ (C)
Type: Anti-Unit
A hook-like tool primarily used in the taming of elephants, this Noble Phantasm is extravagantly decorative, having once been the property of a mighty king of the Central Indian region, a sign of his authority and right to rule, which changed hands repeatedly as would-be usurpers and skilled assassins seized the object in hopes of legitimising their own reigns, having it fulfill the same purpose as a ceremonial dagger or kris in other Indian traditions. The ankus' effect is truly spectacular, having the power to induce total obedience in an elephant merely by making contact with its skin, a feat that becomes all the more remarkable when one remembers that the elephant was once classified as a form of Divine Beast - known for their great wisdom and destructive power. With the ability to control such creatures, the ankus' power extends to all forms of animal, making the king who wields it in essence the truest 'King of the Jungle' who may ever live.
... Or so it would be, if not for the fact that the tool's true name is forever lost, and thus now it is used as a mere blade by Berserker when he is summoned. The mancub Mowgli acquired and quickly abandoned the blade over the course of his lifetime, and it is this mere coincidence, this short-lived contact that causes the Grail to interpret it as his Noble Phantasm. While Berserker is unable to actualise its true power, this Noble Phantasm also provides a passive effect that he can make use of; the Ankus of Kings fundamentally rejects anyone other than its potential wielders from coming into contact with it, and thus enemies who cannot be rightfully classified as 'Kings' suffer a drop of two ranks in all parameters when attempting to attack Berserker, as they do not possess the right to seize it for their own. In fact, Berserker himself is only capable of carrying it due to the blade interpreting him as an animal, and thus 'an entity it is intended to come into contact with.'
