Caster is diligent, ambitious and aspiring, the type of man that would do his best to achieve his dreams and to realize his ambition. He is very sociable, communicative and polite towards others and he shows great interest in education and science. Caster is also a strong believer in Eugenics, believing that humans deemed with physical or mental defection since birth, or what he called a "defective variety of the human race" should be eradicated by using compulsory sterilization methods, though he has good intention on this, that is, to allow them to integrate with the wider society, instead of creating a “special group of defective humans”. Caster’s wish to the grail is to realize his dream of a world with no discrimination where everyone is ‘connected’.

A Caster-class Skill. It is the Skill to build a special terrain that is advantageous to oneself as a magus, such as for the purpose of collecting mana. At this rank, creation of "Bell Labs”, a laboratory more or less equivalent to a “Workshop”. The Bell Labs was once known as the Volta Laboratory, created by Caster himself using the funds he received from the Volta Prizes. In its early years, it was mainly focused on the analysis, recording, and transmission of sound. Later, various researchers working in this laboratory is credited for the development of the laser, the transitor, the CCD, information theory, C and C++ programming languages, and various other inventions and science developments.
Within this territory, it is possible for Caster to build a global-scale ‘network’ that allows him to ‘connect’ himself to every single electronic devices in Earth, this allows for a maximum, global-scale utilization of his Noble Phantasm. Because of this, this territory is technically more powerful and superior than a “Workshop”, and thus gained 2 plus modifiers.

A Caster-class Skill. It is the Skill to manufacture magical items, from implements of war to items for daily use. Also, this Skill requires time to gather components and manufacture items. Caster is famous for the inventions as well as the progenitor of many items that is still used and is constantly being further developed and improved to this very day.
The most famous among his inventions is, of course, the telephone, he is also famous for the invention of photophone, which would later be improved to the concept of "laser" and "fiber-optic communication". Caster is also known to be very innovative and creative from young age, as a boy he had managed to 'invent' a rather complex automaton that could "speak", albeit only a few words.
With this skill, Caster is able to manufacture automaton familiars, based on his aircraft design of the AEA Silver Dart, which embodied all of the advancements found in the earlier machines. This familiar serves muliple purposes for the maximum utilization of his wide-ranged Noble Phantasm. Aside from this familiar, Caster also is capable of manufacturing various mechanical items and automatons for practical uses.

A skill that denotes one's knowledge about the study and of the sounds and human speech or, in the case of sign languages, the equivalent aspects of sign. It is concerned with the physical properties of speech sounds or signs (phones): their physiological production, acoustic properties, auditory perception, and neurophysiological status.
Caster learned most of this knowledge at young age from his father, Professor Alexander Melville Bell, a famous phonetician and elocutionist that invented the Visble Speech symbols. With this ability, Caster is able decipher Visible Speech representing virtually every language, including Latin, Scottish Gaelic, and even Sanskrit, accurately reciting written tracts without any prior knowledge of their pronunciation.
In his later years, Caster had improved this ability to the point that he had surpassed his father on this subject. He also is known to has largely contributed in the education of deaf children and had dedicated most of his life to teach the deaf to speak normally without the need of using sign language, thus enabling their integration within the wider society from which many were often being excluded.
Upon becoming a Servant, this skill has been augmented with his Noble Phantasm to the point of a super-human mastery which has entered the realm of mind-reading. With this skill, Caster is able to not only forcibly read other's mind, but also can bypass Presence Concealment equivalent to A ranked Presence Detection. Due to his Noble Phantasm, this skill also functions similarly to A ranked Eye of the Mind (False), which allows Caster to avoid danger and bypass visual obstructions or illusions.

A Skill that refers to the measurement of one's fortune to acquire wealth and knowledge. Caster's invention of telephone wouldn't have succeeded and recognized if he wasn't backed up with with financial and resources supports, either by his families or from peoples who felt indebted to him, who also is responsible for the advancement of deaf-mute educations.
The telephone he invented also becomes one of the most successful products in history, and he also has received many awards and prizes from various groups for this achievent that would later becomes the turning point in the history of human communication. Also, despite not being a natural born genius, Caster compensated his lack of knowledge with his fast learning capability. With this skill, not only that he can gain vast amount of wealth in a short time, he can also obtain informations and knowledge more easily. In Caster’s case, his Noble Phantasm allows him gather informations this infinely more efficient.

Clairvoyance (Metal) :

A special kind of Claivoyance skill limited only to the detection or perception of metal substance. In Caster's case, he received this skill because he is also credited as the developer of one of the most early version of metal detector. Like the name suggested, this skill allows Caster to detect metal substance, though only limited to 5 meters radius. Useful for detecting concealed weapons, or for treasure hunting.

A skill that denotes the ability to immerse oneself in something, exhibiting a superhuman degree of focus. It is demonstrated when performing actions like calculations, planning, and building. Also improves his Item Construction Skill. Despite being the inventor of the telephone, Caster never had a telephone in his own room because he felt that the presence of telephone means intrusion of outside world, which would only disturb his focus on his experiments.

A Noble Phantasm that represents the concept of “global communication” that is conceived through Caster’s 2 main inventions, both which has greatly influenced the science of telecommunication and how modern society communicate. Having invented the telephone and photophone, devices that would be the key for the developments of various other devices that would contribute greatly in starting a new age, the “Information Age”.
This Noble Phantasm manifested in the form of various machinations that has been transplanted into Caster’s body upon becoming a Caster-class Servant, which resulted in his body being half-human and half-machine, a cyborg, representing the future of the world that is envisioned by modern society that is credited to Caster because of the infleunce and impact of his inventions that contributed to the dawn of the “Information Age”.
This Noble Phantasm bestows Caster with various abilities, ranging from “mind-reading” and “telepathy” to “mind-control” and ”mind-breaking”. By ‘transmitting’ phantasmal signals and ‘connecting’ himself with other’s mind, Caster can freely read their entire thoughts and can also ‘send’ his own thought to the target. The ‘target’ is not only limited to one or two persons, even a crowd or masses of people’s mind can be read without overloading Caster’s own brain, by ‘storing’ the collective thoughts information inside a device transplanted within Caster’s body that can store up to 100 zettabyte data, 1 zettabyte equal to 1 trillion gigabytes.
The voice of one’s thoughts were slightly different from one’s speaking voice. It was just like
one’s voice sounding different when played back on tape or when communicating through telephone.
Because this process of “mind-reading” and “telepathy” is conceptually different from magecraft that utilizes similar effect, no matter how high one’s Magic Resistance, they cannot stop Caster from ‘connecting’ himself into their minds and only mental interference resistance or willpower with similar effect can resist the effect that this Noble Phantasm can potentially make.
Caster is capable of not only “mind-reading” and “telepathy” done between himself and the target, but he can also ‘send’ or ‘redirect’ one’s thought to another person, whether consciously or unconsciously, making them to have limited telepathic ability. This ability is extremely dangerous if used carelessly and if Caster is summoned under the ‘Berserker’ class with Mad Enchantment, he will gain a skill that lets him to turn himself into a “loudspeaker”. It meant that any humans near Caster—as Berserker—would be able to read the minds of other humans in the vicinity. This Noble Phantasm also allows Caster to disturb or sabotage the telepathic communication between Master and Servant.
Though the range in which Caster can ‘connect’ himself with the target is limited to around 100 to 200 meters, he can infinitely expand this range by utilizing familiars that will act as addition ‘transmitter’, or by operating his “Bell Labs” territory which allows him to build a worldwide ‘network’ which allows the usage of this Noble Phantasm on a global-scale. Because of this, the usage of this Noble Phantasm must be handled really carefully to avoid a global confusion.
This Noble Phantasm also allows him to convey a “compressed information” into another’s mind, which is potentially able to break their mind and psyche. With a true name release, he is capable of continuously sending waves of “compressed information” into a target’s mind by ‘shooting’ a giant beam of light with compresses information stored in it, destroying their psyche and literally killing them with information.
