Servant: Rider
Identity: "Red Riding Hood"
Gender: Female
Alignment: True Neutral
Strength: E
Endurance: E
Agility: B
Mana: C
Luck: A
Noble Phantasm: B
Class Skills:
Riding: E+
The expertise to ride animals, mounts, and vehicles. At this rank, the Servant is capable of certain animals and vehicles as mounts with and average level of skill. Rider's knowledge with this skill is extremely limited due to never using any kind of mount in her lifetime. Though her aptitude is boosted as a result of her container, it is still remarkable know for a Servant of her class.
Independent Action: C
The ability to remain independent even when rejecting magical energy from the master. At this rank, it is possible to remain within the world for one day without an established contract.
Personal Skills:
Disengage: C
The ability to break away from battle. At this rank, it is possible for the Servant to make an effective escape and avoid further harm. Additionally, it is possible to return battle conditions to what they were at the beginning of the match.
Discernment of the Poor: C
The insight to see through an opponent or enemy's character and attributes. At this rank, the Servant is capable of seeing through deceptive words and actions a majority of the time. A bonus is applied to this skill when the one is question is of an Evil nature.
Subversive Activities: D
A talent for reducing the effectiveness of the enemy's abilities before battle. At this rank, the Servant is capable of creating low to moderate level traps which can hinder or cripple a chosen foe. Because Rider's level of skill in this was born out of necessity rather than training, large scale traps and subterfuge are beyond her.
Altered Essence: EX
An attribute possessed by a Servant whose history and existence has been distorted and corrupted, resulting in the Servant's very nature being changed. As opposed to Innocent Monster (which results in a change brought forth through a monstrous reputation), Altered Essence is a unique status placed on a Servant due to numerous revisions being made to their story to the point where the "origin" becomes clouded and lost.
Normally this skill would result in the possession of abilities which may not be exclusive to the tale which is known. However, for an existence that is anchored in fiction, this can not only change the Servant's abilities, but the core and nature of their very self. As the tale of "Little Red Riding Hood" is well-known and has seen countless variations, the true story of the red-capped girl (Rider) is not one that can be readily discerned and, instead, becomes a chaotic sum of all its numerous iterations.
Noble Phantasms:
Chaperon Rouge- Goldenhood of Searing Embers
Rank: D+
Type: Anti-Unit, Support
The red hooded cloak for which Rider has become widely known for.
Originally not a part of her tale, it was later added to her story and has remained a symbol ever sense. Because it is so easily identifiable, seeing it alone is enough to provide ample evidence of her identity. For your typical Servant, this would be a detrimental and possibly fatal weakness. However, due to Rider's particular nature as a Servant, this is somewhat averted by the chaos that constructs her being.
As a Noble Phantasm, it acts as a defensive shroud. Bearing an enchantment which traces its threads with fire, it provides Rider with protection from both heat and cold. But its true power is similar to that of a protective charm. Activating to protect the wearer in moments of danger, it erects a barrier of fire to dissuade those who wish her harm.
The Dark Wood- To See My Dear Grandmother
Rank: B
Type: Anti-Army
The Dark Wood is the name of the forest Little Red Riding Hood ventured through in her tale. Here it is given form by Rider's memories and imagination before being reconstructed through the use of magical energy. Though the process through which this is done is similar to that of a Reality Marble, the nature of this Noble Phantasm is closer to that of an advanced Bounded Field. As it is a magical "zone" constructed by Rider, it acts as special territory for her and can persist so long as she has the energy to sustain it.
Within this field, Rider receives a slight increase to her abilities and parameters. As the summoned woods are so closely related to her story and character, it is treated as her "homeland" for the duration of its activation and places Rider at her strongest.
Those who are trapped within the field with Rider become victims to a maze of trees. Stuck in a space where the sun barely peeks through the trees and the path ahead is shround in fog, sense of direction slowly deteriorates and crumbles. If trapped inside for long enough, one can easily find themselves seperated from allies and walking in circles.
The Wolf- Cruel End of This Little Tale
Rank: B+
Type: Anti-Unit
The "Wolf" is a beast which serves as Rider's antagonist in virtually every variation of her story. It is a creature which is of fame equal to, if not greater, than Rider and has seen just as many variations to its tale. Though it is widely viewed as a massive wolf capable of speech, other times it has been known to take the form of a werewolf or even an ogre.
Though the wolf in her tale is closely associated with Rider, the beast summoned forth through this Noble Phantasm is not that creature. Because Rider neither has a bond nor a pact with the wolf, it is impossible to summon the wolf itself to the present world. Instead, a reproduction of the creature is made possible due to Rider's close association with the fictional creature.
Like Rider, the wolf stands as an amalgam of the various antagonists she has faced. Though categorized as a Monstrous Beast, its physical strength, speed, and endurance are comparable to beasts of greater age. It is intelligent enough to engage in conversation and is even capable of healing its own wounds. As a manifested existence, it is similar in atmosphere to the rare beasts which live in regions outside of man's reach; however, as it is a mere conjuration, it lacks much of the phenomena such beasts acquire with age.
While this creature is what qualifies Red Riding Hood for the Rider class, it is neither a mount nor something she can readily control. Instead, it is an "aspect" of her identity which can only be brought forth within the zone of her forest. And even then, should this creature be unleashed, it will rampage indiscriminately until the forest is released or Rider herself meets her end.
