We have 7 characters who could plausible be living "humans" there: Kintoki, Shuten, Tsuna, Nagiko, Murasaki, Ibaraki, and Raikou. That gives us a full roster of 7 "warriors selected by the Emperor" (Masters) for Douman's bootleg Grail War.
Then we have 6 characters who have to be summoned as Servants: Danzou, Paracelsus, Medea, Babbage, Suzuka, and Yoshitsune. That leaves one Servant unaccounted for.
From their placements in the CM, it's safe to bet Paracelsus is Shuten's Servant, and Medea is Tsuna's. Coindentally, Shuten and Tsuna are the only characters with visible Command Spells in the CM.

Like, yeah info from characters makes it obvious that Seimei kind of has a bad personality, but I don't know where you're getting all these assumptions regarding how they'll write Douman and Ashiya considering they tend to just contradict what we do know

If Yoshitsune does come...oh boy.
This is TM we are talking about. Before FGO, we see Medea being painted as the victim while all the positive traits of Jason are erased to make her sympathetic. Not to forget how they turned Persues into a sissy and useless wimp, even compared to Shinji who all we know is famous for being a slimy rapists just to make Medusa look good. Even Liu Bang has been painted as getting his throne handled to him because Xiang Yu does it with calculation. Heck, even Raikou, the famed protector and demon slayer gets turned into a crazy women-child oni as well.
Medea as victim is NOT a TM original interpretation.

There's a difference between "they have interpreted a character from IRL myth/history differently" and "I'm going to assume that they're going to contradict literally everything they've already established". Your pessimism so far has made zero sense
Maybe I'm too pessimistic, but the trend where there is a sad past of the villain and the hero is actually an asshole is very common.
