Okay, but that still doesn't account for Kiyohime and Frankenstein's Monster. Besides it was explicitly said that Zhang's Mad Enhancement was unusual so I don't think it's too big a problem (after all, most Berserkers can't think or speak either but that rule definitely has exceptions, like Spartacus or Kiyohime). Also I think it's about time I posted another sheet here. This one's probably my most unusual yet, but considering the Nursery Rhythm Caster from Extra I think I have a fair bit of leeway here.

    Servant Caster:

True Name: Library Of Alexandria (is the anthropic personafication of the Library itself, rather than any particular mythological or historical figure)

    Alignment: Neutral Good

    Strength- E
    Agility- E
    Endurance- E
    Mana- A++
    Luck- C
    NP- EX

Appearance: a small girl with somewhat pale skin, long messy light purple hair down to her hips and matching eyes. She dresses in gothic lolita fashion consisting of a black bell shaped skirt with white lace trim, matching blouse, white form-fitting tights, white gloves with lace trim and black pumps with slight heels. Also wears black-framed glasses.

Personality: quiet and reserved, expressing little emotion when she speaks. She's a walking incyclopedia of knowledge and will often spout facts and quotes from various books. She's very curious and is a voracious reader, wishing to know about everything the world has to offer. She can be called "someone who consumes books as if they were bread". Although she has an icy demeanour she becomes enthusiastic when talking about books.

    Likes: books, knowledge
Dislikes: distractions, the saying "ignorance is bliss"
    Hobby: reading
    Natural Enemy: book-burners

    Class Skills:

Territory Creation (EX)- allows her to create a "Library Of Alexandria" that's superior even to a "Temple".

Item Construction (E)- Caster's use of this Skill is limited solely to replicating books that she's seen and is thus pretty much useless for combat purposes.

    Personal Skills:

Magecraft (D~A)- for a Servant of the Caster class, her natural magical abilities are quite poor unless coupled with her Bibliotheca Alexandrina Noble Phantasm.

Librarian Of Stored Knowledge (A+)- An ability that makes it possible for a clear recall of knowledge from memory with a successful Luck check, even if the information perceived in the past was not consciously acknowledged at the time. At this rank, Caster can store within her head a nearly unlimited amount of facts from a diverse range of subjects including history, mythology, maths and science. This is due to her nature as the Library Of Alexandria, said to be a repository for all the world's knowledge.

    Spells:

    Storm
    Tempestas
: Caster opens a book in front of her, whipping up a whirlwind of pages. Can inflict papercuts but is otherwise fairly useless except as a distraction.

    Binding Words
    Verba Obligandi
: strings of words appear like chains to bind the opponent. However they're not very durable and can only hold a Servant for a moment or two.

    Hunger For Knowledge
    Famem Pro Scientia
: summons multiple familiars that look like flying books with gnashing teeth. They can chase after opponents and gnaw on them although they're more of an irritation than anything.

    Literary Shield
    Clypeus Litterarum
: Caster takes out a book which enlarges in front of her to form a floating rectangular barrier.

    Noble Phantasms:

    Bibliotheca Alexandrina
    - All The World's Knowledge (EX, Reality Marble): A Noble Phantasm that represents Caster's identity as the Library Of Alexandria. It transports her and the opponent into an impossibly vast and spacious library with bookshelves that seem to reach to the sky. It's an infinite library created to house "all the knowledge of the world"; as Caster reads books they're added to the Library's endless shelves. Because magecraft is also a branch of human knowledge within the library Caster has peerless knowledge of all forms of magecraft. Her normally weak Magecraft is boosted to A rank and she becomes capable of even tapping into magic from the "age of the gods" beyond modern magus. She still can't access True Magic however, which is defined as realization of miracles beyond the reach of science or ordinary human knowledge. It's activated with the incantation "Pro remedio animae!" (The Place Of The Cure Of The Soul, said to have been inscribed above the library's shelves). She can also summon books directly from the library individually or in mass quantities, burying the target under a tide of books although this is unlikely to do much except distract a Servant.

Fire Of Alexandria- Knowledge Lost To Flames (A++, Anti-Self): A Noble Phantasm crystallizing the famous burning of the Alexandrian Library. As such, it can only be used in conjunction with Bibliotheca Alexandrina. When activated it triggers a massive blaze which spreads through the Library, consuming everything in it's path. Once activated it cannot be dispelled even by Command Seal and the only thing that can stop it is Caster's death and the forcible dissolution of her Reality Marble. Upon completion the flames will envelope the entire library, creating a massive pillar of fire which incinerates both Caster and the opponent. Once Caster activates this Noble Phantasm it is certain that she will die, either instead of or along with the opponent. An absolute last resort Noble Phantasm, usable only when Caster's prodigious magecraft is not enough to defeat the opponent. Incidentally, while the legends record a singular act of destruction, reality is rarely quite so dramatic. In truth the Library may have been partially destroyed and rebuilt several times throughout its history. Regardless, the image of the great Library enveloped by flames has become immortalized in the popular consciousness, "the absolute destruction of culture and knowledge" wrought by ignorance.

EX is more than just super good, cause that would just be like A++++++++ or something. Isn't it more like "we have no way of quantifying this"?

This has always been wrong. EX explicitly means "This is too powerful to fall within the ranking system." If E---~A+++ is 1-100, EX is 10000 and the star symbol from CCC is apple

    It's a defined number.

Wait, there's actually a ★ rank in CCC? For what? Personally I think EX rank means "without (practical) limits" so it includes something like Ea which is world-destroying in power and also something like Spartacus's EX rank Endurance because he can basically keep going indefinitely with his Crying Warmonger NP.

★ is exclusively for things like BB that don't belong in the Servant system to begin with.

Ah, okay. That makes (some) sense. Thanks! By the way, what'd y'all think of my Library Of Alexandria sheet on the previous page? I'm aware that her Bibliotheca Alexandrina NP might seem overpowered considering that it basically gives her knowledge of all spells that can be cast by humans. And, yeah it is certainly pretty powerful. But A. her magecraft is hella weak otherwise and is only at this level within a Reality Marble which she can only hold for a limited time and B. she only has the knowledge of how to cast the spells, she can't actually cast any that she doesn't have the mana for. Her mana is high, to be sure but not infinite. Plus four of the seven classes have Magic Resistance anyway as a Class Skill.

    Servant Assassin:

    True Name: Cain

    Alignment: Chaotic Good

Summoning Catalyst: The rock he used to kill Abel, still stained with his brother's blood.

    Alternate Classes: Berserker

    Strength- C
    Agility- B
    Endurance- D
    Mana- A
    Luck- E
    NP- EX

Appearance: A tall and handsome young man with roughly shoulder length dark hair styled so as to partically obscure the left side of his face, somewhat tanned skin and red eyes. He's noted as having a "bad boy" charm that makes women flock to him, much to his irritation. He wears simple white cloth pants and matching closely-fitting detached sleeves. His torso is left bare, revealing a pattern of blood-red runic markings enscribed across it. Similar markings adorn his arms and legs, although they're covered by his clothing normally.

Personality: Cold and aloof. He has a deep guilt for killing his older brother Abel and doubts that he can ever truly be redeemed. He puts up an amoral front, saying he's not the kind of person who'd go out of his way to help his fellow man. Despite this if someone's in trouble he will generally try to help them, even at personal cost. He was cursed to forever wonder the earth until he truly repents for his sin, but because of his self-hating nature he doesn't believe himself capable of redemption and thus, refuses to embrace it. His reason for winning the Holy Grail War is so he can bring back his brother Abel.

    Likes: solitude
Dislikes: himself, anything that reminds him of Abel
    Talent: shepherding
    Natural Enemy: Abel

    Class Skills:

Presence Concealment (A+)- Can flawlessly conceal his aura from others, although he has drop it in order to attack.

    Personal Skills:

Natural Body (D)- As one of the original humans descended directly from Adam and Eve, he possesses a "perfect constitution" superior to that of present day humanity. This skill would be ranked A were it not for the curse imparted to him for killing his brother Abel.

Innocent Monster (B)- The nature of one who's legend has been distorted by history. Assassin's true name has become synonymous for evil, although his actual character is far more complex.

Nature Of A Rebellious Spirit (A)- The temperament to never remain at one location and never embrace a lord. For killing his brother, Cain was cursed to forever roam the earth as a fugitive and vagabond. Negates the effects of Charisma of the same rank.

Specialist Of Killing (A+)- A Personal Skill reflecting Cain's status as the inventor of murder. By the principle of "originals exceeding imitations" Cain possesses flawless knowledge of all forms and methods of murder (including martial arts aimed at killing such as Combat Sambo). Additionally, a side-effect of knowing all the ways to kill someone is that by process of elimination he also knows all the ways not to kill someone.

    Noble Phantasms:

Original Murder- For Cain Took His Brother To The Field And Slew Him (D~A, Anti-Unit): A Noble Phantasm representing Cain's murder of his brother Abel, taking the form of a jagged blood-red dagger pulsing with murderous intent. Assassin produces this Noble Phantasm by reaching into his chest and pulling it out. It's a rotten weapon that crystallizes the concept of "murder" or "wrongful killing". Because of this it inflicts the most damage when used for suprise attacks, betrayals, attacks against innocents and otherwise dishonorable actions. If used in a swordfight or somesuch it will merely be a plain dagger but if used to (for example) stab a present non-combatant from behind, it's damage stat will be boosted by three whole rankings (from D to A rank). A dishonorable Noble Phantasm that fits his class as Assassin. Cain hates using this Noble Phantasm because it reminds him of his guilt when he killed Abel.

Mark Of Cain- Avenged Sevenfold (EX, Anti-Unit): A Noble Phantasm taking the form of the red runic markings adorning Assassin's body. It's a conceptual defense that activates whenever Assassin receives a fatal wound. Upon this happening, the runes on his body light up and all the damage from the attack is amplified sevenfold and redirected to the attacker. It's not the actual physical wounds that are redirected but the "damage", which usually translates to internal damage to organs and such. The power or nature of the attack is irrelevant, for as long as it's recognized as "lethal" the Noble Phantasm will take effect.

Another biblical Servant this time around. Cain, with the dubious distinction of being the inventor of murder. Not really a "Heroic Spirit" I know, but then again neither was Medea or Gilles de Rais. I know that second NP seems really hax but it's actually not as bad as it looks. There's still several ways to bypass it; disintegrate Assassin utterly and leave not even the Mark itself intact, somehow trick him into attacking himself (in which case it'll merely amplify his own wounds sevenfold), to cut of his oxygen supply (no matter what he redirects he still won't be able to breath.) and of course, to cut off the prana supply from his Master and simply let him fade away. And that's assuming there aren't more I haven't thought of yet.

    No Magic stat?

Appearance: a tall and slender young man, with handsome facial features that seem burdened by a deep weariness. He has dark hair sporting spiky bangs and tied back into a long ponytail. His eyes are dark purple. He wears a stylized outfit resembling the uniform of a roman centurion. A silver cross hangs around his neck, resting over his heart. His weapon is a long, ornate golden spear with a crossguard. This spear is also his primary Noble Phantasm "Longinus".

Personality: A faithful man, burdened by guilt over his past actions. He fights on tirelessly, driven by the memory of a certain man who loved all of humanity and died for their sake without regret. Rather than simply pious devotion, it can be called "a favor to a friend he'd just met but felt he knew for eternity". He's aghast at the Holy Grail, supposedly containing the blood of Christ being used in such an accursed ritual as the Holy Grail War and seeks to obtain it merely so nobody else will and to end such a bloody spectacle once and for all. He dislikes senseless violence although as a centurion he does still enjoy fighting worthy opponents.
    Nothing special here.

    Likes: a certain prophet
    Dislikes: hypocrites, the Holy Grail
    Hobby: battling worthy opponents

    Class Skills:

Magic Resistance (C rank)- allows him to cancel spells with an incantation of less than two verses.
Personally, I always like to add justification after a skill. Makes it feel a little less bare, y'know?
I mean, I can sorta understand the rank, but additional info is always nice.

    Personal Skills:

Saint (B+ rank)- the nature of one venerated as a saint after death. When Lancer is summoned, the effect equals to raising the effectiveness of sacraments by one full rank.
Why the +? + denotes a doubling of the rank in specific circumstances. The skill and bonus aren't bad by themselves, though.

Soul Of A Martyr (A rank)- Nullification of mental interference through firmness of faith. In life, Longinus willingly offered himself for execution to the roman empire for the sake of his beliefs.
Wouldn't this fit under Saint too? You could make both skills into one without much trouble.

Military Tactics (D rank)- as a roman centurion, he obviously possesses some knowledge of military tactics.
Mhm. Military Tactics is something that's handed out like candy. This just feels rather superfluous.

Instinct (A+ rank)- a honed "sixth sense" that allows one to "feel" appropriate developments during battle. With an A+ rank in this skill, Lancer is capable of fighting effectively even while blinded, relying solely on his instict to perceive the battlefield around him. Although blind for much of his life, Longinus was still capable of fighting effectively as a roman centurion. Because of this skill Lancer fights with his eyes closed against most opponents, only opening them when he faces one who is truly formidable.
Neat idea to make his blindness into a benefit.

    Noble Phantasms:

Longinus- Holy Lance Of Deicide (D~A rank, Anti-Divine): Lancer's primary Noble Phantasm is the golden spear which he carries. A holy relic said to have pierced the side of Christ, it crystallizes the concept of "that which can kill a God". When the Noble Phantasm's name is invoked the spear becomes a ray of golden light which shoots forward to pierce the opponent's side. Its power and rank scales depending on the opponent's divinity stat, so for C rank divinity it would be a C rank Noble Phantasm, B rank for B rank divinity and so on. This nature makes it an ideal weapon for fighting Servants with high divinity, and is theoretically capable of one-hit-killing true deities. For Divinity D rank and below, it merely has the effect of a stab from an ordinary spear.

Crucifixion- Sacrament Of The True Cross (C rank, Anti-Unit): a Noble Phantasm representing Lancer's role in Christ's crucifixion. It can only be activated when Lancer has inflicted a wound on all four of the opponent's limbs (a wound defined as something that draws blood), representing the four stigmata. For each wound inflicted a runic circle of light will appear around the limb in question. When all four circles are formed the Noble Phantasm's name can be invoked to temporarily force the opponent's divinity status to A rank, effectively rendering them unto a Divine Spirit. They don't gain any additional powers as a result of this however, and it only serves to make Lancer's other Noble Phantasm, Longinus a guaranteed one-hit-kill. The crucifixion, originally a mere tool of execution, becomes a symbol of holiness that sanctifies all who partake in it. However, the stringent activation requirements make this Noble Phantasm impractical to use under most circumstances.
This is a pretty good combination, really. Like you said, it works similarly to St. George's NPs.
We've already seen there are Anti-Divine NPs in existence in canon, like Gilgamesh's Enkidu. A beam is a little plain, though. Especially when most beams should be able to be avoided by more agile Servants.
And wouldn't Crucifixion interfere with Longinus' beliefs? "You shall have no other god before me", and all that. You can probably justify it, on the other hand.

So, what do you think everyone? There's plenty more where that one came from! Also if you're wondering Longinus's second NP was inspired by Saint George's Abyssus Draconis in that it gives the enemy an attribute (Divinity in Longinus's case, draconianism for George) which makes them vulnerable to his other NP. At first I had the idea that it would just immobilize the enemy in crucifixion position when invoked but I decided that was too boring and went with this instead. Hope he's not too OP or anything.
I've definitely seen worse. Check out the Simon Bolivar Servant sheet if you want to see a truly horrendous example of wanking.
All in all, it's a pretty decent sheet. Just needs some more meat on its bones, you know?

Saber sees nothing wrong with deception and won't be above using poison, a knife in the back or taking hostages as long as it secures her victory, though she honestly prefers personally gutting her enemies.
When she seized control of Camelot, she did so with backing ofpeople displeased with King Arthur's way of ruling, and as such, in the short time she ruled, she was 'King of Britons', as opposed to Arthur's 'King of Britain'.
So... she's comfortable in being a woman, yet is still recorded as being a dude in legend and known as a 'King'?
    Seems odd to me.
Also the gutting enemies is kind of an edgy touch. Not really sure if that still makes her fit under 'neutral'.

True Name: Mordred, Knight of Treachery
    Class: Saber
    Alternate Classes: Berserker
    Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

    STR: A
    END: B
    AGI: A
    MGI: A++
    LCK: C
    NP: A+
Those stats seem entirely too high. I mean, not a single stat under C? A++ in Magic? Damn.
For comparison, those are stats on Herc's level. Nerf, please.

    Class Skills:

    Magic Resistance: A
Grants protection against magical effects, cancelling spells of A-rank and lower. Servant is practically untouchable to modern magi, and can be called 'Magus Killer'. Saber was raised by the Morgan la Fey, a sorceress of power next only to Merlin's. As a consequence of childhood spent among such potent magic and a consequence of training to resist even Merlin's mysteries, Saber is practically immune to all and any magic.

    Riding: B
Expertise to ride animals and vehicles. Most of them can be handled with above average skill, but Servant cannot ride the likes of Phantasmal Races. While a good rider, Saber never prioritized it, preferring to fight on her own two feet. Her skill stems mostly from necessities of her era, when riding was the fastest way of land travel.

    Personal Skills:

    Kingslayer: B
Hero is identified in his legend as killer of royalty. A cursed aura that marks one as a kingslayer, not providing enough information to others to guess a true name, but enough for them to know they face such an accursed individual. At this level, it's safe to say that the very act of slaying a king was enough for the Servant to ascend to Throne of Heroes. Against kings, Saber receives a rank-up to physical parameters and Luck. Also cancels effects of Charisma of similar rank.
This fits with the anti-Arturia theme, but Mordred couldn't quite manage the deed, could he/she? I mean, Arthur still remains in Avalon.
There's precedent now with Jing Ke's failed assassination still 'counting', on the other hand.

    Mana Burst: A+
Increase in performance caused by infusing one's weapons and body with magical energy and instantly expelling it. At this level, a normal weapon that is not on the level of a divine mystery can be destroyed in one blow. Raises defense several times. Bonus modifier indicates a masterful level of control, allowing Servant to use this skill at decreased cost. Morgan took care to replicate king Arthur's skill in her son, to give Saber an additional advantage in battle and negate her most bitter enemy's advantage. Saber took liking to this skill, refining it above all else, and centering her fighting style around it, taking advantage of her unnatural prana reserves.
This part is meant as a mirror to Arturia, I see. Including the 'unnatural prana reserves' part.
Not entirely enthused about the 'even better than Arturia at it', though. Feels unnecessary.

    Opportunist: B
Indication to exploit circumstances to gain immediate advantage regardless of principles. Servant takes a note of opponent's weak spots, be they weaknesses of body or important people, and strikes where and when it hurts the most. Though the higher the rank of this Skill, the lower one's status as a hero. Lowers opponent's defenses against Saber and gives her half a rank-up in Luck if she studied her enemy for longer time.
Nice. I've used a similar skill myself (see my Ganelon sheet), but its bonus was critical hits doing more damage. Not sure how the 'half a rank' would be expressed in stats, honestly.

    NOBLE PHANTASMs:

Clarent: Sword of Cowardice and Deceit
    Rank: B
    Type: Anti-Unit
Holy broadsword that used to represent peace and prosperity along King Arthur and Knights of Round Table, until Mordred stole it and begin to use it as a personal weapon. Its new wielder's hatred and malice, as well as the blood of its rightful owner on it, warped the silvery blade into a demonic sword of traitors. It's a sword that still holds up, as befitting of blade said to be equal to Caliburn, though nowadays it knows no loyalty, and allows anyone who takes a hold of it to use its power. As long as Mordred wields it, she can mask herself as an ally of another Servant, negating recognition of Kingslayer, under the condition she did not fight that Servant already.
Hm. Sorta resembles a watered-down version of Lancelot's For Someone's Glory. You've subsumed Secret Of Pedigree from the Apocrypha sheet into this one. You're missing out on the cool armour in that case, though.
It being usable by anyone is kind of a strange touch, really. I don't really see the need for it. I mean, she's a Saber. She's not gonna let anyone steal her freaking sword or just loan it out.

Clarent Blood Arthur: Rebellion Against My Beautiful Father
    Rank: B+~A++
    Type: Anti-Unit
Mordred's greatest Noble Phantasm, the crystallization of her act of rebellion against and subsequent killing of her father. Upon taking a stance and declaring its name, the space around the sword distorts and fills with the stench of blood, changing the silvery radiance of Clarent into its true, demonic self. Upon release, crimson lightning strikes her enemy from the sword, inflicting fatal wounds on them. However as the act of killing Arthur led to Mordred's own death, the attack takes heavy toll on her body and she must retreat after using it even once. It gains additional power if certain conditions are met: 1) opponent is a king, 2) opponent is from Britain, 3) opponent is recognized as Arthur. Each of those condition raises Clarent Blood Arthur's power, which truthfully means that its full power manifests only against King Arthur.
The conditions are reminiscent of Proto!Excalibur on purpose, right?
I like the 'crimson lightning' part. Better than the beamu F/A went with, IMO.
Title seems kinda bizarre, though - why 'beautiful' father?

That's how you do this entire 'bred specifically to kill King Arthur' thing properly, I think. Even her Noble Phantasm is now geared toward killing Arturia! And as a proper Saber class, she gets only anti-unit toys (because if I remember correctly, that's how Saber class was designed - powerful, but only against single opponent).
Again, comments in orange. Grammar corrections or sentence structure problems in red.
Will continue with the other sheets later.

A nice little detail to include.

    Strength- C
    Agility- A
    Endurance- D
    Luck- A
    NP- B+
    Still no Magic stat.

Appearance: a young woman with thick, curly orangish red hair reaching down to the middle of her back and mischevous green eyes. She wears an open brown leather jacket, a simple band of white cloth over her breasts, white short shorts with a gunslinger style belt slung across her hips where she keeps her rifle holstered, brown leather chaps, white boots with spurs and brown flared gloves.
    Typical gunslinger outfit, then.

Personality: a irrepressible and free-spirited young lady. She takes pride in her talents as a sharpshooter and will take any opportunity to regail others with tales of her exploits. She also has a more playful and teasing side which she mainly expresses to her Master. She can be something of a show-off at times, although she won't hesitate to take her opponent seriously when necessary.
I dunno about that last part; character flaws are easily exploitable for drama or plot purposes. Something to keep in mind if you're ever gonna use this in some form of RP or other story.

    Likes: firearms
    Dislikes: uptight people
    Hobby: sharpshooting

    Class Skills:

Magic Resistance (D rank)- cancels single-action spells. Magic Resistance of the same degree as an amulet that rejects magical energy.
Due to her being rather modern, I assume.

Independant Action (B rank)- the ability to remain in existence without recieving prana from one's Master. At B rank, she can remain in this world for two days without an established contract. Also capable of living on for a short period of time after suffering extensive damage to her spiritual core.
Another place I'd like some more explanation. You could note that she's known for her independence or something; I'm afraid I'm not terribly familiar with her legend.

    Personal Skills:

Sharpshooter (A rank)- a unique skill allowing Archer to make almost impossibly accurate and precise shots. Her marksmanship, already amazing in life, is exaggerated in legend to the point where she can perform complex ricochet shots and shoot enemy projectiles out of the air.
Only one skill? Seems a little small.
My suggestion is that you add Clairvoyance, if nothing else.
You could also change one of her NPs into a skill.

    Noble Phantasms:

Little Sure Shot- The Luck Of The Draw (B rank, Anti-Unit): a Noble Phantasm reflecting Archer's reputation as "the quickest draw in the west". Whenever an attack commences and her gun is still holstered, the Noble Phantasm's name can be invoked as she draws her gun, retroactively inserting her own attack prior to the opponent's. To ordinary humans everything will appear normal while those with magical potential will be able to see time itself rewinding to allow her to get the shot in. The attack is generally non-fatal against fellow Servants, mainly serving to counter and disrupt the opponent's offense. The effect can be negated if the target has a sufficiently high Luck stat. Although she mainly activates it with her rifle in truth it's her abilities as a markswoman that are her Noble Phantasm, not the rifle itself. Any firearm type weapon will work just as well. When asked about the Noble Phantasm's ability, Archer will merely describe it as "the luck of the draw."
Reminds me of Lucky Luke. Shooting faster than her own shadow, eh?
You've clearly based yourself around Chuchulainn's Gae Bolg here. You've written yourself into a bit of a difficult position, though: B-rank seems high for something that's generally non-fatal, but rewinding time is something that seems to necessitate a higher rank.

Pride Of A Gunslinger- A True Cowboy Keeps Her Gun In Her Heart (C rank, Support)- unlike the old heroes of lore, Archer's skills don't come from possessing a holy or cursed sword, nor from a blessing of the gods but from her sheer talents as a markswoman. Because her legend isn't bound with any one weapon, any firearm she picks up and uses will have the power of a C rank Noble Phantasm.
Mhm. Honestly, this isn't a really fitting NP.
I mean, Lancelot had Knight of Honour because he beat the shit out of a dude with a fucking branch. Meanwhile this NP just comes out of being good with every kind of gun. I'd make this one a skill like you originally planned.

Old Frontier- Victory Goes To The Swiftest (B+ rank, Reality Marble): a Reality Marble that imposes the image of a wild west style desert upon the surrounding area complete with a setting sun, large canyons visible in the distance and tumbleweed rolling by. When activated, all but the intended target will be pushed out as the Reality Marble expands and all outside interference will be barred, forcing a one on one duel. Within this Reality Marble the first wound inflicted will always be a lethal blow no matter no minor, insofar as it draws blood. It provides an equalizing force that makes attack power irrelevant for like a quick draw battle in the old west, whoever lands the first attack is guaranteed victory. A double edged Noble Phantasm that puts Archer at just as much risk as the opponent and is thus used only as a last resort. All other Noble Phantasms (including Archer's own) will also be sealed while this is active, rendering the battle a true test of skill. Because Archer lacks especially powerful Noble Phantasms, this puts her at an advantage more often than not.
So we've had Chuchulainn's Gae Bolg, Lancelot's Knight of Honour, and now we get Achilles's Duel Field?
There's no law saying you can't do this, of course. It's just a tad noticeable.
Anyway, I like the idea. It definitely puts her at an advantage, but it's overcomeable as long as the other Servant can hit her first (and realizes what's happening, obviously).

    NP- A++

Appearance: a busty young woman with long, curly silver-white hair and vibrant blue eyes. She wears a red minidress with white fur trim, a thick belt of brown leather across her waist, a red cape across her shoulders with white fur trim, candy cane striped thigh-high stockings, a floppy santa hat and black shoes with medium heels.
Isn't that basically Ms Claus? I've definitely heard of the concept before.
Don't see why the genderbend was at all necessary, though. Arturia had her backstory reworked somewhat to make it fit, this seems to be just for kicks.

History: a Heroic Spirit that can be called the crystallization of children's wishes, rather than any particular historical or mythological figure. Even if Saint Nicholas was the origin of the Santa Claus story, nontheless the legend itself goes far beyond him. A legend that developes a life of it's own, and becomes a Heroic Spirit in of itself due to the pure beliefs and wishes of children. She's the opposite existence of something like Avenger, embodied from mankind's hatred and sins.
    It is Santa, after all.

Personality: she has a "live life to the fullest!" sort of personality as well as being somewhat flighty and childish, akin to Stay Night's Taiga Fujimura. She likes all children equally even bad ones, although she feels bad ones have to be punished to teach them a lesson so they grow into better people. Nontheless, it's not something she enjoys doing. She also expresses annoyance at how commercialized christmas has become at present, as opposed to the spirit of giving which she originally intended. Her wish on the Holy Grail would be to create a happy ending for children everywhere.

    Likes: christmas, children
Dislikes: commercialization of christmas, having to give coal ("Trust me kiddo, this hurts me more than it hurts you!")
    Hobby: giving gifts

    Class Skills:

    Riding (A rank)

Magic Resistance (E rank)- doesn't negate magecraft, rather just reduces the damage somewhat.

Territory Creation (B rank)- can create a "workshop" that allows for faster and more efficient creation of gifts.

Item Construction (EX rank)- allows for construction of "gifts" on par with Noble Phantasms. The time needed to fully craft a gift varies depending on the rank; the higher the rank the more time and effort is required to successfully manifest it, up to several weeks for higher ranked gifts. EX rank Noble Phantasms are beyond the scope of this ability. The construction process can be hastened with the help of her Workshop and elf familiars. The Noble Phantasms that she makes with this skill are fundamentally "gifts meant for others" and thus their unique properties cannot be unlocked by Rider herself, only whoever she chooses to give them to. A gift will dissolve into coal if anybody but it's designated owner tries to use it (as well as anyone with a character alignment of "Evil"). Moreover, because the constructed Noble Phantasms are freshly made they lack the mystery accumulated by truly legendary weapons and so will lose out in a direct contest of ability.
Heh. Only to be expected from Santa, I suppose. The sheet would definitely be lacking something if it didn't include something like this.

    Personal Skills:

Double Summon (B rank)- a rare personal skill possessed only by a select few Servants, it permits a Servant to simultaneously possess class skills from two distinct classes. Although a Rider class Servant officially, she possesses Class Skills for the Caster class as well.
Fitting use of the skill. Don't really see why the skill has a rank, though. You either have it or you don't.

Eye Of The Mind (True) (C rank)- a heightened capacity for observation, refined through experience. Rider can flawlessly discern the quality of someone's character, in other words whether they're "naughty or nice". Even the most skilled of decievers would have trouble hiding from her prying eyes. However Rider's version of this skill is useless for combat purposes.
Sort of like Discernement of the Poor, then. An interesting interpretation.

Divinity (B rank)- Santa Claus's legend origanated from Saint Nicholas, which would normally be enough to give her C rank Divinity. However her legend was also said to have assimilated aspects from the all-father Odin of norse mythology, which is enough to boost her Divinity to B rank.
Divinity? Not Saint? It's in Saint Nick's name, after all.

Familiars (Elves) (C rank)- can summon cheerful green-clad, rosy-cheeked elves to use as familiars. The elves are mainly used to assist in the production of gifts. While they can be used for offensive purposes, they're very weak physically and are little more than an annoyance even to a regular human much less as Servant.

    Noble Phantasms:

Sleigh Of Saint Nicholas- Around The World In A Day (A++ rank, Anti-Army): Rider summons her legendary sleigh pulled by the nine reindeer Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen and Rudolph. They're are not ordinary reindeer but Phantasmal Beasts representing the wishes of children. Reindeer are so entertwined with the tale of Santa Claus as to be so sometimes mistaken for myth themselves. The sleigh is capable of flying through the air at an extreme speed (able to travel the entire earth in a day at maximum velocity) and wherever it goes it leaves an aurora borealis like trail in it's wake as well as a rain of snowflakes that bury everything behind it in snow. However this Noble Phantasm's most powerful ability lies in it's ninth reindeer Rudolph. Invoked with the line "Rudolph with your nose so bright, won't you guide my sleigh tonight?" prana begins to concentrate into Rudolph's red nose before being released in a powerful Anti-Army level attack, a massive and extremely destructive crimson beam visible from several miles away. This attack is titled Rudolph- The Shining Ray Which Lights The Darkness and can be considered a sub-Noble Phantasm in it's own right.
    Rudolph as pseudo-Excalibur? Jeez.
Nothing else to remark on otherwise, though.

This one's quite a bit more of a stretch concept-wise than my previous two Servants. Also my first genderbend (although considering nobody's ever actually seen Santa it's not too far fetched I hope). I originally intended the gift creation ability to a Noble Phantasm in it's own right but I ended up subsuming it under Item Creation instead. I imagine the way it'd work if she was in a Fate spinoff would be she'd be somehow collectively summoned by an entire orphanage and although she herself dislikes violence, the orphans want to win the Grail for her and she reluctantly helps them out (so basically like Kamado Ueshita from Mirai Nikki). She was also of course inspired by Alexander Dumas, the Caster class Servant from Strange Fake who had a similar ability of "crafting" NPs. It's worth noting that considering the power of a Heroic Spirit partly depends on how many people believe in them Santa would actually be pretty damn powerful. Nowadays even the most famous mythical heroes (Heracles, King Arthur, et cetera) are not really believed in like they were in the olden days, while Santa Claus is still (at least ostensibly) believed in by children across the world. That would account for millions of people worldwide believing in her, not to mention all the people giving gifts in the name of Santa probably contribute to her legend in some way too.
It's definitely a nice idea for a sheet. You're not the only one who's had that thought, really.
Kinda hard to take the Servant seriously, though.
Also, I'd think the place she was summoned would change her behavior and maybe appearance, no?
For instance, if she was summoned in Germany she'd probably also have a NP relating to Krampus. Something to think about, at any rate.

B-rank Double Summon is what Semiramis has to make her equally competent as an Assassin and a Caster, so it's what a lot of people have used as a benchmark.
