Here's an idea, have Nyarlathotep be his noble phantasm, and be in the form of his shadow until called.

Nyarlathotep is the the most well known lovecraft character other than Cthullu, and the only one of lovecrafts monstrosities that any one may have an answer to other than EXCALIBUR.

This skill represents Mas Oyama devotion to the Way of Karate. Be his travels around Japan in order to prove his Kyoukushin, his 3 years alone in the Mountains solely honing his skills, his 3 days 300 man kumite, Oyama lived purely for the art

Noble Phantasm

Not a true Noble Phantasm, this is the pinnacle of the Karate that Oyama sought to achieve and made him famous by the nickname of God Hand through out the world. Oyama always believed that more than fancy footwork intricate techniques, what a true warrior should achieve is the ability to end the fight in one hit, no need to prolong the fight, you just have to hit them with the perfect punch. Needless to say Oyama after dedicating his entire life to the cause and by pure hardwork achieved this feat, being able to kill instantly rampaging bulls with a single punch. His technique though while deadly was not effective on weaker targets like Humans, who while being able to easily crush bones and severely injuring them

Oyama punches are extremely powerful and can cause great damage to servants, but their greatest is their trait of “Refraction of Resistance”. While training in the mountains alone Oyama through complete mastery of his martial art discovered how to not only break through the resistance of the rocks and trees that existed in the mountain, but also how to use that resistance against it. Oyama punches cause additional damage to targets according to their ranks on Endurance. The bigger their ranks on Endurance are, the bigger is the damage dealt by Oyama hit, so while highly durable targets can be instantly killed, a weaker frail target has bigger chances surviving the first strikes even though they can leave that severely injured

So this is my first Servant posted here and a pretty recent one at that.
In fact its almost too recent. Honestly, i'm not too high on him, but i feel that if Lee Shuwen can become a servant, this guy can probably become one too.
I tried balancing him mostly to Shuwen stats as they're mostly alike in feats and whatnot

Can't become a Heroic Spirit just for future reference, could probably become a servant if summoned as a wraith though. He not bad overall (although really similar to Shuwen).

The fact is that after the cutoff date it is literally impossible to become a Heroic Spirit though anything other then being a CG.

Can be a servant but unlikely to be one (especially due to how modern he is, he died after I was born, doubt anyone is going to actually bother getting a catalyst to try and summon him), but cannot be a HS.

Also due to how modern he is his stats should be much lower. Should definitely not have a B in anything, and as most have 1 or 2 Cs (two is pushing it).

I agree with you with most of the things, but if his feats are comparable(OHKO Deal) shouldn't his stats be at least almost on his level?
I mean Shuwen has an A and he is just one generations older than him.
And besides, it's Martial Arts, sure it's not the Bajiquan the Nasuverse loves, but it should mean something right?

Ehh, I dislike him having those stats in the first place, especially when summoned into a sub-optimal class. I normally just chalk it up to mooncell (cause it's rules are different and what some servants are capable of are different) and leave it at that.

Also, one does not need high stats to be an effective fighter, I mean look at Emiya, he matched Herk and took multiple lives even though his stats where far lower in every way. Herk, if sane, would have been able to have an actual good fight with him due to how skilled he was.

People harp too much on stats. While a factor the NP and actual skill of the Servant is far more important.

I still think that his stats are somewhat fair when both of the most recent servants(not counting EMIYA of course) both had A's(Lee Shuwen who you can laugh it off as lolmooncell and Jack the Ripper who you can laugh it off as being from another timeline i guess) in their stats.
But i understand where you are coming from.
I guess i can change to something like this

Tells us nothing of their nature and only their society. The nature of what werewolf are in the nasuverse is vague enough that it gives you some freedom in how to exactly interpret them.

A curse could probably still make a werewolf, or you can be born one, etc.
