You don't have to post links to Wikipedia to correct things I only said hoping Seika would yell at me.

Aus Feuer ward der Geist geschaffen,
drum schenkt mir süßes Feuer ein!
Die Lust der Lieder und der Waffen,
die Lust der Liebe schenkt mir ein,

Irregular Servants like Kojirou. The wraiths of Bonnie and Clyde inhabit a different outlaw myth that didn't actually happen and they're the closest to it.
Localizationing stuff
They were born as the decline in Heroic Spirits was beginning but before it's completion. They made it but only barely.
"We have entered an infinite recursion of Saber."
Riders with a car Noble Phantasm
Heroic Spirit(s) Bonnie & Clyde would be pretty interesting actually. Somehow I imagine they'd look just like Isaac and Miria from Baccano.
Faceclaim
True Name: Uther Pendragon, Dragon King of Albion
Class: Saber
Alternate Classes: Caster
Alignment: Lawful Evil
Personality:
Grim, serious man that responds to slights and disobedience with violence and, sometimes, excessive cruelty. Due to complete embrace of his factor of dragon he is just as possessive and greedy as most dragons, though Saber is still caring, just king, seeing his kingdom and his subjects as his treasure and shaping his philosophy of ruler-ship into belief, that prosperity of kingdom and happiness of his subjects speaks about king's personal power. On battlefield Saber relies on his overwhelming strength and aura of fear to control the flow of a fight.
STR: A
END: A
AGI: C
MGI: A+
LCK: B
NP: B
Class Skills:
Magic Resistance: EX
Grants protection against magical effects by way of cancelling spells altogether. As Saber embraced his factor of dragon completely, he gained total immunity to all forms of thaumaturgy. It is sometimes double edged sword, as Saber completely rejects even spells cast by his allies that would be helpful to him in any situation, such as healing magic.
Riding: D++
Expertise to ride animals and vehicles. While in his youth Saber had all the markings of a great rider, embracing his dragon blood made all mounts terrified of him and as such, he could barely control them, let alone ride, being forced to rely on other forms of transport. Due to that, he is thankful for being summoned in modern age, where he can freely ride vehicles with proper skill befitting his talents.
Personal Skills:
Charisma: B+
Natural talent to command an army, at this level even suitable for a king of a country. While not perhaps reaching apex of human popularity due to his ideals of kingship, Saber was apt enough that even after his death he was remembered for peace and prosperity of his rule instead of darker facets of his time.
Mental Pollution: A-
Distorted mentality allowing to shut off mental interference at the cost of becoming unable to truly understanding individuals not possessing matching equivalent rank of pollution. Embracing draconic heritage warped Saber's mentality into that of a dragon, making him unable to comprehend human reasoning. Though, as long as it deals with matters of his ruler-ship, Saber can grasp enough human reasoning to make himself understood.
Terrifying Presence: B+
Servant's presence induces deep, primal fear in all around him. Embracing his factor of dragon, Saber gained presence of dragon too, and as such, was able to induce great fear in those of weaker will. As long as enemy doesn't possess any means of shutting off unnatural fear, they remain 'terrified' which weakens their defensive and offensive capabilities and forces those especially vulnerable to flee. Curiously, Saber learned to combine effect of his presence with his charisma, and can boost one with another, achieving greater results with either skill as long as target is under influence of another one.
NOBLE PHANTASMS:
Caledfwlch: Twin Tenets of Monarch
Type: Anti-Unit
Rank: B+
Uther Pendragon's blade, from which both Caliburn and Clarent would be one day reforged. As such it possesses abilities similar to both of them, just as Uther's rule rested on twin rules. As a sword of war, Caledfwlch allows Saber to imbue it with dragon fire, which greatly increases it's piercing power, reducing Endurance of the target by one rank and causing agonizing pain, as if burned alive, in case of wounding the target. Saber can also expel infused flames from the blade to increase strenght of his swings or to create potent, short-ranged attack. As a sword of peace, Caledfwlch can be used to create a 'hierarchy' between Saber and one of his opponents. Target is recognized by the sword as subject to Saber and any time he attempts to attack Saber, he will suffer penalty to his Strength while Caledfwlch will move to intercept attack.
Before anyone can say anything, I will come out and say that Uther's Caledfwlch (goddamnit, Welsh, why so hard?) is somehow inspired by Vagrant's sheet. I hope there isn't any problem with it, as I tried to make sure to make it different enough to not be accused of anything.
EDIT: Deleted dragon transformation NP and modified NP stat.

The whole dragon thing reminds me more of Vortigern than anything
